Anna Mae Wood
The memorial service for Anna Mae Wood will be held Monday in Lebanon, Ore. The Rev. Helen Richards will officiate.
Mrs. Wood, 76, of Medford, died Wednesday (Feb. 24, 1999) at her home.

She was born Anna Mae Haehl on July 2, 1922, in Barrington, N.J.
On Aug. 26, 1944, in Victoria, Texas, she married Ralph Wood, who died in 1976.
Mrs. Wood was a cook for 35 years with Lebanon Public Schools.
During World War II, she served in the Women's Army Corps.
She moved to Medford two months ago from Lebanon.
Mrs. Wood was a member of the Roman Catholic Church and enjoyed reading and meeting with friends.
Survivors include a daughter, Sally Killen, Medford; three sons, Mike, La Grande, Ralph, Kaysville, Utah, and David, Scottsdale, Ariz.; two sisters, Clara Derricks and Mary Wilson, both Philadelphia; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A sister,
Dolores Cannalley, died in 1980.

Ruby V. Clements
The funeral for Ruby V. Clements will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Chapel of the Valley Funeral Home, Grants Pass.
Mrs. Clements, 91, of Medford, died Sunday (Feb. 21, 1999) at Providence Medford Medical Center.
She was born Aug. 31, 1907, in Grants Pass, a daughter of Joseph and Maude Varner.
She was a 1925 graduate of Grants Pass High School.
In 1928, in Grants Pass, she married Fred Clements, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Clements moved to Portland in 1948. She came to Medford in 1998.
She worked several years for Pacific Bell.
Mrs. Clements enjoyed sewing, hunting and fishing.
Survivors include a son, Fred J., Albany. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Elizabeth Coleman and Pauline Coltrane; and nine brothers, Elmer, Richard, Walt, Roy, Ray, Linny, George, Louis and Jim Varner.
Friends may pay their respects from noon to 12:45 p.m. Saturday before the service at Chapel of Valley Funeral Home.
Kenneth Robertson
Kenneth "Ken" Byron Robertson, 70, of Grants Pass, died Tuesday (Feb. 23, 1999) at Three Rivers Community Hospital. A private service will be held later.

He was born Nov. 6, 1928, in Grants Pass, a son of Wallace Byron and LaVita Ann Hough Robertson.
Mr. Robertson was raised in Grants Pass and attended Grants Pass High School.
On April 22, 1950, in Reno, he married Joyce Ann Nason, who survives.
He owned and operated Ken Robertson Logging from 1951 to 1962, and had owned and operated ROBCO Inc. since 1962.
Mr. Robertson was a 40-year member and had served on the board of Grants Pass Golf Club. He was a former member of the Elks Lodge and Ducks Unlimited. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing and skiing.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a daughter, Debbie LeMoine, Grants Pass; two brothers, Bruce and Ron, both Grants Pass; a sister, Jean Ann Lillard, Los Angeles; three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.

Ralph E. Craig
Ralph E. Craig, 60, formerly of Phoenix, died Saturday (Feb. 20, 1999) at Glenwood Regional Medical Center in West Monroe, La. His home was in Sitka, Alaska.
A memorial service was held at Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel in West Monroe. Dr. David Uth and Scott Smith officiated.
He was born Dec. 14, 1938, in Lexington, Ala.
He graduated from Fall River, Calif., High School.
Mr. Craig lived in Phoenix from 1959 until moving to Oakridge in 1963. He moved to Ketchikan, Alaska, in 1976, then to Sitka in 1978.
On April 16, 1992, he married Jinnie Jones, who survives.
Mr. Craig was retired from the U.S. Forest Service and was a commercial fisherman in Alaska.
He served in the U.S. Air Force.
In Louisiana, he was an active member of the Glenwood Wellness Center and the Ouachita Valley Road Runners Club.
Mr. Craig had run in 13 marathons, including the 100th running of the Boston Marathon at age 57.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two sons, Ed, Beaverton, and Bryan, Sitka; two stepdaughters, Melanie Massey-Groves and Staci Massey Pardue, West Monroe; his parents, Amos Lee and Kathryn Craig, Eagle Point; a brother, Bob, Eagle Point; two sisters, Wanda Riley, Phoenix, and Debra Scearcy, Central Point; and five grandchildren.

