Marie S. Thomas
The graveside service for Marie S. Thomas will be held today in Floral Hills Cemetery, Lynnwood, Wash.
Mrs. Thomas, 83, formerly of Medford, died Tuesday (June 9, 1998) in Friday Harbor, Wash. Her home was in Lopez Island, Wash.

She was born Marie McNeal on Sept. 21, 1914, in Olie, Ark. She grew up and was educated in Oklahoma.
After her marriage to Forrest E. Thomas, the couple moved to Porterville, Calif., in the mid-1930s. They moved to Medford in 1977, then to Washington's San Juan Islands in 1996.
Mrs. Thomas was active in the Porterville Grange and Roxy Ann Grange in Medford. She was an avid reader and enjoyed gardening and square dancing.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Jim, Lopez Island; a sister, Reba Poe, Sparks, Nev.; and two granddaughters.

Billy L. Icenogle
The funeral for Billy L. Icenogle will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Perl Funeral Services-Siskiyou, Medford. The Rev. John Braund of the Phoenix First Presbyterian Church will officiate. Interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Hollywood Hills, Calif.
Mr. Icenogle, 70, of Medford, died Tuesday (June 9, 1998) at his home.

He was born July 2, 1927, in Rushville, Ill.
On Sept. 1, 1979, in Las Vegas, Nev., he married Liz Hall, who survives. They moved to the Rogue Valley in 1989 from Van Nuys, Calif.
Mr. Icenogle served in the U.S. Navy from 1944 to 1964 as a quarter master chief.
He was an industrial fireman for Hughes Aircraft in California from 1969 until retiring in 1989.
Mr. Icenogle volunteered for the Ventura County Sheriffs Reserve, the American Heart Association and Red Cross, and taught CPR and first aid.
He enjoyed bowling, fishing, auctions and swap meets.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two sons, Dennis, Redding, Calif., and Michael, Canyon Country, Calif.; four daughters, Cathy Bucklan, Troutdale, Patricia Pugh, in Tennessee, Sandra Gellenbeck, Thousand Oaks, Calif., and Debra Johnson, Anchorage, Alaska; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Doris M. Kipfer
The graveside service for Doris M. Kipfer will be at 2 p.m. Friday in the Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mrs. Kipfer, 70, of Rogue River, died Monday (June 8, 1998) at Hearthstone.

She was born Doris Cronkright on Nov. 4, 1927, in Millington, Mich.
On July 9, 1946, in Millington, she married Vincent Kipfer, who survives. They moved to the Rogue Valley 28 years ago from Long Beach, Calif.
Mrs. Kipfer enjoyed garage sales and antique shows.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two sons, Kip and Kory, both Rogue River; two daughters, Sherry, Rogue River, and Karen, Mission Viejo, Calif.; a brother, Don Cronkright, Flint, Mich.; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
Friends may pay their respects from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. today at Conger-Morris Funeral Directors, Medford.
Albert `Darrell' Windom
The funeral for Albert "Darrell" Windom will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Perl Funeral Services-Siskiyou, Medford. Pastor Rick Cohen of the Applegate Christian Fellowship will officiate. Interment will be in Siskiyou Memorial Park.
Mr. Windom, 51, of White City, died Wednesday (June 10, 1998) at his home.

He was born Jan. 10, 1947, in Lakeview.
Mr. Windom moved to the Rogue Valley in 1975 from Paisley.
He worked for the U.S. Forest Service Butte Falls Ranger District for 30 years, retiring in May 1997.
Mr. Windom served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing and riding ATVs.
Survivors include a daughter, Sheila Sandlin, White City; two sisters, LaDonna Kiely, Lakeview, and Vanita Hanson, Hot Springs, Ark.; and a grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Van and Bernita Webber Windom.

Rudolph Darvis McGee
The memorial service for Rudolph Darvis McGee will be at 7 tonight in the Eagle Point Assembly of God Church. Pastor Scott Simpson will officiate. Interment will be in the Central Point Masonic Cemetery.
Mr. McGee, 71, of Shady Cove, died Saturday (June 6, 1998) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 26, 1927, in Lakeview, Colo.
On Dec. 25, 1957, in Fort Worth, Texas, he married Barbara Ann Steel, who survives. They moved to the Rogue Valley 26 years ago from Days Creek.
Mr. McGee was a uranium miner.
He enjoyed horses and gardening.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include three sons, John, Dan and Tim, all Shady Cove, and Jim, Tri-City; a daughter, Melinda McGee, Shady Cove; three brothers, Art, Richard and John, all Grand Junction, Colo.; a sister, Verna Lee, Sacramento, Calif.; his stepmother, Fern McGee, Grand Junction; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sons, Rick and David.

Charles Edward Bray
The graveside service for Charles Edward Bray will be at 10 a.m. Friday in the Medford IOOF Cemetery. Pastor Dan Wilson of the Neighborhood Church will officiate.
Mr. Bray, 74, of Medford, died Wednesday (June 3, 1998) in Klamath Falls.

He was born Feb. 27, 1924, in Clarksville, Texas.
Mr. Bray lived most of his life in the Rogue Valley.
He was a sawyer and edgerman at KOGAP in Medford and also farmed near Merrill.
Mr. Bray enjoyed singing and played the violin, guitar, mandolin and piano.
Survivors include a brother, Joe H., Medford; and two sisters, Opal A. Collins, Merrill, and Clara Paulk, Tulelake, Calif. He was preceded in death by a brother and five sisters.

Arthur H. Ziemann
Arthur Herman Ziemann, 86, formerly of Medford, died Wednesday (June 3, 1998) at the Community Hospital in Bonners Ferry, Idaho.
A memorial service was held June 8 at Bonners Ferry Funeral Home. Interment was in the Old Salem Cemetery in Bottineau, N.D.
He was born Nov. 11, 1911, in Omemee, N.D., and raised in the Turtle Mountains of North Dakota.
In 1941, he married Ethel Hiatt. They were divorced in 1960.
Mr. Ziemann served with the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) and farmed in the Turtle Mountains until moving to Oregon in 1949.
He lived in Medford for many years and worked for Boise Cascade until retiring as a machine operator in 1968.
Mr. Ziemann enjoyed woodworking.
Survivors include two sons, Allen, Central Point, and Daryl, Bonners Ferry; two daughters, Beatrice Earl, Portland, and Colleen Dolan, Blaine, Wash.; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by four brothers and two sisters.

Wesley E. Coleman
The memorial service for Wesley Edward Coleman will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Mountain View Estates clubhouse in Talent. Officiating will be a son, Paul Coleman, and Pastor Fred Voss of the Mountain View Baptist Church, Talent.
Mr. Coleman, 75, of Talent, died Monday (June 8, 1998) at Ashland Community Hospital.
He was born Aug. 5, 1922, in Rochester, N.Y.
Mr. Coleman moved to the Rogue Valley in 1989 from Anaheim, Calif.
He owned and operated a cabinet making shop for 29 years before retiring and moving to Medford.
During World War II, he served in the U.S. Army Air Corps in the China-Burma Theater. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross and the Air Medal.
He married Thelma on June 18, 1945, in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
Mr. Coleman was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. He was an avid pool player and bowler.
Survivors include his wife, two sons, Paul, Portland, and David, Corona, Calif.; and six grandchildren.
