Helen M. Horn
WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Helen M. Noll Horn, 82, of 114 S. Potomac St., died Sunday, April 5, 1998, at Piney Mountain Rehabilitation Center, Fayetteville, Pa.
Born June 2, 1915, in Waynesboro, she was the daughter of the late George and Minnie Wolfkill Noll.
Her husband, Robert B. Horn, died in 1987. They were married in September 1937.
She was a 1933 graduate of Waynesboro High School.
Early in life, she was employed as a clerk by the Borough of Waynesboro. Later, with Ralph Blair, she and her husband co-owned and operated Blair's Drug Store in Waynesboro.
She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Waynesboro.
She also was a member of Beta Sigma Phi Sorority.
She is survived by a son, John R. Horn of Waynesboro; a brother, G. Everett Noll of Romney, W.Va.; four grandchildren; and nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by three sisters.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at Grove Funeral Home, 50 S. Broad St., Waynesboro. The Rev. Jay E. Zimmerman will officiate. Burial will be in Green Hill Cemetery, Waynesboro.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.
Leonard E. Spielman
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Leonard E. Spielman, 50, of 630 Mickey Inn Road, died Sunday, April 5, 1998, at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia.
Born Oct. 22, 1947, in Chambersburg, he was the son of the late Charles E. and Katharyne M. Fritz Spielman.
He was a 1966 graduate of Chambersburg High School.
He was employed by Knouse Foods in Chambersburg since 1969. He previously was employed by the former Craft Press Co. in Chambersburg.
He was a Protestant.
He was a former member of Izaak Walton League in Chambersburg, and a member of Gold Prospector's Club of America and Three Stooges Fan Club.
He is survived by two aunts, Hilda I. Barr and Jane A. Fritz, both of Chambersburg; an uncle, Larry A. Fritz of Waynesboro, Pa.; caretakers Martha Kuhns and Thomas E. Bowman, both of Chambersburg; and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Charles E. "Perk" Spielman Jr.
Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Earl F. Barrick will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery in Chambersburg.
A viewing will be held at the funeral home one hour prior to the service.

William E. Glenn
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - William E. "Bill" Glenn, 74, of 65 Sunset Ave., died Monday, April 6, 1998, at his home.
Born Feb. 8, 1924, in Hanover, Pa., he was the son of the late Floyd and Ruth Trone Glenn.
He was a 1946 graduate of Gettysburg College with a bachelor of science degree. He was listed in "Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities."
He was a general agent for Franklin Life Insurance Co. for 30 years, and was a life member of the Franklin Million Dollar Conference. He retired in April 1997.
He was a member of First Lutheran Church.
He also was a member of B.P.O.E. 600, a social member of Landis-McCleaf Detachment Marine Corps League, and a life member of Chambersburg Club.
He is survived by his wife, Thelma Blauser Glenn; three daughters, Debbie Sentman of Cos Cob, Conn., Susan Derr of Carlisle, Pa., and Janine Taylor of Burlington, Conn.; one son, David B. Glenn of Ellicott City, Md.; one brother, Robert T. Glenn of Hanover; and two granddaughters.
He was preceded in death by two sons.
A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at First Lutheran Church in Chambersburg. The Rev. Karen Minnich-Sadler will officiate. Private burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Hanover.
Visitation will be at Robert G. Sellers Funeral Home, 297 Philadelphia Ave., Chambersburg, today from 7 to 9 p.m.

Betty L. Mills
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Betty L. Mills, 69, of 630 Lincoln Way West, died Monday, April 6, 1998, at Chambersburg Hospital.
Born Nov. 29, 1928, in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of the late Reed and Margaret Noll Neff.
She was employed as a seamstress at Butte Knit for more than 15 years, retiring in 1984.
She was a member of Fayetteville Church of God, Fayetteville, Pa.
She is survived by two daughters, Wanda Matthews of Manheim, Pa., and Cathy L. Suders of Chambersburg; two sons, William D. Mills and Robert E. Mills, both of Chambersburg; five sisters, Ruth Gary of Sabillasville, Md., Esther Smith of Greencastle, Pa., Peggy Brookens and Delores Shover, both of Fayetteville, and Vickie Musser of Thurmont, Md.; two brothers, Kenny Neff of Fayetteville, and Ron Neff of Hampton, Va.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by an infant brother, Donald Neff.
Services will be held Friday at 11:30 a.m. in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. Pastor Kenny N. Brookens will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery, Chambersburg.
A viewing will be held at the funeral home Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m., and Friday one hour prior to the service.

