Laird B. Creitz
Laird B. Creitz, age 81, of 7642 Hawk View Road, Germansville PA, died Friday, February 23, 2001 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township after being stricken at his home. He was the Husband of Lydia C. (Balliet) Creitz. The couple celebrated their 59th Wedding Anniversary last October 25th.
Born October 27, 1919 Heidelberg Township PA, he was the Son of the late S. Frank and Hattie C. (Bittner) Creitz. He was a Machinist at Plant 3, District 2 Machine Shop of Mack Trucks, Inc. in Allentown for 28 years before retiring in 1982. Concurrently he was a farmer in Heidelberg Township for 70 years before retiring in 1996. He was a Member of the United Church of Christ congregation of Heidelberg Union Church, Slatington PA. He was a Member and Union Steward of U.A.W. Union Local #677 and the Slatington Moose Lodge # 1375.
He is survived by his Wife and Daughter, Joan A. Grim of Germansville PA. He was predeceased in death by his Grandson, Dwayne L. Grim who died in 1983.
Funeral Services will be held 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, February 27,2001 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville. Calling Hours will be 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Monday in the Funeral Home. The Reverend David D. Tietje will officiate. Interment at Slatedale Cemetery, Slatedale PA.
Nancie H. (Henn) Carrodo
Nancie H. (Henn) Carrodo, age 53, of Main Street, Hellertown PA, died Tuesday, December 24, 2002 at the Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg, Bethlehem PA. She was the Wife of Dominic S. Carrodo. The couple celebrated their 29th Wedding Anniversary this past July.
Born in Fountain Hill PA, she was the daughter of Donald L. and Jeannette M. (Hahn) Henn of Hellertown. She was a Pharmacy Technician in Easton for several years. She was a Member of Christ Lutheran Church of Lower Saucon, Hellertown PA. She was also a Member of the daughters of the American Revolution, Bethlehem Chapter.
She is survived by her Husband; Parents; Daughter, Dina Marie Carrodo of Fogelsville PA; sisters , Donna L. Cooper of Wake Forest NC and Susan E. Roeschke of Hellertown PA; and 2 Grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 27, 2002 in the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., 326 Main Street, Hellertown PA. Family and Friends may call 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. Friday, in the Funeral Home. Interment in Union Cemetery of Hellertown.

Obern Copeland
Obern Copeland, age 81, of Maddox Road, Ochlocknee GA, died Friday, August 09, 2002 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township PA, after being stricken at the home of his son, Randall C. Copeland of Allentown PA. He was the Widower of the late Helen D. (Willis) Dyess Copeland and the late Willie D. (Ponder) Copeland.
Born in Thomas County GA, he was the son of the late George and Nellie (Mims) Copeland. He was a Meat Processor for the Sunnyland Packing Company in Thomasville, Georgia for 8 years before retiring. Prior to that, he was a Surgical Technician at the Grady General Hospital, Cairo GA for 12 years. He was a Member of Barrnetts Creek Baptist Church, Ochlocknee GA where he was a Deacon. He was a Veteran of the United States Army during World War II, having served as a Surgical Technician at Fort Benning GA.
He is survived by his Son, Randall C. Copeland of Allentown PA; Daughter, Angela E., wife of Bobby Joe Knight of Whigham GA; Sister, Neva C. Jenkins Godwin of Ochlocknee GA; and 4 Grandchildren, Lorie E. Hatcher, David A. Copeland, John R. Copeland and Reagan E. Copeland.

Peter Cordas, Jr.
Peter Cordas, Jr., age 72, of New Jersey Avenue, Hellertown PA, died Friday, December 6, 2002 at the Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown PA. He was the Widower of the late Gloria G. Cordas, 2002.
Born in Steelton PA, he was the son of the late Peter Cordas, Sr. and Kathryn (Marish) Cordas. He was a Clerk for the Keystone Cement Co., Bath PA for many years until retiring. Previously he was a Laborer for the former National Cement Co., East Hanover Township PA. He was a Member of First United Church of Christ, Hellertown. He was a Member of the First UCC Dart Baseball League; Saucon Valley Jaycees; Keystone Rod and Gun Club; and served on the Hellertown Sanitation Council.
He is survived by his Son, Timothy P. Cordas of Hellertown PA; Daughter, Patricia L., wife of Scott A. Weber of Bethlehem PA; Sister, Eva Civitella of Easton PA; and 2 Grandsons, Scott and Daniel.

