Robert F. Lawrence Sr., 78, of Forest Hills, on Thursday, March 16, 2000. Beloved husband of Grace Lawrence. Dear Father of Robert F. Lawrence Jr. of Ridgefield, Conn., and John J. Lawrence of Forest Hills. Brother of Helen White of Atlantic Beach, Fla. Grandfather of Scott McKenna and Kelly Ann Lawrence. Mr. Lawrence, an executive with Westinghouse Electric, retired after working there for 42 years. Friends received at WOLFE MEMORIAL INC., FOREST HILLS CHAPEL, 3604 Greensburg Pike, (412) 731-5001, Saturday and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial St. Maurice Church on Monday at 10 a.m. Memorials may be made to St. Maurice Church Development Fund.

FRANCES PEARL LEE

Frances Pearl "Quinnie" Lee, 89, the matriarch of the family, passed away peacefully on St. Patrick's Day, Friday, March 17, 2000, in Raleigh, N.C., formerly of Charleroi. She lived her Irish heritage and left a legacy of love for family and friends. God now holds her in the palm of His hand. She was born May 2, 1910, in Smithton, a daughter of the late Thomas and Ellen Irwin Quinn. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank J. Lee, on May 26, 1964; five brothers , Jim, John, Harry, Tom and Regis Quinn; and two sisters , Anna Pearl and Marg Quinn. She was a member of Mary mother of the Church of Charleroi, the CD of A, the LAOH, the Mon Valley Nurses Association and the Charleroi Senior Citizens. She was a graduate of Dunbar High School Class of 1929 and the Mercy School of Nursing of Pittsburgh in 1932. She worked as a registered nurse in the hospitals of the Mon Valley for more than 46 years. Survivors include a daughter, Peggy Ann Casey and husband, James, of Raleigh, N.C.; two sons and daughters -in-law, F. Timothy and Carol A. Lee of Jefferson Hills, Pa., and William and Mary Lou Lee of Charleroi; 10 grandchildren, Dr. Mary Frances Moody and husband, Howard, Rosemary Czejkowski and husband, Joe, Megan Casey, Jim Casey and wife, Jill, Erin Casey, Dr. Timothy Lee and wife, Dr. Kris Lee, Brennan Lee, William Lee and wife, Amy, Michele Schwerha and husband, Joe, and Michael Lee; and 10 great-grandchildren also survive. Friends will be received in the ED MELENYZER FUNERAL HOMES INC., 825 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Sunday and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. in Mary mother of the Church, Seventh Street, with Father Dave Dzermejko as celebrant. Interment in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.

VIRGINIA WALTON MOTHERAL

Virginia Walton Motheral, of Point Breeze, on Wednesday, March 15, 2000. Wife of the late George B. Motheral II; mother of Brinton, Thomas, and the late Megan; grandmother of Ted, Mark and Julia Motheral. Friends may call Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at H. SAMSON INC., 537 Neville St. (Oakland Civic Center). A memorial service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in Third Presbyterian Church, Fifth and South Negley avenues, Shadyside. Interment private. JUNE BONNER MULLINS

June Bonner Mullins, 72, of Oakland, died Thursday, March 16, 2000. Wife of William W. Mullins; mother of William W. of Potomac, Md., Oliver C. of Ridgefield, Conn., Timothy B. of Squirrel Hill, and Garrick R. of Bethesda, Md.; sister of Gordon R. Bonner of Hilton Head, S.C.; and grandmother of Kathy, Tommy, Olivia, Stephanie, Clint, Kathleen, Andrew, Jeffrey and David. Mrs. Mullins had been a professor of special education at the University of Pittsburgh from 1968 to 1988. Friends may call Saturday from 2 to 5 p.m. in the Regency Room of the Pittsburgh Athletic Association, 4215 Fifth Ave., Oakland. A memorial service will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the First Unitarian Church, Morewood and Ellsworth avenues, Shadyside. Interment private. RICKY A. MYERS

