EMPLOYED: Worked for a Dress Company in Chester as a buttonhole machine operator.
She was sister of the late Andrew, Elizabeth, Paul, Daniel and Michael DiMaio and Lily Marcin.
SURVIVORS: Survived by Two Sisters: Mary Rocci of Glen Mills, PA and Rose Hyre of Ravenna, Ohio; Also survived by many Nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.

Died on December 28, 2007 at Mt Vernon Hospital, Alexandria, VA. Born in Chester, PA, she had been a resident of Aston Twp., for the past 14 years.
A woman who was devoted to her home and family she had formerly been a school crossing guard at 20th & Providence Ave. in Chester for ten years. Earlier she had been employed by the former Dalton's Bakery and Prospect Park Bakery both in Chester. She enjoyed cooking.
She had been a former member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church in Chester and the former St. Robert's Catholic Church also in Chester.
Wife of the late Emilio DiMatteo, Sr., who died in 1970, she is survived by 1 Son: Emilio "Skip" DiMatteo of Upper Providence twp., 2 daughters: Anita M. Pollard of Alexandria, VA and Marie D. Metzger of Glen Mills, PA; 2 Sisters: Lucy Jones of Aston, PA and Gilda Falkenstein of State College, PA; Also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.]
Funeral Mass followed by Interment will be private. Memorial contributions to the charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.

AT: Riddle Memorial Hospital BORN IN: Glasgow, Scotland, she had been a resident of Wallingford before moving to Brookhaven, PA 30 years ago.

Attended Drexel University and Pierce Business School
EMPLOYMENT: Parkside Methodist Church as a Secretary until her retirement at the age of 75. Prior Employment: Chester Cambridge Bank and also in Real Estate as a Secretary.
ORGANIZATIONS: Church: Member Leiper Presbyterian Church, Swarthmore, PA. she was also a long time member of the First Presbyterian Church, Chester, PA.
Other: Mrs. DiStefano immigrated to the United States in 1925 and settled in Chester, PA. She was a woman of great faith and was devoted to her home, family and Church. In 1947 she married the late Ronald DiStefano who died in 1981. Daughter of the late James and Mary Walker Currie Munce who where among the founding members of The First Presbyterian Church, Chester, PA.
Sister of the late James Munce, Kathleen Gray and Currie Munce.
SURVIVORS: Survived by One Son: Ronald DiStefano of Landenberg, PA; Three Daughters: Mary Wohlstein of Sebastian, Florida, Barbara Calhoun of New Canaan, Connecticut and Susan Jurgensen of Malvern, PA; Also survived by Nine Grandchildren and Two Great-Grandchildren.

ORGANIZATIONS: A devoted family man who was instrumental in helping his sons succeed in their respective business ventures and also acted as a second father to many of their friends. He enjoyed movies and keeping in touch with his many friends
He served as President of Nether Providence Athletic Association for many years and was very active coaching and mentoring young athletes.
Brother of the late Donna Marie Dolce.
