Thomas R. Reinsfelder, 34, died Thursday July 6, 2000, in UPMC, Oakland.
Born Oct. 4, 1965, in Pittsburgh, he was son of Margaret Rogers Reinsfelder of O'Hara and the late Robert D. Reinsfelder.
Mr. Reinsfelder was a 1984 graduate of Fox Chapel High School. He had worked as a chef at Hoffstot's in Oakmont, River's Edge in Verona and the Holiday Inn in RIDC Park, O'Hara. He was a member of St. Edward Roman Catholic Church, Blawnox.
In addition to his mother , he is survived by four brothers , Neil A. Reinsfelder of Etna, Robert J. Reinsfelder of Natrona Heights; and James R. Reinsfelder and Richard D. Reinsfelder, both of O'Hara; and two nephews.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in WEDDELL-AJAK FUNERAL HOME, 100 Center Ave., Aspinwall. Christian Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday in St. Edward Roman Catholic Church, Blawnox. Burial will be in Mt. Royal Cemetery, Shaler.
Anna Rebecca (Karr) Serbanjak
Anna Rebecca (Karr) Serbanjak, 74, of Herminie (Evanstown), died Friday, July 7, 2000, in the Briarcliff Pavilion for Specialized Care, North Huntingdon. She was born Nov. 15, 1925, in Cokeburg, a daughter of the late Nicholas and Katie (Altpeter) Karr. Mrs. Serbanjak was a homemaker, and a member of the New Madison United Methodist Church. Mrs. Serbanjak is survived by two daughters , Mrs. Karen Murray and her husband, David, of Darragh and Mrs. Patty Smith and her husband, Jim, of Wyano; two sons , Paul "Turk" Serbanjak at home and John "Pickles" and his wife, Tammy Serbanjak, of Jeannette; three brothers , Homer of North Huntingdon, Robert of East Huntingdon and Russell Karr and his wife, Joni, of Evanstown; two sisters , Dorothy and her husband, Phil Comini, of Herminie and Romaine Beck of North Huntingdon; 12 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Paul "Turk" Serbanjak, on March 4, 2000; seven brothers , Nicholas, Theodore, Walter, Wesley, George, Clinton and Frankie Karr; and two sisters , Katherine Petrick and Naomi Karr. Friends will be received at the JOSEPH W. NICKELS FUNERAL HOME INC., Herminie, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the funeral home with the Rev. Kenneth Bossart officiating. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.

Edna E. Smail, 93, of Penn, died Friday, July 7, 2000, in Edgewood Nursing Center, Unity Township. She was born April 30, 1907, in Penn Township, a daughter of the late William and Lydia Orr Daugherty. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church, Jeannette. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Smail; a son, Gerald Smail; a daughter, Romaine Smail; a brother, Samuel Daugherty; and five sisters , Hannah Back, Genevieve Mains, Doris Peters, Mary Furlong and Sara Sherbine. She is survived by two sons , Milton Smail of Bemidji, Minn., and Tracey Smail of Overland Park, Kan.; a daughter, Mrs. William (Tirzah) Connolly of Latrobe; 16 grandchildren; nine stepgrandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren; three sisters , Elsie Guy of Grapeville, Alice Furlong and Betty Garland, both of Jeannette; and a number of nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the MASON-GELDER FUNERAL HOME INC., 201 N. First St., Jeannette, Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. in the Assembly of God Church with Pastor Martin R. Koss officiating. Interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery, Penn Township.

George K. Turner, 83, died Wednesday, July 5, 2000, in Kane Regional Center, Ross. He was born Nov. 14, 1916, in Brownsville. Mr. Turner was a baggage handler for the Pennsylvania Railroad. He was a volunteer firefighter in Donora. Survivors include two daughters , Anabelle Lee Turner and Patricia Jones, both of Ilinois; two stepdaughters; seven grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Alberta Kiddy Turner and his second wife, Anna Turner. Friends will be received from noon until services at 2 p.m. Monday in H.P. Brandt Funeral Home, 1032 Perry Highway, Ross, with the Rev. William Shirley officiating. Burial will be in Allegheny County Memorial Park, McCandless.

Kristy Karol Warren, 43, died Friday July 7, 2000, in her home.
Born July 4, 1957, in Chicago, she was the daughter of Jerry and Grace Blegen Shepler.
Mrs. Warren was a homemaker.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Jeffrey S. Warren; two daughters , Jessica Warren and Emily Warren, both of Hampton; four sisters , Julie Shepler of New Jersey, Laurie Spors of Ohio, and Mary Jo Shepler and Robin Evenson, both of Wisconsin; and a brother, Jerry Shepler of Baltimore, Md.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Sunday in the NEELY FUNERAL HOME, 2208 Mt. Royal Blvd., Shaler. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Parkwood Presbyterian Church, Mt. Royal Boulevard, Hampton, where people should meet. The Rev. Mark England-Krieger will officiate.

