DOROTHY IREN LEWIS
WARREN Pa. Dorothy Iren (May) Lewis, 56, of Warren, went to be with the lord Wednesday, September 1.
She was born March 3, 1943. She was preceded in death by her father, Benjemen E. May, and her step-father, William H. Naill, Sr.
She is survived by her mother Dorothy M. Naill Wilson, also surviving are three brothers; three sisters; four daughters; one son; and numerous grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at the Warrens Faith Hospital Chapel at 1:30 p.m. Viewing will be Friday from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
Interment will be Tuesday at 1 p.m. at the Glendale cemetery in Flintstone.
MICHAEL M. KUBICA
ALTOONA, Pa. - Michael M. Kubica, 70, of RD#1, Box 451-I, Altoona, died Thursday, September 30, 1999, at the Conemaugh Memorial Center.
Born January 30, 1929, at East Juniata, he was the son of Martin Kubica and Susan (Radelsky) Kubica. He also was preceded in death by one brother, Joseph V. Kubica, who died in 1973.
Surviving are his wife Freda E. (Tantius) Kubica, one son, Timothy M. Kubica, Altoona; one brother, Anthony F. Kubica, Altoona, and one sister, Veronica Kubica, Altoona.
Mr. Kubica was retired from Westvaco in 1991 where he was employed as Superintendent of Power and Recovery. After high school, he also worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad.
Mr. Kubica graduated from Altoona High School in 1947. He was a graduate of Penn State with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He was a member of the Penn State Alumni Association; American Legion Post 155; National Rifle Association, and an associate member of the Horseshoe Curve National Historic Landmark. He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict. He holds the commission of Colonel in the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. He enjoyed hunting and studying the history of the Civil War.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Mauk and Yates Funeral Home, Inc., 719 Fourth Ave, Juniata, Altoona,
Services will be conducted on Monday at 11 a.m. at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Altoona, with the Rev. Carl Spishak officiating.
Interment will be in Calvary cemetery, Altoona.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association or the Diabetes Foundation.
HARRY KENNETH LOGUE
CLEARVILLE, Pa. - Harry Kenneth Logue, 76, of R.F.D. 3, Box 167, Clearville, died Wednesday, June 16, 1999, at Memorial Hospital.
He was born Aug. 25, 1922, in Hyndman, Pa. He was preceded in death by his wife, the late Agnes A. "Freda" (Donahoe) Logue, on Jan. 16, 1994; two grandchildren, Donna Logue and DeWayne Logue; and a half-brother, John Ray Zimmerman. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Mr. Logue was a retired self-employed saw mill owner and operator. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army during World War II.
Surviving are a daughter, Frances I. Marks, and husband, James, Brice Hollow Road, Cumberland, Md.; two sons, Harry E. Logue and wife, Rosalie, R.F.D. 3, Clearville, and Charles R. Logue and wife, Ann, R.F.D. 3, Clearville; 10 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received at the Merritt-Adams Funeral Home, P.A., 404 Decatur St., Cumberland, on Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Merritt-Adams Funeral Home, P.A., with the Rev. Fred Iser officiating.
Interment will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Chris Logue, David Logue, Kenny Logue, Tim Logue, Jason Logue and Westley Marks.
ROBERT R. LLEWELLYN
DOVER, Pa. - Robert R. Llewellyn, 71, of Dover, died Saturday, Feb. 20, 1999, at York Hospital, York.
Mr. Llewellyn was a consultant for Llewellyn's Mobile Home Court Inc., Dover, for 34 years. He attended Dover Bethany United Methodist Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force during World War II.
Born Nov. 21, 1927, in Keyser, W.Va., he was a son of the late Alvin and Essie Baker Llewellyn.
He leaves his wife, D. Jane Seeders Llewellyn, with whom he celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary on Feb. 22, 1998; two daughters, Linda J. Bailey and Susan J. Gochenour, both of Dover; three grandsons; three sisters, Elizabeth M. Bartik, McCoole, Md., M. Helen Rotruck and Shirl L. Terrell, both of Keyser; four brothers, Kenneth A. Llewellyn, Wachula, Fla., Keith E. Llewellyn, Bellflowers, Calif., William G. Llewellyn, Keyser, and Wayne V. Llewellyn, Dover.
