PRIOR EMLOYMENT: After graduating from Pierce Business School she started working at Sun Oil Company in the Key-punch Department. Working there for many years until her marriage and the birth of her first son. While her sons were growing up she returned to work in the office at Double D Gymnastics.

Joyce was involved in the Aston Tricentennial, Cub Scouts in the Aston area and various school functions.