Ricky A. Myers, 42, of Gibsonia, formerly of Mt. Pleasant (Bullskin Township), went to be with his Lord Friday, March 17, 2000, at his residence. He was born July 29, 1957, in Mt. Pleasant, a son of Kenneth R. and Doris Barnhart Myers of Mt. Pleasant. Rick was a member of Bible Baptist Church, Cranberry. He was employed by Killam Consulting Firm as an environmental engineer. He was a graduate of Connellsville Area High School, Class of 1975, and Penn State University. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Lloyd and Emma Miller Myers; maternal grandparents, Carl and Evalyn Hebenthal Barnhart; and Father - and mother -in-law, William and Jane Meason Smitley. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife of 18 years, Janice Smitley Myers; a son, Adam Richard Myers, and two daughters , Emily Joy and Alysa Lea Myers, all at home; four brothers , David A. Myers and wife, Debbie, of Connellsville, Kevin L. Myers and wife, Mary, of Mt. Pleasant, Donald R. Myers and wife, Bernadette, of Mt. Pleasant, and Jeff L. Myers and wife, Karen, of Bellefonte; a sister-in-law, Joy Byrwa and husband, Jim, of Ohio; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the EUGENE G. SALOOM FUNERAL HOME INC., Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. His funeral service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Robert T. Stamp officiating. Interment will follow in the Greenlick Cemetery, Bullskin Township. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to benefit the children's future education.

RAYMOND L. PAVLICK SR.

Raymond L. Pavlick Sr., 65, of Crabtree, died Thursday, March 16, 2000, in Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. He was born April 19, 1934, in Latrobe, a son of the late Joseph Pavlick Sr. and Mary Pavlick Long. Prior to his retirement, he was a roofer with Roofers & Water Proofers Local Union 37. He was a member of St. Bartholomew Catholic Church and a U.S. Army veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph Pavlick Jr.; stepfather, George Long Jr.; stepbrother, James Long; and brother-in-law, Joseph McMahon Jr. and wife, Evelyn. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, LaVerne McMahon Pavlick; beloved children, son, Raymond Pavlick Jr., and daughter, Terri Hayden and husband, James Jr., all of Greensburg; beloved grandsons, Ryan and Joseph Hayden and Dylan Pavlick, who will deeply miss their Pap Pap Ray; a sister, Josephine Dumnich and husband, Frank, of Southwest Greensburg; stepsister, Louise Pishko and husband, Ted, of Feasterville; stepbrother, Robert Long of Greensburg; sister-in-law, Patricia Wood and husband, Don, of Crabtree; brother-in-law, Jack McMahon and wife, Phyllis, of Tennessee; and numerous nieces and nephews. GEORGE HENRY SPROAT JR.

George Henry Sproat Jr., 78, of North Huntingdon, died Wednesday, March 15, 2000, in Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. He was born Dec. 23, 1921, in Westmoreland City, Pa., a son of the late George Henry Sr. and Annie Howath Sproat. He was a machinist at Conrail, and also a supervisor at Conrail's Hollidaysburg location. He was a member of the Unity Evangelical Lutheran Church of Manor and the Manor American Legion Post 472. He was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U.S. Navy as a second class machinist. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Verna Bell McClintock Sproat; and a brother, Hector Sproat. He is survived by a son, Carl E. Thorton of Clearwater, Fla.; a brother, John Sproat of Manor; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Friends received at the E.J. RODGERS FUNERAL HOME, 140 Race St., Manor, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held in the funeral home Saturday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Norman E. Nething officiating. Interment in Twin Valley Memorial Park.

IRENE M. VALETTI

Irene M. Valetti, 88, of Jeannette, died Friday, March 17, 2000, in Baldock Health Care Centre, North Huntingdon. She was born Nov. 4, 1911, in Jeannette, a daughter of the late Louis and Litizia DeMark Belfiglio. A member of Ascension Church, Jeannette, and its Senior Citizens organization, she was also a member of ISDA, a former member of the Jeannette Women's Club and was a former volunteer at Jeannette District Memorial Hospital. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Louis F. Valetti, in 1987; a son, David F. Valetti; a sister, Clara Thomas; and two brothers , Louis and Edward Belfiglio. Surviving are a son, L. Ronald Valetti and his wife, Jo Ann, of Greensburg; a daughter, Deborah A. Spark of Irwin; a sister, Mrs. Kitty Sullivan of Sarasota, Fla.; three grandsons; and several nieces and nephews. Friends will be received Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the JOHN V. GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., 228 N. Second St., Jeannette. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in Ascension Church. Entombment will follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park, Delmont. The Ascension Senior Citizens will hold a rosary service Sunday at 3:30 p.m. in the funeral home.