Viewings will be from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday at Emig Funeral Home, 47 N. Queen St., Dover; and from 11 a.m. to noon on Wednesday at the Dover Bethany United Methodist Church, 4510 Bull Road, Dover, where services will begin on Wednesday at noon.
Burial will be in the church cemetery with the Rev. Rodney Richesson, pastor of Dover United Methodist Church, officiating.

GAIL LUCAS
YORK, Pa. - Gail (Snyder) Lucas, 62, of Spring Garden Township, died Monday, Oct. 18, 1999, at her home.
Born Jan. 18, 1937, in Cumberland, Md., she was the daughter of the late John K. and Jane (Lucas) Snyder.
Mrs. Lucas was a special education teacher at the Harbour School, Annapolis, Md.
Surviving are her husband, R. Scott Lucas; two sons, William D. Hicks Jr., Seattle, Wash., and John M. Hicks, Wichita Falls, Tex.; one daughter, Jean Ellen Millender, Plano, Tex.; two stepdaughters, Stephanie Lucas, York, and Susan Upadhyay, Dover, Del.; eight grandchildren; one brother, John K. Snyder Jr., Scottsdale, Ariz.; two sisters, Jean S. Donahue, Cumberland, Md., and Ada Lucas McCord, Austin, Tex.; and nieces and nephews.
There will be no viewing.
Graveside services will be private at the convenience of the family in Prospect Hill cemetery with the Rev. Thomas D. Bellis officiating.

VIOLA G. LANDIS
HYNDMAN, Pa. - Viola Gertrude (Cook) Landis, 93, of Hyndman, died Tuesday, June 15, 1999, at Memorial Hospital, Cumberland, Md.
Born Dec. 26, 1905, in Wellersburg, she was a daughter of the late Jesse J. and Belle C. (Long) Cook. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Landis, on Dec. 5, 1978; two brothers, Harry and Bruce Cook; and four sisters, Pearl McDonald and Grace, Edna, and Bertha Cook; and a grandson, Edmund Landis.
She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
Mrs. Landis is survived by a son, Ray Landis and wife, Donna (Custer), Hyndman; five grandchildren, Donna Day, Dora Stranathan, David Landis, Mary Arney and John Landis; 12 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Landis was a loving mother and dedicated homemaker. She held membership in the Ellerslie United Methodist Church.
Friends will be received at the Harvey H. Zeigler Funeral Home, Hyndman, on Friday, June 18, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Services will be conducted at the funeral home on Saturday, June 19, at 2 p.m. Interment will be in Porter cemetery, R.D. 1, Hyndman.
GEORGE W. LUNG
SALISBURY, Pa. - George William Lung, 75, of 105 Park Drive, Salisbury, died Saturday, Oct. 16, 1999, at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
Born April 17, 1924, in Salisbury, he was the son of the late Charles Frank and Maggie Margaret (Mitchell) Lung. He also was preceded in death by his former first wife, Eva Jane (Hampe) Lung; his second wife, Anna Nannie (Hampe) Lung; four sisters, Arminta Beal, Pearl Lung, Gladys Lung and Frances Minnick; and one brother, Charles Lung.
Mr. Lung was a member of the Cherry Grove Church of the Brethren, and was a retired roads construction worker. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
Surviving include his wife, Mary (Patton) Lung; one son, George Franklin Lung, Berlin; one grandson whom he raised, Barry Lung, Minn.; one stepson, Randall Engle, Meyersdale; five daughters, Linda Streng, Bessie Margaret Lung, Nancy Jane Lung, all of Meyersdale, Gladys A. Wisseman, Salisbury, and Deborah Pearl Judge, Olympia, Wash.; one stepdaughter, Karen House, Stoystown; two brothers, Harry Lung, Boynton, and Albert Lung, Salisbury; four sisters, Mabel Tressler, Jean Lung, both of Meyersdale, Nellie Slayton, and Elizabeth Meyers, both of Salisbury; 15 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., Grantsville, Md.
Services will be conducted there on Tuesday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. Daniel J. Whitacre officiating.
Interment will be in the Salisbury cemetery.
Military graveside rites will be accorded by area veteran's service organizations.
