BORN: Eddystone, PA Had Been A Resident of Eddystone, PA For 58 years, Before Moving To Chester, PA, 23 years ago.
EMPLOYMENT: Mrs. Deaver and her husband owned a variety store at 9th & Saville in Eddystone for 12 years until 1971 and she was also the owner of Dottie's Corner Deli which was located across the street from the variety store.
SURVIVORS: Wife of the late Joseph T. Deaver who died in 1991; She is survived by Two sons: Robert D. Deaver of Milmont Park, PA and Wayne A. Deaver of Aston, PA; a Daughter: Alberta D. Davies of Virginia; Also survived by Eight Grandchildren and Six Great-Grandchildren. Was the mother of the late Joseph L. Deaver who died in 2002.

Godfrey, Mary C.
Mary C. Godfrey, 78, of Cape May Court House, NJ, died on Saturday, June 5, 2004 at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. She was born in Steubenville, OH and came to this area at the age of five years. She was a retired nurses'a aide at the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital; then worked as a medical assistant to Dr. John Moir for fifteen years and then returned to the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital as a volunteer for ten years. She was a graduate of Middle Township High School. In addition to volunteering, Mary was an avid bowler and enjoyed ceramics.
She is survived by two daughters: Diane Carol Colbourne of Cape May Court House, NJ, and Marianne Godfrey of Mystic Island, NY; sister: Betty Goode of Stuart, FL; and grandchildren: Pamela Joy and Heather Lynn Allen and Bill Colbourne. She was preceded in death by a son, Wayne and her husband, Melvin "Bud".
Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, June 9, 2004, at 2:00 PM at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Av., Cape May Court House, NJ, where friends may call after 1:00 PM. Interment will be in the Baptist cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
Deetz, Wendell
Wendell Deetz, 91, of Clermont, passed away on Tuesday, January 6, 2004 at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital. Born in Philadelphia to the late Ralph and Dorothea (Glaser) Deetz, Sr., he lived here over 20 years after moving from Philadelphia. He was a printer for the Philadelphia Bulletin Newspaper. He was a World War II Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps and was an Iwojima survivor.
Mr. Deetz is survived by two step- daughters; three nieces; two nephews; and one cousin.
Graveside services will be held on Monday, January 12, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at Northwood cemetery, North Philadelphia. A viewing will be held on Sunday from 7:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Radzieta Funeral Home, 9 Hand Avenue, Cape May Court House.

SURVIVORS: Survived by his wife of 55 years, Eleanor O. (nee White) Dantonio of Aston, PA; Three sons: Ralph J. Dantonio of Aston, PA, Robert W. Dantonio of Glen Mills, PA and James R. Dantonio of Aston, PA; A Sister: Nellie Greenwood of Still Pond, Maryland; Also survived by seven grandchildren and One Great-Grandchild.