Gladys M. Reamer
ST. THOMAS, Pa. - Gladys M. Reamer, 78, of 5441 Jack Road, died Tuesday, April 7, 1998, at Chambersburg Hospital.
Born Jan. 28, 1920, in Chambersburg, Pa., she was the daughter of the late Charles A. and Bessie Milliken Helman.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Elmond Leroy Reamer, in 1992.
She was a homemaker.
She was a member of St. John's United Methodist Church, Warm Spring Road, Chambersburg.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara K. Strock of St. Thomas, Marianne Reamer of Fairfax, Va., and Melanie L. Bard of Fort Loudon, Pa.; four sons, Dennis N. Reamer of Fort Loudon, David K. Reamer of Martinsburg, W.Va., James B. Reamer of St. Thomas and Dale V. Reamer of Chambersburg; 14 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna S. Geyer, in 1993; a grandson; and a half sister, Mary Myers.
Services will be Friday at 11 a.m. at Kelso-Cornelius Funeral Home, 6492 Lincoln Way West, St. Thomas. The Rev. John Morrison will officiate. Burial will be in Lincoln Cemetery, Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends Friday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Edna M. Nagle
YORK, Pa. - Edna M. Shoemaker Nagle, 95, of Manchester Turnpike, York, died Sunday, April 5, 1998, at Lutheran Home at Sprenkle Drive, York.
Born March 9, 1903, in Hagerstown, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Banna Wissinger Shoemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur O. Nagle.
She was a member of Hayshire United Church of Christ, York.
She is survived by three daughters, Mary Ann Decker and Meda Nagle, both of Red Lion, Pa., and Doris Taylor of York; one son, Owen Nagle of Dover, Del.; two sisters, Mayme Mellott of Williamsport and Susie Clopper of Hagerstown; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
Services will be today at 2 p.m. at John W. Keffer Funeral Home, 902 Mount Rose Avenue, York. The Rev. Phyllis J. Baum will officiate. Burial will be in Mount Rose Cemetery, York.
There will be no viewing.

Mabel M. Graham
CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Mabel M. Graham, 92, a resident of Menno Haven, and formerly of 164 Cameo Drive, Fayetteville, Pa., died Tuesday, April 7, 1998, at Menno Haven.
Born Nov. 29, 1905, in Chambersburg, she was the daughter of the late Howard and Mary Brumbaugh Hoover.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Guy U. Graham, in 1994.
She retired at age 79, after six years as site manager for Meals on Wheels in Cape May County, N.J. She previously was employed as a telephone operator at the former HJ Heinz Co., Chambersburg; and as a telephone operator at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg.
She was a member of Christian Life Assembly of God Church, Chambersburg.
She is survived by two daughters, Joan Buchanan of Old Tappan, N.J., and Shirley Ranieri of Camp Hill, Pa.; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth E. Bowers and Verna M. Graham.
Services will be Friday at 2:30 p.m. in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg. The Rev. Howard L. Beaver will officiate. Burial will be in Norland Cemetery, Chambersburg.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.

Lawrence Cutman
Lawrence Cutman, 97, a resident of Mennonite Fellowship Home, 12349 Huyett Lane, Hagerstown, MD, and formerly of Morgantown, Pa., died Tuesday, April 7, 1998, at the home.
Born June 22, 1900, in McVeytown, Pa., he was the son of the late Henry and Anna Klump Cutman.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Sadie Fisher Cutman.
He was a farmer, carpenter and painter in the Morgantown, Pa., area.
He was a member of Pine Grove Bible Fellowship Church, Pine Grove, Pa.
He is survived by three daughters, Marie Cutman of Morgantown, Pa., Miriam Cutman of Litiz, Pa. and Ruth Miller of Greeley, Colo.; one sister, Rosie Blovelt of State College, Pa.; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Cutman.
Services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Pine Grove Bible Fellowship Church, R.D. 3, Pine Grove. Minister Jacob S. Lapp and Minister Samuel Stoltzfus will officiate. Burial will be in the adjoining church cemetery.
The family will receive friends today from 6 to 9 p.m. at the church.
The family requests the omission of flowers.
