Pearl L. Griffin
(March 27, 1914 - June 28, 2011)
Pearl L. Griffin, 97, of Easton, PA, passed away on Tuesday, June 28th in Gracedale Nursing Home.
Born: She was born on March 27, 1914 in Central South Carolina, a daughter of the late Rosa Norris Acker.
Personal: Pearl was an LPN for Easton Hospital for 10 years, retiring in 1979.
Memberships: She was a member of the Easton Senior Center where she conducted Bible Study, was a founding member and mother of Green Pastures Community Church, served as president of the Practical Nurses Association at Easton, Hospital, received a citation from The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania House of Representatives on her 90th birthday sponsored by Senator Robert L. Freeman and a special birthday acknowledgement from Congressman Charles W. Dent on the occasion of her 93rd birthday.
Survivors: Pearl is survived by her sons Rev. Howard Griffin Jr. of Scranton, PA, Pastor Don B. Griffin of Forks Twp., Robin L. Griffin of Reading, PA; daughter Tanya R. Brown of Palmer Twp.; 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 10 great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Howard A. Griffin; sons Haroldy Griffin, Michael B. Griffin; sisters Norseal Reeder, Clara Blander, Corine Stephens, and a brother Charles Henry Acker.
Services: Calling hours will be held on Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). An additional calling hour will be held on Saturday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in Green Pastures Community Church, 28 North 10th Street, Easton PA 18042. Services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am in the church. Interment will be in Easton Cemetery.

Francis "Buck" Fehley
(Died July 3, 2011)
Francis “Buck” Fehley, 69 of Easton, PA passed away Sunday July 3, 2011 with his wife and daughter by his side.
Born: He was born on March 25, 1942 in Phillipsburg, NJ a son of the late John P. Fehley, Sr. and Sarah Gehret Fehley.
Personal: Buck and his wife, the former Jane Davis celebrated 52 years of marriage together on October 11th. Buck, or Buckwheat, as his friends referred to him was an avid biker and loved to ride his motorcycles as well as racing them. He enjoyed following Nascar and drag racing and headed to Daytona Beach every year for Bike Week. He sponsored several quoit leagues, pool leagues, and softball teams. He was loved by so many people and was respected for his willingness to help them. He enjoyed building his family businesses and spending time together with his children and grandchildren. Buck purchased the old “Reese Cadillac” building that sat at the “foot of college hill,” as it was known then, in 1980 and built a custom bar and entertainment area in the main showroom hosting 25 foot ceiling and columns with a beautiful balcony. He built a second bar in the area known as the “Game Room” that held meetings and parties as well as quiot and pool league matches. The Ballroom, located in the back of the building held 300 people including a dance floor and bar. Many weddings and banquets were enjoyed at Club Mohican. Buck, his family and friends brought that part of the town back to life with turning the lights-on! Buck also owned and operated a trucking company and Fehley’s Fuel Oil Co located on Snyder Street, near the on-ramp for 22 West. He assisted many truckers passing thru and got them back out on the road with his auto company. He loved people and they loved him! He went on to buy the Hilltop Restaurant in South Side, Easton and the Godfather Lounge in Williams Township. He was an inspiration to the community and will be sadly missed by many. Memberships: He was a member of the Club Mohican, Palmer Fire House, Citizens Hose, Liberty Hose, Manachor and the Fleas Club.
Survivors: In addition to his wife, Buck is survived by a daughter Kim Fehley Walck and husband Brian; a brother Thomas Fehley Sr. and wife Marlene; grandchildren Sonya, Tiffany, Courtney, Autumn, Stephen, Harley Jane; great grandchildren Justin, Joshua, Jacob, Alycia, Aiden and nephews. Brothers John (Jack) Fehley, Jr., Patrick Fehley, Sr. and sons Frankie L. Fehley (2004) and John P. Fehley (1993) preceded Buck in death.
Services: Calling hours will be held on Thursday evening from 5:00pm until 8:00pm in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. A memorial service will follow at 8:00pm in the funeral home. Interment will be private.
Friends and relatives are invited to attend a Buckwheat celebration on Friday at 3:00pm at the Club Mohican, 1010 Belmont St. Easton, PA 18042.

