Louis Trimbur
Poll worker at Moore
Louis P. "Buzz" Trimbur, 88, of Brentwood, died Feb. 5, 2011.
Mr. Trimbur served in the U.S. Coast Guard during World War II.
He was involved in various sports activities in Brentwood as a baseball coach, football referee and basketball official. He volunteered at Meals on Wheels and worked the voting poll at Moore Elementary School.
Mr. Trimbur retired from Ball Corp. after 30-plus years of service.
He is survived by his five children, Dick (Mary), Dave (Sue) and Don (Linny) Trimbur, Debbie (Lou) Prosser, Diane (Dave) DeBor; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife Madge (Fisher) Trimbur, of more than 60 years.
Friends were received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home Inc., Brentwood. A service was held in Zion Lutheran Church.

Audrey Welsh

Audrey Jean Welsh, 52, of Baldwin Borough, died Feb. 5, 2011, after a battle with breast cancer.
Mrs. Welsh was a longtime member of Pleasant Hills Presbyterian Church and an employee of Applebee's in West Mifflin.
She is survived by her husband, Rick Welsh of 30 years; her children, Matthew Welsh, Julie (Jacob) Voigt and Kristen Welsh; her mother, Anna Mae (Watko) Black; siblings, Fred, Jay and Joe Black and Jaci McCullough; father-in-law, Dick Welsh; and brother-in-law, Scott Welsh.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Black; and mother-in-law, Millie Welsh.
Friends were received at the John F. Slater Funeral Home Inc., Brentwood. A service was held in Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church.
Robert J. "Bob" Putz
of Brentwood
Robert J. "Bob" Putz, 71, of Brentwood died Dec. 10, 2008.
Mr. Putz worked for the Brentwood School District in the mechanical maintenance department for seven years. He was president of the Brentwood Education Support Professionals Association of the PSEA/NEA.He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps.
He was the husband of Virginia (Onorato) Putz; father of Kimberly Horvat, Robert, Nicholas and Christopher Putz; grandfather of Eric, Karlie, Natalie, Anthony, Nikko, Carly and Christopher Putz Jr. and Corey and Ashley Horvat; great-grandfather of Xavier Minor and Noah Miller; and brother of Patricia Holmes.
Friends were received at the Cieslak & Tatko Funeral Home Inc., Brentwood. A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated in St. Sylvester Church, followed by burial in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.

Lucille M. (Lombard) Wollenschlaeger, 84, of Baldwin, died Dec. 16, 2008.
She was the wife of the late Gerald Wollenschlaeger; mother of Barbara (Randy) DeBolt of Alpharetta, Ga., Mary Lou (the late Wayne) Shuplock of Brea, Calif., and Susan (Jeff) Vietmeier of Whitehall; sister of Dorothy Lane of Vero Beach, Fla., Anna Mae Cathell of Jefferson Hills, Frank Lombard of Valrico, Fla., and the late Margaret Antonelli; grandmother of Kara, Tricia, Wayne, Susan, Matthew, Amy, Katie and Dana; and great-grandmother of Spencer, Quinn, Ella and Cooper.

(Marianne) Walsh of Baldwin, Eileen (David) Wagner of South Park and Joanne (David) Marcus of South Park; sister of Mary C. Jernstrom of Brentwood and the late Thomas B. Jennings; grandmother of Patrick (Kelly) Walsh, Katie (Robert) Wolford, Michael Walsh Jr., Christen Walsh, John Walsh, Erica (Michael) Tatko, Erin Walsh, Kassie Enos, Maggie Marcus, Haley Wagner, Emily Marcus, Joshua Wagner, Alyson Marcus and the late Nicholas Enos; and great-grandmother of Noah, Colleen, Aaron and Cecelia.

Lisa Burton Elder, 52, of Brentwood, died Dec. 16, 2008.
She was the wife of 10 years of Michael J. Elder; and the daughter of Robert and Jeanne Burton.

Albert Helquist

Albert L. Helquist, 89, of Pleasant Hills, died Dec. 15, 2008.
Mr. Helquist was a 50-year member of Pleasant Hills Community Presbyterian Church, where he served as an elder and deacon.
He was the husband of Ina Jane Helquist; father of Eric (Marie) Helquist of Chattanooga, Tenn., and Leslie (Jim) Dambaugh of Cranberry Township; and grandfather of Andrew Helquist and Ryan Helquist, both of Richmond, Va., and Elliott Dambaugh of Cranberry Township. Several nieces also survive.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John L. and Esther Helquist.
Friends were received at the Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Inc., Pleasant Hills. Interment was at Jefferson Memorial Park.
