MICHAEL J. MUSINGO
Michael J. Musingo, 71, of Greensburg, died Monday, June 12, 2000, in the Jeannette District Memorial Hospital. He was born Feb. 8, 1929, in Greensburg, a son of the late Joseph and Dorothy Maselli Musingo. Prior to retirement, he had been a court reporter for the Northampton County Court System. He was a member of the Church of St. Paul, Greensburg, and was a U.S. Army veteran of the
Korean War. He is survived by two sisters , Teresa Musingo Shaffer and her husband, Sam, and Janice Musingo, all of Greensburg; nieces and nephews, Sandee Farrell and her husband, Jim, of Greensburg, Mark Shaffer and his wife, Jeanne, of Greensburg, Vonnie Goldsborough and her husband, Bill, of Michigan, Alan Shaffer and his wife, Carol, of Connecticut; four grandnephews; and a grandniece. Friends will be received at the BACHA FUNERAL HOME INC., 516 Stanton at Green streets, Greensburg, Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A blessing service will be held in the funeral home Thursday at 9 a.m., followed by a Funeral Mass to be celebrated at 9:30 a.m. in the Church of St. Paul, Greensburg. Interment Greensburg Catholic Cemetery, Hempfield Township.
PETER PERINO
Peter Perino, 89, of Latrobe, died Monday, June 12, 2000, in the Oak Hill Nursing Center, Greensburg. He was born May 16, 1911, in McChesneytown, a son of the late Charles and Margherita Torrero Perino. He was a member of St. Rose Church, Latrobe, and was retired from Teledyne-Vasco Co., Latrobe. He was a member of St. Vincent Senior Citizen Center. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ethel I. Guinther Perino on Nov. 9. 1998; a brother, Michael Perino; and three sisters , Myrtle Perino, Josephine Donato and Anna Merletti. Survivors include two daughters , Shirley Taylor and her husband, David, of Florida and Judy Dodson and her husband, Tom, of Jeannette; three grandsons, Dean Taylor and his wife, Pam, Tom Dodson and his wife, Vanessa and Todd Dodson. Also survived by a great-grandson, Cody Taylor. Friends will be received Wednesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the JOHN J. LOPATICH FUNERAL HOME INC., 601 Weldon St., Latrobe. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 11 a.m. in St. Rose Church with the Rev. William P. Donahue as celebrant. Interment Unity Cemetery, Unity Township. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to St. Rose Church or St. Vincent Senior Citizen Center.
HELEN CONDUPA SELEMON
Helen Condupa Selemon, of Mt. Pleasant RD1 (Norvelt), died Monday, June 12, 2000, at her home. She was born in Brinkerton, a daughter of the late John and Mary Gasper Condupa. She was a member of Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. She was a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the AMVETS Post 94, United. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, George Selemon in 1982; three brothers , Michael, John and Paul Condupa; and three sisters , Anna Arendash, Susan Pivarnik and Mary Sublinsky. She is survived by twins, Michele Guzik of Norvelt and Barry Selemon of Irwin; a sister, Margaret Condupa Sefchick and her husband, Martin, of Norvelt; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the JAY A. HOFFER FUNERAL HOME, Norvelt, Wednesday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with Father Larry Kinneer as celebrant. Dorothy "Zorka" Bobich Tomich, 91, of Wilkins Township, on Sunday, June 11, 2000. A daughter of the late Michael and Katherine (Ivanovich) Bobich. Wife of the late John "Jovo" Tomich. Beloved mother of Dr. Nicholas (Mary Ann) Tomich, George (Karen) Tomich and Caroline (Dennis) Shaeffer. Dear grandmother of Dr. David Tomich, Douglas Tomich, Melissa Tomich, Alexis Tomich, Jeffrey Shaeffer and Michael Shaeffer. Sister of the late Anne Burtoft. Also nieces and nephews. JOHN BRUCE WEINMAN
John Bruce Weinman, 71, of Mt. Pleasant RD4, went to his final rest Monday, June 12, 2000, at his residence. He was born March 25, 1929, in Bridgeport, a son of the late John H. and Alena Dick Weinman. He was a member of the Bridgeport United Methodist Church. He was a student at the former Hurst High School and a charter member of the Bridgeport Sportsmen's Club. Prior to retirement, he was a machinist at U.S. Steel's National Tube Works, McKeesport, and had also been employed by Fisher Body, Dravosburg. He was a member of the United Steelworkers of America and the United Auto Workers. He is survived by his devoted wife, Norma Myers Weinman, with whom he would have celebrated their 52nd anniversary in July; and his loving family, John Kevin Weinman of Bridgeport, Keith Wayne Weinman and his wife, Kathy, of Bridgeport, Kathy Sue Eutsey and husband, Hobart, of Scottdale, Kristin Ann Wastchak and husband, John, of Venetia, Kelly Jean Chiemingo and husband, Todd, of