Mason Alexander Koch
(Died June 29, 2011)
Mason Alexander Koch, 3, of Nazareth, PA, passed away on Wednesday, June 29th at Easton Hospital.
Born: Mason was born on March 5, 2008, in Bethlehem, PA, a son of Michael and Kelly (Derby) Koch, Jr., of Nazareth.
Survivors: In addition to his parents, Mason is survived by a sister Morgan Koch, and a brother Kole Koch, both at home; paternal grandparents Michael & Nancy Koch; maternal grandparents Gaylord & Debbie Derby; paternal great grandparents Donald and Susan Koch and Audrey Koch; maternal great grandparents Leonard and Bettie Frederick.
Services: Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a service at 3:00 pm in the funeral home. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp.

Lorraine Borealo
(Died July 28, 2011)
Lorraine Borealo, 54, of Easton, PA, passed away on Thursday, July 28th in VNA Hospice House of St. Luke’s.
Born: Lorraine was born on May 24, 1957, in Augusta, GA, a daughter of Joseph Fedor of Forked River, NJ, and the late Rose Antoinette Gatti.
Personal: Lorraine was a register Nurse for Raway Hospital in NJ for several years and most recently as a substitute teacher and nurse at Forks Elementary School in Easton Area School District. She was a devoted wife and mother.
Memberships: Lorraine was a member of St. Jane Frances de Chantal Catholic Church, Palmer Twp.
Survivors: Lorraine is survived by her husband, Gabriel Borealo, Jr.; son Thomas Gabriel Borealo; daughter Angela Rose Borealo, both residing at home; sisters Maryanne Fedor Anner of Colonia, NJ, and Joanne Fedor of Raway, NJ.
Services: Calling hours will be held on Monday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and also on Tuesday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10:30 am in St. Jane’s Catholic Church, 4049 Hartley Avenue, Easton. Entombment will be in Holy Savior Cemetery, Bethlehem.
Memorial Contributions: Contributions in Lorraine’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Jennie Minardi
(Died July 17, 2011)
Jennie Minardi, of Easton, PA, passed away on Sunday, July 17th, in Easton Hospital.
Born: Jennie is a daughter of the late Isadoro and Margarita Franco DeBiasi.
Personal: Jennie worked as an over-locker machine operator for Craft Rug Mills in Easton for 40 years, retiring in 1980.
Memberships: Jennie was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church.
Survivors: Jennie is survived by her husband of 60 years, Thomas Minardi; sons Paul Durnin and his wife Deborah of Bath, John Durnin and his wife Mary Ann of Bethlehem Twp.; daughter-in-law, Rae Durnin; sisters Lena Maleski of Pen Argyl, Julia Lindgren of Bethlehem Twp., Lilly Bozzomo of Palmer Twp., Josephine Chillot of Palmer Twp.; brother Nick DeBiasi of Palmer Twp.; 12 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son James Durnin; sisters Fannie Cocco, Mary Alteri, Carmella Patino; brothers Isadore, Frank, Anthony, Dominic DeBiasi; and a grandson Thomas Durnin.
Services: Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and also Thursday from 8:15 am to 9:15 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 10:00 am in St. Anthony’s Church, 9th & Lehigh Street, Easton, PA. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp.

William C. Bonners, Jr.
(October 25, 1941 - July 27, 2011)
William Bonners, Jr., 69, of West Easton, PA, passed away on Wednesday, July 27th in Easton Hospital.
Born: William was born on October 25, 1941 in Easton, PA, a son of the late William Charles and Frances Dapkiewicz Bonners Sr.
Personal: William worked as a maintenance mechanic for Pfizer at the former Easton location, retiring in 1999.
Memberships: William was a member of First Baptist Church of Bethlehem. He was a volunteer for the West Easton Fire Co where he served as a volunteer for over 40 years, and he also served as a fire police officer in his later years.
Survivors: William is survived by his wife of 46 years, the former Virginia Ann Snyder; son William Charles Bonners, III and his wife Jodi of Bethlehem Twp.; daughter Betty-Jo Bonners-Ramos and her husband Tony of West Easton; sister Mariann Bigley of West Easton; brothers James Bonners of West Easton, Anthony Bonners of Chapmans, PA; grandchildren Daniel, Joseph, Tory, and a great-grandchild Emma.
Services: Calling hours will be held on Saturday from 9:00 am to 11:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.). A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine, Palmer Twp.

