RONALD JAMES HERAK
Ronald James Herak, 49, of North Huntingdon, died Monday, March 6, 2000, at Monsour Medical Center, Jeannette. He was born Sept. 8, 1950, in Cleveland, Ohio, a son of John Jr. and Caroline (Hulina) Herak of North Huntingdon. He was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth John Herak. He was employed as an electronic assembler at Contraves Co., Keystone Commons Building, East Pittsburgh. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War. Also, he was a member of the Guthrie F&AM #759 of Pleasant Hills; played as a musician in the "Barons," a Pittsburgh variety band; and was a member of ASERB. Friends received at the VINCENT V. RODGERS FUNERAL HOME, 805 Pennsylvania Ave., Irwin, Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service will be held in the funeral home chapel Friday at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Jonathan P. Hardt officiating. Interment in the New St. Joseph Cemetery, North Versailles. Masonic services will be held Thursday at 8 p.m.
FRANK C. KRISNOSKY
Frank C. Krisnosky, 80, formerly of Penn, died Tuesday, March 7, 2000, in the Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. He was born June 8, 1919, in Penn, a son of the late Felix and Valeria Zeblewski Krisnosky. Prior to retirement, he was employed by Westinghouse Electric in Trafford. He was also a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and he was a member of St. Boniface Church, Penn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Durden Krisnosky; two sisters ; and three brothers . He is survived by two sons , Daniel of Penn and Stephen of Greensburg; two daughters , Patricia Ann Troglio and her husband, John, of Greensburg and Virginia Cook and her husband, Leroy, of Evans, Ga.; five grandchildren, Lisa, Lee, Kristi, Matthew and Kelly; a great-granddaughter, Jenna; and numerous nieces and nephews. There will be no public visitation. Funeral Mass and interment will be private. The MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME INC., Jeannette, is in charge of arrangements.

Helen (Jones) Murray, 74, of Turtle Creek, died Tuesday, March 7, 2000. Beloved wife of the late Daniel J. Murray. Loving mother of Donna L. Barber and her husband, Dan, Janet L. Johnson and her late husband, Ed, and Daniel R. Murray and his wife, Eileen. Grandmother of Jodi and Andrew Barber, Brian Johnson, Connie and Kevin Murray. Sister of William R. Ferguson and James E. NAOMI B. STEELE
Naomi B. Steele, 87, of Latrobe, died Monday, March 6, 2000, in IHS at Mountain View, Unity Township. She was born June 11, 1912, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Joseph P. and Tillie (Gibson) Bushfield. Naomi was a member of the Latrobe Presbyterian Church. Prior to her retirement, she was the store manager for the former Fulton Piano and Organ Co. She also gave lessons in playing the piano and the organ, and played the organ for the United Presbyterian Church in Latrobe from 1932 to 1946, and for the Latrobe Roller Garden. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters , Florence Kennelty and Suzanne Bushfield. She is survived by her husband of 69 years, John G. Steele; three daughters , Joanne Nicely and husband, Richard, of Fort Myers, Fla., Martha McGinnis and husband, William, of Latrobe, and Nancy Combs and husband, Tommy, of Lexington, Ky.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the HARTMAN-GRAZIANO FUNERAL HOME INC., 1500 Ligonier St., Latrobe, Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in Unity Chapel, Unity Township, with the Rev. JAMES M. TAYLOR
James M. Taylor, 74, of Greensburg, died Tuesday, March 7, 2000, in Westmoreland Regional Hospital, Greensburg. He was born June 10, 1925, in Jeannette, a son of the late David F. and Beulah Murray Taylor. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church, Youngwood. He served in the 45th Division of the 179 Regiment (Thunderbirds) of the U.S. Army during World War II in North Africa, Sicily and Italy. He was a retired disabled veteran. He was a life member of the Greensburg VFW Post 33, a member and officer of the former American Legion #975, and a member of AARP. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Caldwell; two brothers , William and Jack Taylor; and a twin sister, Betty Jean Taylor. He is survived by his wife, F. Annabelle (Lohr) Taylor of Greensburg; daughters , Deborah Ann Prinkey Christner of Youngwood and Mrs. Mark (Sharon Lee) Beezer of Margate, Fla.; a son, David James "Otis" Taylor of Greensburg; two grandchildren, Kristina Marie Prinkey and James Calvin Prinkey Jr.; two stepgrandchildren, Mark Beezer Jr. and Pfc. Matthew J. Beezer; a sister, Margaret Walton of Greensburg; and his buddy, Shadow. Friends received Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the C. Antonia "Toni-Tonika" (Bukovac) Yankowski, 83, of Wilmerding, died Monday, March 6, 2000. A daughter of the late Andrew and Stella (Karas) Bukovac. Wife of the late Adam "Fagan" Yankowski. mother of Dolores "Dolly" Zych, James "Sonny" Yankowski, and Robert "Bob-Yanko" (Donna) Yankowski. Sister of Catherine Nash, Clara Petrocelli, George and Andy Bukovac, and the late Vera Little and Anna Lapatta. Also six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Regina J. Palmer Brezinski, 80, of Blairsville, died Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at the Latrobe Area Hospital. A daughter of William D. Palmer Sr. and Ella Rager Palmer, she was born Sept. 10, 1919, in Bairdstown, Pa. Mrs. Brezinski was a member of the Hebron Evangelical Lutheran Church, Blairsville. She formerly had worked as a beautician and was a volunteer at Latrobe Area Hospital. Surviving are three sons , Gary N. Brezinski and his wife, Carol, of Homer City, Gregory L. Brezinski and his wife, JoAnne, of Blairsville RD3 and Mark W. Brezinski and his wife, Monica, of Blairsville RD2; and six grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Nicholas Brezinski, on March 24, 1990; and two brothers , William D. Palmer Jr. and Lloyd M. Palmer. Mary Louise Cammarata, 80, of Youngtown, Ariz., formerly of Greensburg, died Wednesday, March 8, 2000, in Youngtown, Ariz. She was born May 7, 1919, in Jeannette, a daughter of the late James and Anna Baracco Zinna. She was a former member of Our Lady of Grace Church and the Women's Auxiliary of the Moose. She is survived by her husband, Frank Cammarata Jr.; three sons , Frank Cammarata III and wife, Karen, of Arkansas, James Cammarata and wife, Deanna, of Arizona, and Joseph Cammarata of Redwood, Calif.; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Mario Zinna and wife, Olga, of Jeannette; and several nieces and nephews. DENNIS M. COFFMAN
Dennis M. Coffman, 39, of Indian Head Road, Indian Head, died Thursday, March 9, 2000, in the IHS of Greater Pittsburgh at Greensburg. He was born Jan. 18, 1961, in Pittsburgh, a son of Charles L. and Norma Gales Coffman of Bear Rocks. He was a graduate of Connellsville High School and was employed as a carpenter, having been a member of Union Local #2274. He was a member of the Mon Valley Ski Club and the Cedarbrook Golf League. Dennis was also a member of the Indian Head Church of God. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his wife, Jill Russell Coffman; four sons , Christopher, James, Adam and Robert Coffman, all at home; two brothers , Douglas Coffman of Largo, Fla., and Charles David Coffman and his wife, Patty, of Ligonier; and three sisters , Kitty Parker and her husband, Peter, of Gloucester, Va., Sue Ann Rega and her husband, Joseph, of Lake Mary, Fla., and Pamela Glassburn and her husband, David, of Lake Mary, Fla. Anthony B. DeMarino, co-founder of T&L Restaurant of Hempfield Township, died at age 79, at his home in Hempfield Township, Thursday, March 9, 2000. He was born Dec. 22, 1920, in Greensburg, a son of the late Vincent and Agata Picolli DeMarino. He was a loving Father , grandfather, and great-grandfather. He was a member of the Church of St. Paul and was a veteran of the U.S. Marines, having served in World War II. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his loving wife, Mary P. "Lena" Garofola DeMarino; his sister, Rose DeMeter; and two brothers , Larry and James DeMarino. He is survived by his children, sons , Jerome A. DeMarino and wife, Judy, and Ronald V. DeMarino and wife, Gwen, all of Greensburg; a daughter, Janet R. Spoerer and husband, Thomas, of West Virginia; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters , Angeline Orange of Jeannette and Agnes Fabi of Michigan; a brother, Sandy DeMarino, of Greensburg; and a number of nieces and nephews. John E. "Big John" Ellison, 58, of Blairsville RD3, died Wednesday, March 8, 2000, at the Latrobe Area Hospital. He was born July 24, 1941, in Jamestown, N.Y., the son of A. Leonard and Doris M. Gotts Ellison. He was a member of Teamsters Local #30. He loved horses, cattle, rodeos and four wheeling. Mr. Ellison was employed as a truck driver for Super Valu, New Stanton. He is survived by his wife, Patricia M. Bratt Ellison; two sons , Edwin L. and his wife, Linda, of Tucson, Ariz., and John A. and his wife, Debra, of Latrobe; a daughter, Mrs. Lee (Brenda) Patterson, of Youngstown, Pa.; five grandchildren, Marilyn Ellison, Jacob Ellison, Jocelyn Ellison, Carri Haluck and Christine Haluck; and a sister, Mrs. Carol Kallio of Oakton, Va. William A. Gunther Jr., 80, of Jeannette, died Thursday, March 9, 2000, at home. He was born Jan. 22, 1920, in Jeannette, a son of the late William A. Sr. and Minnie Burkhart Gunther. Prior to retirement, he was employed by the former ASG Industries of Jeannette. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Church of Jeannette. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah E. "Betty" Gunther; three sisters , Eleanor Morich, Lillian Snyder and Dorothy Faroux; and two brothers , Clarence and Ralph Gunther. He is survived by two sons , William A. Gunther and his wife, Debbie, all of Jeannette; a daughter, Donna Consiglio of Greensburg; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