Tabernacle, N.J.; nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers , Robert Weinman and wife, Mary, of Mt. Pleasant and Daniel Weinman and wife, Annabelle, of Bridgeport; a sister, Betty Weinman of Plano, Texas ; and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Homer R. Weinman in 1989. Friends will be received at the EUGENE G. SALOOM FUNERAL HOME INC., Main Street, Mt. Pleasant, Wednesday from 2 to 9 p.m. Additional viewing will be held in the Bridgeport United Methodist Church Thursday from 10 to 11 a.m., at which time his funeral service will be held, with the Rev. Jess William Callahan, 19, of Connellsville (Bullskin Township), died Saturday, June 10, 2000, in UPMC, Pittsburgh, as a result of injuries sustained in an auto accident. Husband of the late Giovanna (Mancuso) DeLuca; Father of Benedetto "Benny" DeLuca of Monroeville; brother of Rosario Mary Rosso of Virginia; grandfather of Anthony Joseph DeLuca and Angela Giovanna DeLuca. BERDIE WELTZ HIMLER FELDMAN
Berdie Weltz Himler Feldman, 82, of Greensburg, died Saturday, June 10, 2000, in Christ the King Manor, DuBois. She was born Oct. 9, 1917, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Sell and Jessie Ross Weltz. She was a retired Pentecostal minister. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Frederick Himler, and her second husband, Frederick Feldman; a brother, Sell Weltz Jr.; and a sister, Gladys Weltz Guidas. She is survived by her sister, Dona Weltz Ohler of New Stanton; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Friends will be received at the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME INC., 524 N. Main St., Greensburg, Tuesday from 10 to 11 a.m. Services will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. with interment to follow in Twin Valley Memorial Park. ALBINO FERRARI
Albino Ferrari, of West Newton, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2000, at the Huntingdon Ridge Personal Care Home. He was 88 years old. Mr. Ferrari was born in Blythedale, Pa., May 26, 1912, the youngest of seven children. His parents, Vincent and Linda Ferrari, immigrated to the United States in 1897, and married shortly thereafter. In his younger years, Albino worked in the local coal mines but found work later as a track maintenance employee for the B&O Railroad where he worked until retirement in 1975. Mr. Ferrari served in the U.S. Army during World War II. In 1947, he married Josephine Cacciamani of Charleroi. They lived in Blythedale for a short time moving then to Elizabeth Township, and in 1959 to their current home in West Newton. In addition to his work with the railroad, Mr. Ferrari or "Beno" as his friends called him, worked on weekends for Crown Metal Products Co., a manufacturer of steam- driven amusement park trains. Beno was known to many as the jovial engineer on these trains first at the farm in Elizabeth Township where they were built and at the Allegheny County Fair each year near Pittsburgh, and later on at Idlewild Park in Ligonier. Beno worked for the Richard F. Dodson Memorial Home for 13 years after his retirement. Mr. Ferrari was preceded in death by his sisters , Zaira, Oriele, and Angelina; by his brothers , George, Aldo, and Merrico; and a son-in-law, John Rector. Mr. Ferrari is survived by his wife of 52 years, Josephine; three children, Carol Palmieri of Irwin, Vincent Ferrari of Bowie, Md., and Janice Rector of Allentown; and five grandchildren, Antoinette and Jackie Palmieri, Christina Ferrari, and Philip and Nathan Rector. Friends will be received at the RICHARD F. DODSON FUNERAL HOME, 213 Main St., West Newton, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday. Services will be held in the funeral home Wednesday, June 14, at 9:30 a.m. with the Rev. John Regoli officiating. Interment will follow in the West Newton Cemetery.

Ann Roman, of Saltsburg RD3 (Loyalhanna Township), died Saturday, June 10, 2000, at her home. She was born in Foster (Indiana County), a daughter of the late Michael and Katherine Valgas Roman. She was a member of the Holy Ghost Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Slickville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister, Dorothy Roman; a sister and brother-in-law, Mary L. Tkach in 1988 and Stanley Tkach in 1986; and a brother and sister-in-law, John Roman Sr. and Virginia Hall Roman both in 1994. She is survived by a sister, Josephine Roman, with whom she resided; eight nieces and nephews, Judy and Franklin Doverspike of Salina, John and Kim Roman of Clarksburg, Donna Lee Rhoades of Carlisle, Beverly and Ed Vozar of Delmont, Tammy and Joe Wilson of Nowrytown, Tom and Leslie Roman of Saltsburg, Steve and Sheila Roman of Avonmore and Mike and Felicia Roman of Saltsburg; a number of grandnieces and grandnephews; and her best friend and "adopted sister" Kay Cicio of Saltsburg RD3.
