Shirley W. Graham
The memorial service for Shirley Wallace Graham will be at 7 p.m. Monday in the First Presbyterian Church of Ashland.
Mrs. Graham, 74, of Ashland, died Saturday (March 21, 1998) at Farmington Square Adult Foster Care Center, Medford.

She was born Shirley Wallace on July 4, 1923, in Hayward, Calif., and attended schools in San Jose, Calif.
On April 13, 1944, in Queens Village, N.Y., she married Robert Graham, who survives. They moved to Ashland in April 1981.
After moving to Ashland, Mrs. Graham was active in the First Presbyterian Church of Ashland, League of Women Voters, the Tudor Guild, and Chapter EE, PEO Sisterhood.
She volunteered with Dogs for the Deaf and as a docent at the Museum of Natural History.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two daughters, Debra Coyne, Marysville, Wash., and Dennise Graham, Alameda, Calif.; a son, Duncan, San Jose; and four grandchildren.

Ilene Kathryn Wilson
The memorial service for Ilene Kathryn Wilson will be at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Evanglical Free Church in Orland, Calif.
Mrs. Wilson, 78, formerly of Medford, died Friday (March 20, 1998) in Beaverton.

She was born June 11, 1919, in Jewel County, Kan. At age 19, she moved with her parents to Orland, where she lived for 21 years. She also lived in Garden Grove, Calif., for about 13 years.
A hospital dietary supervisor for most of her life, she retired from Hearthstone Manor in 1984.
She lived in Medford from 1972 to 1987, then spent two years in Bandon.
Survivors include three daughters, Sharon Wilson and Martha Wardford, both Beaverton, and Christina McNair, Bandon; two sons, Dick, Buellton, Calif., and Jim, Anaheim, Calif.; a sister, Jo Jorgeson, Orland; a brother, Bill Peets, Portland; and nine grandchildren.

Lorene J. LeBlanc
The funeral Mass for Lorene J. LeBlanc will be celebrated at 8 a.m. Friday in Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic Church, Ashland. The Rev. Anthony Rosevear will officiate. Inurnment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery, Ashland.
Mrs. LeBlanc, 73, of Ashland, died Tuesday (March 24, 1998) at the Linda Vista Care Center.
She was born Lorene Marshall on Sept. 8, 1924, in Commerce, Okla., and grew up in the Santa Paula, Calif., area.
She was married to Alfred M. LeBlanc, who died in 1982.
Mrs. LeBlanc moved to Ashland in 1983 from Long Beach, Calif.
She was a member of Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic Church and enjoyed crocheting and writing short stories and poems.
Survivors include a son, Roy F. Simmons, Eagle Point; two brothers, Wayne Dibben, Denver, and Ted Dibben, Kansas City, Mo.; a sister, Gladys Foglietta, Riverside, Calif.; and a granddaughter.

Matthew Lee McGowan
The memorial service for Matthew Lee McGowan will be held Friday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cottage Grove.
Mr. McGowan, 26, formerly of Central Point, died Sunday (March 22, 1998) at Sacred Heart Hospital in Eugene. His home was in Dexter.

He was born March 1, 1972, in Central Point.
Mr. McGowan moved to Dexter 10 years ago from Central Point.
He graduated from South Eugene High School in 1993.
Mr. McGowan enjoyed working with his hands and making things, attending boat races, and trips to the Oregon Coast.

Gordon Walter Harrison
Gordon Walter Harrison, 73, of Grants Pass, died Saturday (March 21, 1998) at Highland House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Private interment will be in Eagle Point National Cemetery.
He was born April 20, 1924, in Los Angeles.
During World War II, he served in the U.S. Army in Company H, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment. He was wounded in action at the Battle of the Bulge in Belgium and received a Purple Heart.
Mr. Harrison was permanently disabled as a result of his war injuries.
He moved to Wimer in 1965 from California's San Fernando Valley after a brief stay in Yreka, Calif. He lived in Wimer until 1997.
Mr. Harrison was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Rogue River and Grants Pass, and a member of the Wimer Grange and Independent Order of Odd Fellows.
He enjoyed his small cattle ranch.

Louis B. Rusin
A celebration of life for Louis B. Rusin will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday at Perl Funeral Services-Siskiyou, Medford.
Mr. Rusin, 66, of Medford, died Monday (March 23, 1998) at Providence Medford Medical Center.

He was born Dec. 5, 1931, in Omaha, Neb.
On May 23, 1953, in Oakland, Calif., he married Mary Louise Mercer, who survives.
Mr. Rusin worked for Prudential Life Insurance Co. for 30 years. In 1983, he moved from Eugene to Medford where he continued his career with Prudential.
At age 55 he retired to enjoy spending time with family and golfing.
During the Korean War, he served in the U.S. Navy in Alameda, Calif.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include three daughters, Sandra Rusin and Diahanne Bedortha, both Medford, and Lauren Mumford, Pleasanton, Calif.; a son, David, Perth, Australia; a sister, Mary Novak, Omaha; and five grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother.

Sherman James Kiger
The memorial service for Sherman James Kiger will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday in the First Church of the Nazarene, Medford. Pastor Craig Rench will officiate.
Mr. Kiger, 69, of Central Point, died Friday (March 20, 1998) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 25, 1928, in Hastings, Neb.
On Feb. 14, 1980, in Central Point, he married Nancy Lee Jirak, who survives.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include three sons, Darrell James, Gold Hill, James Lee, Central Point, and Sherman Jerome, Buckley, Wash.; a stepson, Audie Bryan Cooper, Federal Way, Wash.; two brothers, Vernon and Carroll, Rich Hill, Mo.; two sisters, Theda Tice, Belfair, Wash., and Thelma Johnson, Carson City, Nev.; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Wayne and Darrell.

Edith Elizabeth Prince
Edith Elizabeth Prince, 75, of Medford, died March 17, 1998 at her home. No service is planned. Interment will be in Eagle Point National Cemetery.

She was born Edith Price on May 7, 1922, in Caldwell, Idaho.
On Nov. 14, 1941, in Medford, she married Eugene Prince, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Prince retired from Bear Creek Corp. after 20 years employment.
She was a member of the Eagles Lodge and enjoyed reading.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Damon, Medford; a son, Michael, Medford; a brother, Albert Puddy, St. Louis, Mo.; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, three sisters, a brother, and a grandson.