Mabel Claire Cobun
The memorial service for Mabel Claire Cobun will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Fountain Plaza, 1441 Morrow Road, Medford. Pastor Jim Larsen of Rogue Valley Christian Church will officiate. Inurnment will be at Roseburg National Cemetery.
Mrs. Cobun, 98, of Medford, died Friday (Feb. 19, 1999) at Three Fountains Nursing Center.

She was born Mabel Jordan on Nov. 9, 1900, in El Dorado, Ark.
In 1926, in Arkansas, she married Walter H. Cobun, who died in 1972.
Mrs. Cobun was a postal clerk for many years, retiring in 1960. She moved to the Rogue Valley from Napa, Calif., in 1971.
In Little Rock, Ark., she was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star since 1927. In Napa, Calif., she was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.
Mrs. Cobun was a member of the Rogue Valley Christian Church in Medford.
Survivors include a son, Charles H., Talent; a brother, Jim Champion, Oklahoma; a sister, Annalee Humphart, Napa, Calif.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Ernest; and a brother and a sister.

William Paul Roble
The graveside service for William Paul Roble will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Eagle Point National Cemetery. The Rev. Liam Carey of Sacred Heart Catholic Church will officiate.
Rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. today at Conger-Morris Chapel.
Mr. Roble, 90, of Medford, died Monday (Feb. 22, 1999) at Ashland Community Hospital.
He was born July 5, 1908, in Spokane, Wash.
On Dec. 19, 1963, in Reno, Nev., he married Doris M. Henry, who died in 1995.
Mr. Roble spent 40 years in fire service in Coos Bay, Salem and Ashland. He began his career in Salem in 1930 and retired in Ashland in 1970. He was a former Ashland City Council member. He was also the former co-owner of the Oak Knoll Golf Course and Lounge.
He was a past president of Oregon State Fire Chiefs, a chapter member of Oregon State Fire Marshals and was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Commanders Club. He was a life member of the Ashland Elks Lodge 944 and was Elk of the Year in 1970-1971.
Mr. Roble was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
He enjoyed golfing and bowling.
Survivors include a daughter, Rae Marie Tellefson, Bellevue, Wash.; three grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Friends may pay their respects from 3 to 6 p.m. today at Conger-Morris Chapel, Medford.
Destiny Elizabeth Baker
The memorial service for Destiny Elizabeth Baker will be at 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Church of God, 1434 Florence Lane, Grants Pass. Pastor T.L. Simons will officiate.
Destiny, infant daughter of Leesa and Jarrett Baker of Grants Pass, died Feb. 18, 1999, at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
She was born on Feb. 18, 1999, in Medford.
Survivors include her parents; a brother, Corben, Grants Pass; grandparents, Patty and Terry Baker, Grants Pass; a grandmother, Ivel Vickers, Mountain Home, Ark.; and a grandfather, Bill Vickers, San Jose, Calif.

Marguerite Bradshaw
The memorial service for Marguerite Marie Bradshaw will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at First Christian Church, Medford. Inurnment will follow at 3 p.m. at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Bradshaw, 85, of Medford, died Feb. 18, 1999, at her home.

She was born Marguerite Marie Marshall on June 25, 1913, in Puyallup, Wash.
On June 13, 1931, in Medford, she married Lester Neil Bradshaw, who preceded her in death. The Marshall and Bradshaw families are early settlers in the Lake Creek and Brownsboro area. The couple moved to Medford from the family homestead after Mr. Bradshaw retired.
Mrs. Bradshaw was active in community affairs, including the PTA, Job's Daughters, 4-H and Future Farmers of America. She was given the name "Aunt Maggie" during the many years she worked with youth.
She was a member of the guild and blood pressure clinic at Providence Medford Medical Center.
Survivors include a daughter, Dana Jo Hopkins, