Helen B. (Rice) Bloss Konek
Helen B. (Rice) Bloss Konek, age 81, of Northampton Village, Washington Ave., Northampton, PA, formerly of Walnutport, PA, died Thursday, February 24, 2000 at the Muhlenberg Hospital Center, Bethlehem, after being stricken at home. She was the widow of the late Stephen Konek and the late Joel R. Bloss.
Born on April 27, 1918 in Walnutport, PA, she was the daughter of the late Harry W. and Dora M. (Benninger) Rice. She was a member of St. Paul’s United Church of Christ of Indianland, Cherryville, PA.
She was a Factory Worker for Scotty’s Fashions in Treichlers for 4 years before retiring in 1969. Prior to that, she worked for the former Consolidated Cigar Factory in Allentown for 3 years and the former A&B Meats in Allentown for 2 years.
She is survived by a Son, Kenneth R. Bloss of Schnecksville, PA, two daughters , Betty A. wife of Louis L. Laubach of Slatington, PA, and Peggy E. wife of Phillip Rocco of East Haven, CT, two sisters , Ruth A. wife of Monroe Gaston of Walnutport, PA, Arlene M. Kroboth of Walnutport, PA, 8 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 28, 2000 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville. Calling Hour will be 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Indianland Cemetery, Cherryville, PA.

John J. Kosalko
John J. Kosalko, age 64, of 1076 Second Avenue, Hellertown PA, died Monday, May 01, 2000 in the Good Shepherd Muhlenburg Rehabilitation Center, Bethlehem PA. He was the husband of Jean K. (Legenza) Kosalko. The couple celebrated their 35th Wedding Anniversary last February 13th.
Born June 29, 1935 in Fountain Hill PA, he was the son of the late John J. Sr. and Mary (Mraz) Kosalko. He was a Letter Carrier for the United States Postal Service, Bethlehem PA for 30 years retiring in 1994. He was a member of Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, Hellertown PA. He served in the United States Army during the
Korean War.
His memberships and achievements include: Founder of the St. Michael’s Cemetery Preservation Society, Bethlehem PA; Current Fire Police captain for the Dewey Fire Company #1, Hellertown PA; Past Civil Defense Director in Hellertown from 1972 - 1974; Member of the VFW Post 3094, Hellertown PA; Past Vice President of the Greater Lehigh Valley Slovak Association; Active in the former Scarlet Knights Jr. Drum & Bugle Corp, Hellertown PA; Member of the Red Ball military Vehicle Club, Stroudsburg PA and the 4th Armor Division Re-enactment Association, National Organization.
He is survived by his Wife, Two sons , Eric J. Kosalko and Jeffrey G. Kosalko at home; A Brother, Joseph J. Kosalko of Mt. Arlington NJ and Two sisters , Elizabeth, wife of Cornelius 'Geetza' Meza of Quakertown PA and Rose Wild of New Milford NJ. he was predeceased in death by Daughter Gina Kosalko in 1965.
A Funeral Service will be held 9:00 a.m. Friday, May 5, 2000 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA. followed by a 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial at the Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, 1408 Easton Road, Hellertown. Calling Hours will be 7:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Interment will be in Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem PA.

Kimberly Sue Koogle
Kimberly Sue Koogle, age 46, of Lehighton PA, died Monday, February 2, 2004 at the St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA.
Born in Mansfield OH, she was the daughter of Carolyn S. (Wallace) Koogle Haskins of Mt. Gilead OH and the late Wesley Koogle, who died in 1966 . She was a Delivery person for the Frito-Lay Company in Palmer Township. Her Father was a Drag Racer for the Dodge Racing Team in the 1960's. His car's name was "Original Dependable". He was ranked 16th in his class in the United States for drag racing. She was a Member of the United Church of Christ.
She is survived by her mother and Step Father , the Reverend Robert F. Haskins Jr. of Mt. Gilead OH; Son, Darren W. Koogle of Allentown PA; Brother, Kevin W. Koogle of Kent OH along with his Wife, Lucy (Klein) and their children Samuel and Caroline; Step Brother, Robert F. Haskins, III of Ft. Worth TX and Step Sister, Robyne L. Lutz of Arlington TX.
A Private Burial Service will be held in the Mansfield Memorial Gardens, Mansfield OH. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., Hellertown PA.
Robert Krause
Robert Krause, age 94, of 1230 East Third Street, Bethlehem PA, died Tuesday, December 12, 2000 in the Phoebe Richlandtown Health Care Center, Richlandtown PA.
Born October 5, 1906 in Bethlehem PA, he was the Son of the late Percy and Elizabeth (Fuhr) Krause. He was a Heater for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation for many years before retiring in 1970. He was a Member of First United Church of Christ, Bethlehem PA.
He is survived by his Nieces and Nephews.

