Madeline Hronetz of Baldwin Borough, formerly of Wilmington, Del., died Tuesday, May 20, 2008.
She was the wife of the late Charles; mother of Carol (Richard) Nikituk of Delaware and Cheryl Geraci; grandmother of Christopher and Caitlyn Nikituk, and Brianna and Alyssa Geraci. Also survived by nieces and nephews from Delaware.
Mrs. Hronetz was a longtime sales associate at Joseph Horne Company and Lazarus.

Edward Rice Jr. of Baldwin Borough died Thursday, May 22, 2008.
He was the husband of Elaine (Beyer) Rice; father of Patricia (William) Pyle, Janet Meider and Robert (Lena Tipton, friend) Rice of Nashville, Tenn; grandfather of Melissa (Scott) Hitzfeld; brother of the late Vera Kraus, Dorothy Sturm, Donald, James and Richard Rice.
Mr. Rice worked at LTV (formerly J & L Steel) for 40 years as an electrician.

Eric John Revo Jr., 7 years young, moved on to Heaven on Thursday, May 8, 2008. He was at home surrounded by his family.
He was the cherished son of Rebecca and Eric Sr.; big brother and best friend of Leah; loving grandson of Donna and Russell Deakin and Bonny and John Revo; great-grandson of Ruth Revo, Betty Brown and Stanley Sturak; nephew of Josh (Amie) Deakin, Gabriella Deakin, John (Brooke) Revo, Bob (Missy) Revo and Tina (John Patterson); cousin of Staci, Jaycee, Dominque, Austin, Brandon, Elizabeth, Bonny and Grant; also survived by great-uncles, aunts and cousins and many friends.
Eric was a unique individual with spirit, determination, intelligence and wisdom beyond his years. He brought immense joy and happiness to all of his "idiots."

Gladys Young, 86, of Pleasant Hills, formerly of Jefferson and Baldwin boroughs, died Jan. 1, 2008.
She was the wife of the late Ernest Young; mother of Samuel (Sandra) and the late Ernest Jr. and Dolores Roland; mother-in-law of Ann Young; sister of the late Samuel, Robert, William, Elizabeth and Katherine; grandmother of Heather (Alan), Amy (Aaron), Ernest III, Elessa, Aaron and Samuel; great-grandmother of Matthew and Ryan.
She was a graduate registered nurse from New Castle Hospital and retired from South Side Hospital.

Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Fletcher, 86, of Brentwood died Sunday, Dec. 30, 2007.
She was the devoted wife of 28 years to Thomas Fletcher, formerly of Allentown; sister of Rita Vrabel of Baldwin.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Edward, Joseph (Virginia) and William (Elizabeth) Yoest, and sisters, Vera (Jordan), Mary (Pratley) and Sally (Fankhauser) Yoest.
She was the mother of Bernard (Susan) Hindman of Youngwood; grandmother of Scott (Cheryl) and Christopher (Karen) Hindman of Whitehall; great-grandmother of Fletcher, Gabrielle, Carl and Ian Hindman.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Fletcher was an accomplished beautician and was well-known for 40 years with her own "Betty's Beauty Shop" in Carrick.

He was the husband of 42 years to Kathleen (Desmond) Fitzgerald; father of Clare Ann Fitzgerald, Julie (Scott) Corbett and Robert Jr. (Lisa); pap of Lindsay and Leah Corbett; Megan, Allison and Daniel Robert Fitzgerald; son of the late Robert and Ann (McCann) Fitzgerald; brother of James Fitzgerald and Catherine Mavrinac and the late Robert, William, Ellamae Baier, John, Ann Therese and Edward; brother-in-law of Harry Mavrinac, Denis Baier, Joan (Bernard) Meyer and the late Jean Fitzgerald.