Antonia Muzzicato
(November 1, 1923 - July 9, 2011)
Antonia Muzzicato 87, of Easton, PA passed away Saturday, July 9th, 2011 in Easton Hospital.
Antonia was born November 1st, 1923 in Gela, Italy a daughter of the late Giuseppe and Maria (Macaluso) Danubio.
She is preceded in death by her husband Salvatore in 2007. Antonia retired many years ago from the former Strongwear Pants Co. of Easton where she had been employed as a sewing machine operator.
Antonia was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church 9th & Lehigh St. in Easton, and the Circolo San Placido.
She is survived by her sons Sam of Bangor and Michael of Easton, Daughters; Rosa Taboni and her husband Umberto of Savona, Italy, Connie Bonomo of Easton and Maria Muzzicato of Easton; seven grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday 6pm - 8pm and also Thursday 8:15am until 9:15 am in the Morello Funeral Home Inc. 3720 Nicholas St. Easton (Palmer Twp.) PA. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow Thursday at 10:00am in St. Anthonys Catholic Church 9th & Lehigh St. Easton, PA. Interment will be in St. Anthony’s Cemetery, Williams Twp.

Robert G. Cohen
(Died July 3, 2011)
Robert G. Cohen, 78 of Forks Twp. passed away surrounded by his family on Sunday July 3, 2011 in Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth.
Born: He was born on March 17, 1933 in Brooklyn, NY a son of the late George Cohen and Catherine Romanish Mindick.
Personal: Robert and his wife, the former Betty Cron celebrated 53 years of marriage together on April 26th. He was employed as a salesman for FR Schreiber Co in Lititz, PA for 28 years retiring in 1996. Robert was a graduate of Wilson High School and attended Penn State University. He was one of the founders of the Forks Twp. Athletic Association and was actively involved in all levels of Township baseball as well as being instrumental in bringing T-ball to Forks. He was an avid Phillies and Eagles fan. Robert was also an avid animal lover, having owned many pets during his life. He served our country in the US Marines from 1956-1958.
Memberships: Robert was a member of the Northampton County Marine Corps League.
Survivors: In addition to his wife, Robert is survived by a son Jeff and wife Dawn Cohen of Nazareth; a daughter Julie Baldwin of Bethlehem Twp; a brother William Mindick of Arizona and grandchildren Justin and Nicole Cohen and Sean, Alyson and Trey Baldwin.
Services: A calling hour will be held on Wednesday from 10:30am until 11:30am in the Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas St. Palmer Twp. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 11:30am in the funeral home.
Memorial Contributions: In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Northampton County Marine Corps League, 1621 Lehigh St. Easton, PA 18042 or Nazareth Ambulance P.O. Box 326 Nazareth, PA 18064 or to Suburban EMS 2925 William Penn Hwy Suite 101 Palmer, PA 18045 in memory of Robert.

Richard A. Lombardi, Sr.
(May 30, 1915 - August 8, 2011)
Richard A. Lombardi, Sr., 96, of Bethlehem, PA, passed away on August 8th in Manor Care, Bethlehem.
Services: Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA.

Norman R. Jones
(October 25, 1920 - August 8, 2011)
Norman R. Jones, 90, of Forks Twp., passed away on Monday, August 8th in Gracedale Nursing Home.
Born: Norman was born in Pittsburgh, PA, a son of the late Robert and Marie LaBarrer Jones.
Personal: Norman was a self-employed plumber, and later retired from Legow Management Co., where he worked in the property management department. He served in the US Navy CB’s during World War II in the Pacific Theater. He enjoyed performing in local theaters as a vocal performer, volunteered as a softball coach at various high schools in the Lehigh Valley, and played major League Baseball for the Baltimore Orioles in 1942. He also served as a volunteer fireman in Cranford, NJ and the New Jersey National Guard from 1948-1950.
Survivors: Norman is survived by his wife of 29 years, the former Linda Goslin; son Bruce Jones of Palmer Twp.; daughter Susan Jones Roth of Freehold, NJ; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first wife, Muriel Ford Jones, and son Robert Jones.
Services: A calling hour will be held on Friday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am in Morello Funeral Home, Inc., 3720 Nicholas Street, Easton, PA (Palmer Twp.) followed by a prayer service at 11:00 am in the funeral home. Interment will be in Northampton Memorial Shrine.
