TYRONE - Kaytlin Olivia Dale went home to be with Jesus, after only 15 days on this Earth, Monday, May 31, 2004, at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. at the church, with the Rev. Perry Babb, senior pastor of Antiock International Church in State College, officiating.
Burial will follow in Alto Reste Cemetery, Plank Road, Altoona.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the King's Children's Home and Orphanage in Belize, with checks made payable to Antiock International Church, PO Box 1169, State College, Pa. 16804.

A memorial was conducted at United Community Methodist Church in Casseberry, Fla., Monday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Mailman officiating.
Burial followed in Bushnell, Fla., in Veterans National Cemetery.
There will be a memorial service in Meadville at Saint Mary of Grace Church, 1085 Water St., Wednesday at 10 a.m.

Charlene was a very friend and family-loving individual. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