Robert G. Carter, age 62, of Fernwood St, Bethlehem PA died, Thursday, May 27, 2004 in his home. He was the Husband of Helen L. (Frankenfield) Carter. The couple celebrated their 42nd Wedding Anniversary this past December.
Born in Fountain Hill PA, he was the son of the late George D. and Lillian S. (Wilbert) Carter. He worked at Builders Door & Hardware, Allentown PA for several years.

Robert M. Crilley
Robert M. Crilley, age 74, of Elm Court, Allentown PA, died Saturday, November 16, 2002 in his home. He was the Husband of Mary P. (Bechtel) Crilley. The couple celebrated their 49th Wedding Anniversary last December.
He was Assistant Director of Facilities at Lehigh University's Mountaintop Campus from 1987 - 1992. Prior to that, he worked for the Bethlehem Steel Corporation for 30 years, retiring in 1987. While working at Bethlehem Steel, he held various positions including Superintendent of Corporate Buildings, Superintendent of Maintenance, Chief Building Engineer, Area Building Engineer, Building Engineer and Air Conditioning/Mechanical Foreman, all associated with the building, maintenance, repair and operation of the Martin Tower Complex.
He was a Member of the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Sienna, 18th & Turner Streets, Allentown PA. He was a Veteran of the United States Navy having served during the
Korean War with a rank of Machinist's Mate Third Class. He was a Member of the Alburtis Rod & Gun Club, Alburtis PA and the Ontelaunee Rod & Gun Club, New Tripoli. He Graduated from Mauch Chunk High School, Class of 1946. and the Milwaukee School of Engineering, Milwaukee IL, Class of 1954.
He is survived by his Wife; Son, Michael P. Crilley of Wescosville PA; Daughter, Kathy A. Stark of Newark DE; brothers , Hayden Crilley of Mountaintop PA and Albert Crilley of Allentown PA; Sister, Eleanor Klotz of Lehighton PA; and Grandchildren, Matthew R. Crilley, Jennifer L. Stark and Kimberly A. Stark.

Stuart V. Cole, age 83, of Spring Street, Bethlehem PA, formerly of Connecticut, died Saturday, August 31, 2002 at the St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA. He was the widower of the late Pauline R. (Morrow) Cole.
Born in New Haven CT, he was the son of the late Archibald and Phyllis (Harper) Cole. He was a Shop Foreman/Supervisor at an Aviation Electronics firm in Connecticut. He was a Veteran of the United States Army having served during World War II. He was of the Episcopalian Faith.
He is survived by his Son, Stuart T. Cole of Ashfield PA; Daughter, Denise L. Stevens, with whom he resided; and Grandson, Matthew S. Cole.
A Memorial Service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday. September 7, 2002 in Christ Church, 84 Broadway, New Haven CT. There will be no calling hours. Interment in East Lawn Cemetery, East Haven CT. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home, Inc., Hellertown PA.

Thomas William Chornoby , age 21, of South Oak Street, Fellsmere FL, died Thursday, August 15, 2002 at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill PA. Born in New London CT, he was the son of Deborah Lee Greene and the late Thomas Glenn Chornoby. He was a Senior at Gettysburg College, PA where he worked in Human Resources and RA of Dorms at the College; and Human Resources at Dorney Park, Allentown PA. He was a Member of First Baptist Church of Fellsmere FL. This summer he finished as a Pottsville Camp Counselor for City Kids and worked with Disney Resort as a Seater. He was an International Bachelorate (IB Program) at Sebastian River High School, Graduate of the Class of 1999 and Recipient of the Dollars for Scholars for Gettysburg College PA.
He is survived by his mother ; sisters , Naomi J. Santos of Bethlehem PA and Nicole J. Chornoby at home; Maternal Grandfather, Robert D. Greene of West Palm Beach FL and Paternal Grandmother, Virginia Chornoby of Norwich CT.
