Bernadine F. (O'Hayre) Lawson, 84, of Pleasant Hills, died on Friday, August 15, 2008. She formerly resided in Rockland, MA. She was the wife of the late Martin J.; loving mother of Janet (Ed) Carke, Rob (Tina), Martin Joseph Jr. (Barbara) and Kenny Lawson; dear sister of Pauline Bryson; grandmother of seven; great-grandmother of two. Bernadine was an avid golfer, bowler, shopper and caregiver.

Patricia J. Pirozak, of Whitehall, died on Friday, August 15, 2008.
She was the wife of the late Thomas M. Pirozak; mother of Patrick Michael Pirozak of Boston, MA; sister of Henrietta F. (George) Ross of Emsworth; daughter of the late Frank T. and Jane C. (Makowski) Sawester. She was also survived by her nephews George, James, and Jon (Lori) Ross. Patricia was a devoted Christian, loving and nurturing mother, sister, wife and daughter. After many years of deteriorating health and chronic pain, she is now at peace in God's Kingdom.May she always watch over us.

Dr. James Reber

Dr. James Reber, 84, formerly of Whitehall, died Saturday, May 3, 2008.
He was the husband of 62 happy years to Marilyn Reber; father of Richard James (Kit) and David; son of the late Alvin and Mary Reber; brother of John and the late Patricia Bashline.
He was a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Dr. Reber practiced orthodontics for 38 years and taught at the University of Pittsburgh for 20 years.
He was an accomplished pilot and avid sports fan.

Margaret Detig

Margaret (Quinn) Detig, 77, died April 30, 2008.
She will be reunited with her late husband Joseph, who she had been happily married to for more than 56 years before his passing last year.
She was the sister of Ann Malloy, Arthur Quinn and the late Elizabeth Hartman; sister-in-law of Lois Quinn, Lee Hartman and Robert Detig; aunt of Christine (Anthony) DiNizo, Lauren Malloy, Shelly (Kevin) Cox and Kerra Penn.
She also is survived by nieces, nephews, grandnieces and nephews and her lifelong friends, especially Ruth Ann.

Delores Eberhart
Loved dancing
Delores "Dolly" Eberhart of Balwin Borough, formerly of Whitehall, died April 30, 2008, at home.
Her love of dancing led to a career teaching at Fred Astair and Arthur Murray for 14 years. Later she was employed by Computer Systems Institute and retired in 1995 from Pittsburgh Beauty Academy.
She is survived by her companion Don Rauch; her sister Willa Mae Schafer; daughter Marilyn Evans; son Mark Eberhart; grandson Allan Lenard; great-granddaughter Riley Lenard; and numerous nieces and nephews.