Ralph T. Keiser, Jr.
Ralph T. Keiser, Jr., age 75, of Coopersburg PA, formerly of Palmerton PA, died Thursday, July 10, 2003 in his home.
Born in Allentown PA, he was the son of the late Ralph T. Sr. & Hattie M. (Trexler) Keiser. He was a Psychiatric Aid for the Allentown State Hospital for 27 years before retiring. Mr. Keiser also worked part-time as an Auxiliary Policeman for the Borough of Palmerton for 14 years, last working in 2002.
He was a Veteran of the United States Army having served during World War II with a rank of Sergeant. Mr. Keiser served in the 11th Airborne Division, earning his Parachute and Glider Wings making 32 jumps. Mr. Keiser spent 2 years in Japan after the war serving in the military Police and became a Drill Sergeant in the 558th military Police Company. He was also a Veteran of the United States Navy, enlisting in 1949 and serving in Korea for 2 years.

Stanley Oscar Kemmerer
Stanley Oscar Kemmerer, age 78, of 1342 Crestwood Road, Bethlehem PA, died Saturday, June 10, 2000 at the Muhlenberg Hospital Center, Bethlehem PA. He was the husband of Eleanor M. (Stauffer) Kemmerer. The couple celebrated their 59th Anniversary November 28th.
Born January 20, 1922 in Lower Saucon Twp. PA, he was the son of the late William T. and Cora E. (Reiss) Kemmerer. He was a Charging Machine Operator and Crane man at the Bethlehem Steel Co. for 43 years until retiring in 1983. He served in the US Navy during World War II at the Navel Air Station in Norfolk VA. He was a member of The Church of The Manger, Bethlehem PA, where he was a former Deacon. He was a Baseball Coach for the South Side Little League and a Life Member of the Se-Wy-Co Fire Company, Lower Saucon Twp. PA.
He is survived by his Wife; sons , Lester Ray of Spring TX, William Stanley of Bethlehem PA, Bruce Ned of North Pole AK and Curtis Gale of Bethlehem PA; Daughter, Lou Ann, wife of Edward W. Fotta of Bethlehem PA; Brother, Luther M. of Richlandtown PA; Sister, Beatrice L. of Bremen IN; 10 Grandchildren and 10 Great Grandchildren.

Warren H. Koenig
Warren H. Koenig age 71, of Germansville, PA, died Wednesday, March 08, 2000 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township, PA. He was the wife of Ruth L. (Fink) Koenig. The couple celebrated their 42nd anniversary last April 20th.
Born July 15, 1928 in Washington Township, PA, he was the son of the late Homer P. and Mamie H. (Schneck) Koenig. He was a Lifetime Farmer in Heidelberg Township before retiring in January 2000. He also was a former Heidelberg Township Supervisor for 6 years. Prior to that, he was a Mechanic for the former International Harvester and J.M. Snyder & Son Farm Equipment both of Neffs, PA. He was a member of United Church of Christ congregation of Heidelberg Union Church, Heidelberg Township, PA. He served in the Army during Peacetime and was a Member of Slatington Lodge # 440, F- & A.M.
He is survived by his Wife, a Son, Gary W. Koenig of Germansville, PA, a Daughter, Gail R. wife of David A. Lafferty of Schnecksville, PA, a Brother, Richard P. Koenig of Slatington, PA and 3 Grandchildren.

Catherine C. (Yanek) Long, age 66, of 501 Birch Road, Hellertown PA, died Monday, February 05, 2001 at the St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA. She was the Wife of John J. Long, Jr.. The couple celebrated their 43rd Wedding Anniversary this past October.
Born November 23, 1934 in Fountain Hill PA, she was the Daughter of the late Emerich and Mary Yanek. She was a Clerical Worker at the Bethlehem Steel Co. for 5 years until 1958. She was a Member of the Church of St. Theresa of The Child Jesus, Hellertown where she sang in the choir.
She is survived by her Husband; sons , James E. Long of Hellertown PA; Daughter, Cali T. Rivera of Bethlehem PA; sisters , Margaret Kopac of Bethlehem PA and Elizabeth Nemchik of Bethlehem PA; and 5 Grandchildren. She was predeceased in death by her Son, John J. Long III, who died in 1984.
