Rosemary Hughes, of Camp Hill died Saturday August 26, 2000 in the Carolyn Croxton Slane Residence, Service of Hospice of Central PA, Susquehanna Twp.
She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Camp Hill.
She is survived by her husband Glenn Hughes; a daughter Theresa Costa of Lemoyne; a brother Sylvester Shank of New Cumberland; a sister Anna S. Natale of Camp Hill; 2 grandchildren, Bertran D. Walton, IV and Sean M. Walton; 2 great grandchildren, Bertran D. Walton, V and Janessa A. Walton; and several nieces and nephews.
Services and Mass of Christian Burial will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Entombment will be in the mausoleum of Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.

B. Charles Hutson
B. Charles Hutson, 61, of Etters died Sunday, July 2, 2000 in his residence.
He was a truck driver for ABF, Carlisle. He was a member of U.S.S. Fairview Association; International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local #776; and the Harley Owners Group.
He was born 9/9/38 in Kingsport, TN to the late James R. & Bonnie (Wade) Hutson. He is survived by his wife Nancy A. (Morris) Hutson; a daughter Julia A. Hutson at home; a son Timothy C. Hutson of Harrisburg; 3 sisters, Ms. Peggy A. Mason, Brenda (Mrs. Virgil) Harrell and Linda (Mrs. Larry) Patrick, all of Kingsport, TN; 2 grandchildren; a special nephew Larry Wayne Patrick, Jr. and a host of friends.
Services will be held 7:30 pm Wednesday in the Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Burial will be 10 am Thursday in Tri-County Memorial Gardens, Fairview Twp.

Robert E. Hockenberry, 53, of New Cumberland died Wednesday, August 16, 2000 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp., Lehigh Co., PA
He was Vice President / General Manager for Orefield Cold Storage, Orefield, PA, an Air Force veteran during the Vietnam War and a former PA Big 33 football player. He was a past president and former coach for New Cumberland Saints Youth Football Association and a former coach for the New Cumberland Youth Baseball Association.
He was born 8/7/47 in Lancaster, PA to Catherine (Hockenberry) Sherriff and the late Nicholas Krause.
He is survived by a son Joshua R. Hockenberry of New Cumberland; 2 daughters, Alisa L. Kiehl and Dina E. Hockenberry, both of Camp Hill; his mother and step Father, Catherine and William Sherriff of Littitz, PA; his fiancée Carol Frey of Schnecksville, PA; and 1 granddaughter.
Memorial service will be held 10:30 am Saturday in the Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Visitation will be one hour prior to services Saturday in the funeral home.

Patrick S. Irvin, 44, of Mechanicsburg, died Saturday, April 1, 2000 at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.
An Army Veteran, he was a cook for Pasquale's Restaurant, Harrisburg.
He is survived by his parents, John R. and Louise May Irvin of Brownsburg, IN; two brothers, Michael E. Irvin of New Cumberland and David W. Irvin of Indianapolis, IN; four sisters, Theresa A. Painter of Duncannon, Mary Lou "Lucy" Hitz of New Cumberland, Rebecca J. Irvin and Deborah S. Davidson both of Brownsburg, IN; thirteen nephews and four nieces.
Funeral Services will be held at 9:30am Wednesday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Burial with Military Honors will be at Indiantown Gap National cemetery, Hanover Twp.

Ruth Troutman James, 90, formerly of New Cumberland died Sunday May 21 in Homeland Center, Harrisburg.
She was a legal secretary for Adler & Adler and Hospice of Central PA. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, New Cumberland and its Ruth & Naomi Sunday School Class; and the New Cumberland Civic Club.
She was born 3/22/10 in Reading, PA to the late Paul W. & Jennie (Coldren) Troutman.
She was the widow of Joseph B. James, Sr. and is survived by a daughter Jill J. Sedor of Harrisburg; 3 sons, Paul C. of Madison, Connecticut, David A. of Columbia, Missouri, and Thomas L. of Lemoyne; a brother Paul R. Troutman of Reading; 3 sisters, Thelma Koenig of Wernersville, Miriam Flatt of Reading, Esther Colliflower of Coral Gables, FL; 7 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Services will be held 1:30 pm Wednesday in the Parthemore Funeral Home & Cremation Services, New Cumberland. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.

Ellen K. Larson
Ellen K. Larson, 91, of Messiah Village, Upper Allen Twp. and formerly of Colonial Park and Hershey, and Dover and Sparta, New Jersey, died Wednesday in the Village.
She was a Retired Elementary School Teacher for over forty years at Southside Elementary School in the Central Dauphin School District. She received her teaching certificate from Mansfield University, Mansfield, PA. She was a member of Progress Immanuel Presbyterian Church, Harrisburg where she had served as one the first female church Elders and had been active in the church's women's association.
She was born January 8, 1909 in Wellsboro, PA to the late Robert R. and Ellen S. (Abernathy) McInroy. In addition to her parents, her two sisters, Mary McInroy Sheffer and Mildred I. Clock predecease her.
She is survived by her husband, Charles W. Larson; a son, Jon Larson of Berkley, CA; a daughter, Linda Ellen Larson of Hershey; and several nephews and nieces.
A memorial service will be held at 11am Saturday at her church. Burial will be at noon in Dillsburg cemetery. An additional memorial service will be held at 6:30pm Tuesday at Country Meadows of Hershey.
Visitation will be from 10am until 11am Saturday at the church.