CHARLOTTE O. WEAVER

Charlotte O. Weaver, 93, formerly of Greensburg, died Friday, March 17, 2000, in Michigan. She was born in New York, July 28, 1906. She had been a former member of the First Presbyterian Church in Greensburg. She was preceded in death, besides her parents, by her husband, Anthony "Tony" Weaver, to whom she was married for 69 years; and a son, Anthony Russ Weaver. She is survived by her son, Joseph R. Weaver of Florida; her daughter, Donna Fox of Michigan; three sisters ; nine grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. Family and friends will be received at the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, 524 N. Main St., Greensburg, Sunday from 2 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Monday in the First Presbyterian Church at 10:30 a.m. with the Rev. Dr. James H. Nash officiating. Entombment will follow in the Westmoreland County Memorial Park. The family has requested memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society.

LAWRENCE M. WETMILLER

Lawrence M. "Larry" Wetmiller, 40, of Mt. Oliver, on Friday, March 17, 2000. Beloved husband of Linda J. (Cancilla). Father of Larry Jr., Lauren and the late Brian. Son of Doris J. and the late Bert Wetmiller. Brother of Kay Yot, Pat Redlinger, Joan Mussomeli, Barbara Wilson, Ginger Volinsky, Michael, Susan Round, Audrey Schroder, Marianne Maloney, twin sister Beverly Kuhn, Richard and the late Butch. Also 34 nieces and nephews and 22 great-nieces and -nephews. Friends received Saturday and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at BEINHAUERS, 2630 W. Liberty Ave., (412) 531-4000. WILLIAM L. WHITNEY

William L. Whitney, 90, of McKeesport, died Thursday, March 16, 2000, in the Willis Nursing Center, Homestead. Born Feb. 12, 1910, in McKeesport, he was a son of the late James P. and Mary McGill Whitney. Prior to retirement, he had been employed by the Pittsburgh and Lake Erie Railroad. He was a member of St. Pius Church and the United Transportation Union, where he was a former officer of Local #1436. He was president of the former Shamrock Bowling League of McKeesport. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Barr Whitney; a son, William Whitney of McKeesport; four daughters , Dorothy Mae Holtzman of Hempfield, Lois Servov of Ocean Springs, Miss., Kathleen Whitney at home and Gail Kucsmas of East McKeesport; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. Friends received at STRIFFLERS' OF WHITE OAK, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, Saturday and Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 10 a.m. in St. Pius Church with Father John Keane as celebrant. GENEVIEVE F. ZELLO

Genevieve F. Zello, 85, of Greensburg, died Friday, March 17, 2000, in the Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. She was born June 24, 1914, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Frank and Josephine Zello. Prior to her retirement, she had been employed by Carnes Bakery and also Royal Pizza, both of Greensburg, and the Porcelier Glass Company of South Greensburg. She was a member of the Church of St. Paul, Greensburg, and its Rosary Altar Society. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Florence M. Zello, on Jan. 30, 2000; two brothers , Michael and Pete Zello; and a sister-in-law, Louise Zello. She is survived by five brothers , Henry Zello, Anthony and his wife, Concetta Zello, James and his wife, Charlotte Zello, Patsy and his wife, Helen Zello, and Joseph and his wife, Judy Zello, all of Greensburg; a sister, Mrs. Kyle (Mary) Duncan of Hopewell, Va.; a sister-in-law, Mary Zello of Greensburg; and several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends will be received at the BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 516 Stanton at Green streets, Greensburg, beginning Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home Monday at 9 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. in the Church of St. Paul, Greensburg, with the Rev. Leonard W. Stoviak as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Greensburg Catholic Cemetery, Hempfield Township. The Rosary Altar Society will meet at the funeral home Sunday at 3 p.m. to pray the rosary.

MARY ELIZABETH CUMMINGS ZIANTS

Mary Elizabeth Cummings Ziants, 65, of Munster, Ind., formerly of Irwin, died Wednesday, March 15, 2000, at home. She was born Nov. 14, 1934, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late William P. Sr. and Mary Hamilton Cummings. She was a retired secretary for Westinghouse Electric Corp. and a member of the First United Methodist Church of Hammond, Ind. She was a graduate of Irwin High School, Class 1952, and Robert Morris College. She is survived by two sons , Theodore F. Ziants, serving in the U.S. Navy in Hawaii, and Timothy A. Ziants of Indiana; a daughter, Christina Cash of Indiana; two grandchildren; a sister, Margaret C. Creighton of Irwin; and two brothers , William P. Cummings of New Mexico and Richard J. Cummings of Ohio. Graveside services and interment will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in Irwin Union Cemetery with the Rev. Frank M. Sherman officiating.