Robert J. Zagozan, 55, of Delmont, died Monday, July 3, 2000, in Greensburg. He was born Sept. 8, 1944, in Slickville, a son of the late John and Angeline (Drolz) Zagozan. Robert worked construction with Construction Local 373, and was a member of St. John Baptist de la Salle Church, Delmont. In addition to his parents, Robert was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Zagozan; and two brothers , Louis and Richard C. Zagozan. He is survived by three children, Joseph, Heather and Robert Armstrong; three brothers , William and wife, Goldie Zagozan, of Cleveland, Ohio, Joseph and wife, Temple Zagozan, of Stamford, Conn., and Albert and wife, Patti Zagozan, of Export; five sisters , Angeline Long of Delmont, Josephine Talarico of Slickville, Audrey Wright of Greensburg, Barbara Blazek and husband, Frank, of Delmont and Mary Ann Shedlock and husband, Albert, of Greensburg; and numerous grandchildren. Charles A. Ansell, 88, of Uniontown, died Thursday, July 6, 2000, at his home, surrounded by his family. He was born June 20, 1912, in Connellsville, a son of the late George and Minnie Works Ansell. A brother, Raymond Ansell, and two sisters , Mabel Koehler and Hazel Ansell, also preceded him in death. Surviving are his loving wife of 59 years, Betty Rapson Ansell; two sons , Kenneth Ansell and C. Ray Ansell, both of Uniontown; four grandchildren, Lisa, Christopher, Raymond and Barbara Ansell; a brother, James Ansell of Reynoldsburg, Ohio; and two sisters , Edna Ansell of Uniontown and Helen Craig of Baltimore, Md. Mr. Ansell attended the Uniontown Free Methodist Church, was a member of Fayette Lodge #228 F&AM, Circle Club, and played dartball for the Central Christian Church. He served with the U.S. Army and was retired from the gas and oil business after 30 years. Friends will be received in the ANDREW D. Stephen J. Bartok, 86, of Adamsburg, died Thursday, July 6, 2000, in Monsour Medical Center, Jeannette. He was born Dec. 21, 1913, in Johnstown, a son of the late Stephen Bartok and the late Mary Patrick Bartok Balick. Prior to his retirement, he was an experimental sheet metal layout worker with Westinghouse, East Pittsburgh. He was a member of St. Boniface Church, Penn, and its Silver Threads; and a 50-year member of the Adamsburg Volunteer Fire Department. Also he was an avid carpenter. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Bartok; and a sister, Mary Sokol. Surviving are his wife of 60 years, Mary C. Cehler Bartok; a daughter, Mary Jane Steban and husband, Vincent, of Greensburg; a son, David Bartok and wife, Lillian, of North Huntingdon; two sisters , Betty Vicic and husband, Tony, of Allison Park and Catherine Fontana of Greensburg; a sister-in-law, Rosan Bartok; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Ora Mae Blystone, 83, of Blairsville, died Saturday, July 8, 2000, in the Keeper of the Flame Nursing Home, Blairsville. She was born May 23, 1917, in Blairsville, a daughter of the late Robert and Julia Mae (Barclay) Libengood. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Blairsville. She was retired from the dietary department of Torrance State Hospital. Survivors include two daughters , Mrs. Robert (Garnet) Citeroni of Blairsville and Mrs. Michael (Bonnie) Protz of Punta Gorda, Fla.; two sons , Mr. William Oaks and wife, Debra, of Salem, Ohio, and Mr. Harry Oaks and wife, Mary, of Spring Hope, N.C.; two brothers , Mr. Paul Libengood of Blairsville and Mr. Marion "Pete" Libengood of O'Leary, Ohio; three sisters , Mrs. Clara Jean Cornell of Marienville, Mrs. Helen Mankamyer of Bridgeville and Mrs. Nancy Sloan of West Lebanon; two stepsons, Charles Blystone and wife, Alice, and Arthur Blystone and wife, Barbara, all of Latrobe; 18 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandson; seven stepgrandchildren; and 15 stepgreat-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Blystone, in 1973; two brothers , Robert and Blaine Libengood; four sisters , Elva McBurney, Florence Dodson, Alice Ray and Ethel Libengood; and a stepdaughter, Anna Ruth Keefer. Ruth I. "Dolly" (Good) Davis, 79, of Sarasota, Fla., formerly of North Huntingdon, died Friday, July 7, 2000, at her residence. Born March 25, 1921, in Irwin, she was a daughter of the late Henry and Ruth E. (Wampler) Good. She had been employed as a cafeteria worker at the Norwin School District. She was a member of the Sarasota Alliance Church and a former member of the Norwin Alliance Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Franklin L. Davis, in 1994; and a brother, Donald Good, in 1987. She is survived by a son and his wife, Dennis L. and Debbie Davis of North Huntingdon; a daughter and her husband, Dawna L. and the Rev. Ronald Hiers of Sarasota, Fla.; a brother, Paul Good of Spokane, Wash.; three sisters , Effie Neidigh, Nellie Mae Auckerman and Naomi Raling, all of Spokane, Wash.; and three grandsons, Waylon Davis, and Seth and Josh Hiers.
