Kirk Dale Rahn
The memorial service for Kirk Dale Rahn will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mr. Rahn, 49, of Medford, died Wednesday (June 10, 1998) at his home.
He was born May 7, 1949, in Hemet, Calif.
Mr. Rahn served in the U.S. Army.
He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1987 from Hemet.
Mr. Rahn was a member of the American Legion and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Survivors include a son, Bryan A., Medford; a daughter, Angie L. Rahn, Kauai, Hawaii; his parents, Arnold and Donalda Rahn, Shady Cove; a sister, Karen Doran, Shady Cove; a brother, Dennis, La Crescenta, Calif.; and a granddaughter.

Marcus Wilson Buckley
The memorial service for Marcus Wilson Buckley will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Christ Unity Church of Medford. The Rev. Colleen Graham will officiate.
Mr. Buckley, 85, of Medford, died Monday (June 8, 1998) at Three Fountains Nursing Center.
Memorial contributions may be made to Providence Community Health Foundation, Hospice, 1111 Crater Lake Ave., Medford, OR 97504.
He was born March 12, 1913, in Appen, Mich.
Mr. Buckley moved to the Rogue Valley in 1970 from Lees Summit, Mo.
On Dec. 1, 1979, in Medford, he married Helen Cook, who survives.
Mr. Buckley was an ordained minister with Christ Unity. He worked with silent unity while attending Bible college in Lees Summitt.
In Riverside, Calif., he was a deputy sheriff and a youth counselor for the police department.
After retiring he was a volunteer chaplain at Providence Medford Medical Center.
Mr. Buckley enjoyed nature.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two sons, Terrance, Oregon City, and Michael; a daughter, Patricia Castro, Brentwood, Calif.; three brothers, Everett, Patrick and Robert; a sister, Patricia, Edmonton, Alberta; a grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by twin brothers and another brother, Jack; and a sister, Marjory.

Edmond Louis Serrano
The graveside service for Edmond Louis Serrano will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mr. Serrano, 71, of Ashland, died Monday (June 8, 1998) at his home.
He was born Oct. 21, 1926, in Alhambra, Calif.
Mr. Serrano served in the U.S. Navy during World War II and was awarded a Purple Heart.
On Sept. 16, 1960, in Las Vegas, Nev., he married Jewell "Julie" Myers, who died Oct. 11, 1994.
The Serranos owned and operated the E.L. Serrano Co., a manufacturer of men's formal wear in Southern California.
They lived in North Hollywood, Calif., until moving to Ashland in 1979.
Survivors include two daughters, Karen Davis, Central Point, and Nikki Serrano, Los Angeles; and three grandchildren.

Ronald E. Trammell
The memorial service for Ronald E. Trammell will be at 2 p.m. June 20 at Phoenix Presbyterian Church. The Rev. John Braund will officiate.
Mr. Trammell, 55, of Phoenix, died Thursday (June 11, 1998) at his home.
He was born Feb. 17, 1943, in Las Vegas.
On July 11, 1970, in Las Vegas, he married Carol A. Lamb, who survives. They moved to the Rogue Valley in 1971 from San Bernardino, Calif.
Mr. Trammell was a journeyman wireman and a member of the Wireman's Union Local No. 659. He enjoyed fishing, target shooting, building model airplanes and gardening.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a son, David, Medford; two daughters, Deborah Seelig, Hesperia, Calif., and Rhonda Trammell of California; a brother, Larry Trammell, Yucaipa, Calif.; his father, Eugene Trammell, Phoenix; and three grandchildren.

Howard C. Capp
The memorial service for Howard Clinton Capp will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Perl Funeral Services-Siskiyou. Pastor Andy Green of Ashland Christian Fellowship will officiate. Private cremation will follow.
Mr. Capp, 73, of Medford, died Tuesday (June 9, 1998) at his home.

He was born Oct. 8, 1924, in Ruth, Nev.
On Oct. 26, 1945, in Turlock, Calif., he married Ida May Niebaum, who survives.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps in the South Pacific during World War II.
After moving to to the Rogue Valley in 1964, he and Wayne Casey founded Capp and Casey Inc. and hauled rock for logging roads for Medford Corp. He retired in 1977 and enjoyed traveling.
Survivors include a daughter, Linda Alger, Central Point; three sons, Kenneth, Central Point, Brian, Prineville, and Gregory, Seattle; a sister, Helen Nunes, Central Point; seven grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Archibald Green
A graveside service for Archibald Byron Green will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Memory Gardens Memorial Park. Bishop Douglas Williams, Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter-day Saints, Ashland First Ward will officiate.
Mr. Green, 80, of Talent, died Thursday (June 11, 1998) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
He was born April 21, 1918, in Ludington, Wis.
On Feb. 2, 1941, in Tacoma, Wash., he married Lorraine J. Cox, who survives. They moved to the Rogue Valley from Seattle in 1971.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Ashland First Ward.
He enjoyed photography, art and the outdoors.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two daughters, Anna Marie Wilson, Medford, and Mary Ellen J. Duke of Arizona; two sons, Archie B. Green, Medford, and Brian L. Green, Orlando, Fla.; two brothers, Jack Green of Washington and Cal Green of Florida; and seven grandchildren.
Franklin Ridout
Franklin Patrick Ridout, 52, of White City, died Wednesday (June 10, 1998) at Rogue Valley Medical Center. A private service is planned.
He was born Dec. 31, 1945, in Grass Valley, Calif.
On Jan 1., 1976, in Reno, he married Dora Elaine Raymond, who survives. They moved to White City in 1994 from Santa Rosa, Calif.
Mr. Ridout worked as a welder, roofer and machinist in California. He was a member of the Teamsters Union in Santa Rosa. He enjoyed fishing and camping.
Survivors include two sons, Brian Ridout, White City, and Frank Herger, San Francisco; three daughters, Lisa Parenteau, Grants Pass, Jennifer Ridout, Winston, and Karen Gorst, Eugene; his father, Norman Ridout, Winston; three brothers, Jerry, Grass Valley, Calif., Mike, Granite Bay, Calif., and Terry, Winston; two sisters, Debra Pozzi, Santa Rosa, Calif., and Janet Kenyon of Newberg; and seven grandchildren.

Gerhardt W. Dueck
The graveside service for Gerhardt W. Dueck will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Eagle Point National Cemetery. The Rev. George White of Shady Point Adventist Church will officiate.
Mr. Dueck, 80, of Medford, died Tuesday (June 9, 1998) at Hearthstone Manor.
He was born March 18, 1918, in Chicago.
He was retired from the U.S. Navy and worked for the U.S. Postal Service. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife, Zilla Dueck.

Rosie Olson-Wyncoop
The graveside service for Rosemarie A. Olson-Wyncoop will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Medford.
Mrs. Olson-Wyncoop, 64, of Medford, died Friday (June 12, 1998) at Hearthstone Manor.
Memorial contributions may be made to a chapter of Alcoholics Anonymous. She was born Rosemarie Agness Olson on Oct. 9, 1933, in Detroit Lakes, Minn.
On Feb. 24, 1951, in Reno, she married John L. Wyncoop Sr., who survives.
She was a member of the Eagles Lodge and enjoyed camping, fishing and dancing.
Survivors include a son, John Wyncoop Jr., Medford, a daughter, Donna Carlson, Medford; a brother, John A. Olson, Butte Falls; and six grandchildren.