Frances M. (Losh) Leidig, 95, formerly of New Cumberland died Monday. June 5, 2000 in Frey Village Retirement Community, Middletown.
She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, New Cumberland.
She was born 5/18/05 in Wheatfield Twp., Perry Co. to the late Adam S. & Magadalene (Lauver) Losh.
She was the widow of W. Omer Leidig and is survived by 2 daughters, Lois J. Hall of Middletown and Donna C. Rende of New Cumberland; a brother Robert Losh of New Cumberland; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 5 great great grandchildren; 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
Services will be held 10:30 am Saturday 6/10/2000 in the Parthemore Funeral Home, New Cumberland. Burial will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.

Alfred William Lewis, 67, of New Cumberland, died Sunday, May 28, 2000 at Polyclinic Medical Center, Harrisburg.
He was a retired plasterer with the Commonwealth of PA Dept of General Services and also for the former Novinger and Wagner, Harrisburg; He was a member of Operative Plasterers' and Cement Masons' International Assn. Of U.S. and Canada, Local number 0592, Eastern PA; PA Assn. Of Retired State Employees; American Legion Post 998, Lawton; and he was a numismatist.
He was born November 16, 1932 in York, PA to Alfred Walter Lewis and the late Irene Johanna (Schaszberger) Lewis.
In addition to his Father, he is survived by his wife Roberta E. (Ross) Lewis; a son Alfred Wayne Lewis, Cumming, GA; two daughters, Dawn A. Poss, Warrenton, Missouri, and Tina R. Graham, Dallas, GA; a sister Joan L. Hastings, New Cumberland; seven grand children and 3 great grand children.
Funeral services will be held 11am Thursday at Community United Methodist Church, New Cumberland, with the Rev. Lawrence C. Focht officiating.
Viewing will be 10-11am Thursday at the church.

Ruth Ethel Lewis, 98, formerly of Lemoyne died Sunday 2/6/2000 in Messiah Village, Upper Allen Twp.
She was a retired employee of the PA Department of Treasury, Harrisburg and a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, Lemoyne and a life member of the Ladies' Auxiliary to Citizens #1 Fire Co., Lemoyne.
She was the widow of William R. Lewis and is survived by a niece, Betty I. Karns of Lemoyne.
Graveside services will be held 11 am Thursday 2/10/2000 in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp. There will be no viewing or visitation.

Elisabeth Lorenz, 78, of New Cumberland, died Friday, August 18, 2000 at Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.
She was a retired tax accountant / owner/operator of Lilo Income Tax. She also owned and managed her Father's business: Monreal of Cologne, Germany. She was a graduate of Harrisburg Area Community College and Penn State University. She was an Income Tax Volunteer for the AARP on the West Shore; an Ice Dancer for the Hershey Figure Skating Club. She was a member of United States Figure Skating Club.
She was born May 16, 1922 in Cologne, Germany to the late Jakob and Elisabeth (Helm) Monreal.
Her husband, Heinz M. Lorenz; a daughter, Barbara Irmgard Hummel of New Cumberland, and a grandson survive her.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30pm Tuesday at St. Theresa Catholic Church, New Cumberland. Interment will be in Rolling Green Memorial Park, Lower Allen Twp.
Visitation will be from 12:30 until 1pm Tuesday at Parthemore Funeral Home and Cremation Services, New Cumberland.

John F. Ludwig, 80, of Mechanicsburg and formerly of Highland Park, Camp Hill died Wednesday September 13, 2000 in Holy Spirit Hospital, East Pennsboro Twp.
He was a retired district manager for the Social Security Administration, Harrisburg after 36 years service and later worked for 5 years as treasurer of HFE Federal Credit Union, New Cumberland. He was an Army Air Corps 1st Lieutenant. He was a member of Faith United Church of Christ and past president of its Consistory, New Cumberland; Harrisburg Bridge Club; National Association of Retired Federal Employees.
He was born 4/11/20 in Hamburg, PA to the late Charles F. and Lulu (Kelchner) Ludwig.
He is survived by his wife Doris L. (Paul) Ludwig; a son Jeffrey P. Ludwig of Camp Hill; 2 grandchildren; and preceeded in death by a son Lieutenant James Stuart Ludwig.
Memorial services will be held 11 am Saturday 9/16/2000 in his church. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Indiantown Gap National cemetery, Hanover Twp., PA.
Visitation will be from 10:30am until time of service Saturday in his church.

He was an Industrial Technology Teacher at Good Hope Middle School in the Cumberland Valley School District. He enjoyed antiquing.
He was born in New Jersey to the late Paul W. and Pearl (Spain) Lutz.
His wife, Shelley Lutz; two daughters, Melissa Lynn Lutz and Amanda Leigh Lutz, both at home; and a brother, Dr. Jay Lutz of Ft. Myers, FL, survive him.

She is survived by a son, Robert Allen Hensley of Fairview Twp.; three daughters, Mary Elizabeth MacCubin, stationed in Japan, Maria Carroll MacCubbin of Fairview Twp. and Kathleen Marie Baker of Chambersburg; two sisters, Mary Adams of Bedford, Indiana and Audrey Ritchie of Spring Lake, NC; and a grandson, Dustin A. He was born June 10, 1918 in Lansford, PA to the late Wash Markovich (mother's name not available at time of this submission).
He was the widow of Anna (Telepchak) Markovich and is survived by a son Kenneth F. Markovich of Middletown; a sister of New Jersey; 2 grandchildren and a great grandson.

She was a member of Olivet Presbyterian Church, Harrisburg, and was a deaconess of the church; she made and distributed quilts to local nursing home residents; she was fond of all types of animals.
She was born 9/12/1918 in Istanbul, Turkey to the late Krustu and Katina (Dimova) Temelkovbogoev.
She is survived by her husband Manasi V. Manasiev; a daughter Kathy M. Rotz, Camp Hill; a sister Donka K. Elioff, Harrisburg; one grand son; several nieces and nephews.
