Devoted grandmother of Jennifer Berryann Morales, Gregory Berryann, Kristianna, Jordan, Julianna and Joel Tyler; great grandmother of David and Jezzariah. Mrs. Berryann was a secretary for the Math Department at Trenton State College and a long time member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Trenton where she was a Sunday School teacher and was active in women's groups. Judah Westly Bethune, 3 month infant, passed away on Friday, July 25, 2003 at Cooper Hospital, Camden. He was born in Cape May Court House to Crystal Tozer and Thomas Bethune. In addition to his parents, Judah is survived by his sisters, Gabreyl and Salena Coleman. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lisa Tiffany Coleman on April 15, 1999. Graveside services will be held on Friday, August 1, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at Green Creek Methodist cemetery. He is survived by his 7 children Karen Holloway, Korey Holloway, Edward Bettis, Jr. Najee Bey, Jermaine Peace, Nicole Wyatt, Latoya Wyatt. 11 grandchildren Gary, Kaylah, A'Koria, Aleria, Zyanne, Cyanie, Khadijah, Micha-el, Sa-eed, Nikeyra and Micheal and his mother Lucille Bettis a sister Vernice Beyers-Collins and 2 brothers Jonathan & Glenwood. Also survived by a host of loving family members. He was an employee of the City of Camden and will be greatly missed. PAULINE SAFKA BERTOLO, age 77, Long Branch, died Sunday November 9, 2003 at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch. She was the proprietor of Paint-in-Place, Eatontown for 25 years, retiring in 1985. In addition she was a recording artist, singing Jazz and Blues along side her husband, Sal. She also volunteered at the Fort Monmouth Thrift Shop and received the award of Volunteer of the Year. Born in Chelsea, MA, she lived in Bayside Queens before moving to Long Branch 35 years ago.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Salvatore P. Bertolo, 2 daughters, Melanie Schekeryk, FL and Stephanie Safka, White Hall, NY. A brother George E. Altomare, Long Branch, a sister, Jeanne Iarrobino, Carmel, NY, three grandchildren, Leilah, Jeordie and Beau Jarred and 2 great-grandchildren, Christiana and Anna Lisa.
Friends may call at the Damiano Funeral Home, 191 Franklin Avenue, Long Branch on Wednesday evening from 7-9 pm. Funeral will be at 10:30am on Thursday at the funeral home with services to begin at 11am. Internment will follow at Mt. Olivet cemetery, Middletown.

BERTRAM, ELIZABETH ANN, on December 12, 2007, of Sea Isle City, NJ. Formerly of Hi-Nella, NJ. Age 85. Beloved wife of Alan T. Bertram. Loving mother of Carolann Allen and her husband Frank, Ted Bertram and his wife Eileen, and Susan Bertram Textor and her husband Stephen. Also survived by her grandchildren: Audrey, Ted, Matthew, Kyle, Lauren, Patrick, Connor and Elizabeth, and her sister Doris Nordell. Relatives and friends are invited to the Visitation on Monday December 17 from 10:30-11:00 AM at Our Lady of Grace R.C. Church, 35 N. White Horse Pike, Somerdale, NJ. Bethel, John Horace
John Horace Bethel, 90, of Cape May Court House, died on Tuesday, May 6, 2003 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. He was born in Cape May Court House to the late William John and Ethel D. (Richardson) Bethel and was a lifetime resident of this area. He earlier attended the First Baptist Church of Cape May Court House. He was a 32nd degree Mason of Cannon Lodge #104, an exempt Middle Township fireman, a former Shriner, and a former shipbuilder at Stowman's Shipyard. He was an avid duck hunter and fisherman, loved motorcycling, and enjoyed camping. During World War II, he was a civil service employee for the Naval Department as a tug boat captain in Pearl Harbor.
Mr. Bethel is survived by his son, Bob of Cape May Court House; his step daughter, Carol McLaughlan of Erma; his five grandchildren; and his three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary on February 8, 2002. Funeral services are private.

Bishop, Ethel Harmon
Ethel Harmon Bishop, 93, of Swainton, departed this life on Wednesday, November 26, 2008 at the Cape Regional Medical Center of Cape May Court House. Ethel was born in Philadelphia, PA on May 9, 1915 to the late Benjamin and Mamie Harmon. She was a lifelong resident of Swainton and is known among some to be the last oldest member of that community. She was predeceased by her husband, John, and sister Ruth Harmon Smallwood.
Ethel worked many, many years for the Kaiserman family and espoused their children as her own. She is survived by daughter, Connie; two sons, Kenny and Ronny; their children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren residing in Mexico, Hawaii, New York and Philadelphia, PA; Doris Klinogo, her caretaker; cousins; and friends.
Services will be held Thursday, December 4, 2008 at 12:00 noon at John Wesley United Methodist Church, Goshen Swainton Road, Swainton. Viewing will begin at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at the John Wesley United Methodist Church cemetery, Swainton.
Bishop, Henry
Henry Bishop, 84, of Swainton, passed away on Saturday, July 15, 2006 at his home. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Henry R. and Edna (Connelly) Bishop, he moved from Hatboro-Horsham, PA to Swainton in 1985. He was a proud Navy Veteran of the D-Day invasion on June 6, 1944 at Utah Beach, Normandy. Henry was proprietor of a water works supply company. He was a member of Our Saviour Lutheran Church in Stone Harbor, of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine of Plymouth Meeting, PA, and was a 33rd degree Mason in Philadelphia and a volunteer fireman in Pennsylvania. He was an avid fisherman and enjoyed woodshop and woodworking.
Mr. Bishop is survived by his wife, Gloria; his daughters, Arlene Hunsinger and her husband, Jack of Wimauma, FL, Gloria R. Bishop of Villas, Martha E. Bishop of Plymouth Meeting, PA, and Michelle Bishop of Swainton; and his three grandchildren, Alphanso, Antonio, and Andrew Marinari.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 22, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, 93rd Street and Third Avenue, Stone Harbor, where friends may visit after 10:00 a.m. Interment will be in the Cape May County Veterans cemetery. Bisulca, Vincent J.
Bisulca, Vincent J., 83, of Ocean View, died on Tuesday, October 2, 2001, at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. Born in New York City, he was an area resident since 1954 after moving from New York. He was an Army Veteran of World War II. He attended Calvary Baptist Church in Ocean View. He was the former owner of the Bayshore Lounge in North Cape May.
Mr. Bisulca is survived by his son, Peter P. Bisulca and his wife, Diane of Estell Manor; his brother, Chris Bisulca of Cherry Hill; his sister, Mae Tantillo of New York; his daughter in law, Linda of Kilmarnock, VA; and three grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lona (nee Glaub) in January 1994, and his son, Paul in December 1993.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 5, at 12 noon at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House, where friends may call after 11 a.m. Interment will be in Calvary Baptist cemetery, Ocean View.
