Age 64, of Nevillewood, formerly of Norvelt, on Monday, Feb. 25, 2008 with her husband at her bedside. Daughter of John T. and the late Josephine (Klosky) Evans; beloved wife of 33 years of Jeffry L. Fink; loving mother of Ian D. (Kara) Fink and Kristen J. (Rob) Scarborough; cherished grandmother of Dylan N. Fink; sister of Judith (Donald) McClellan; also survived by many nieces and nephews. She will be truly missed by her cats Prestwick and Zoe. Joanne was a world traveler, dedicated theater goer, an avid reader and golfer, especially at the Club at Nevillewood of which she was a member and Valley Brook Country Club where she was a former member. She graduated from California University of Pennsylvania and received her Master of Library Science Degree from University of Pittsburgh. She briefly taught English for the Diocese of Pittsburgh prior to a 30 year career as Librarian with the Upper St. Clair School District. Joanne belonged to the South Hills Assembly, Delta Zeta Sorority, American Association of University Women and she sponsored a South American child through Compassion Inc.
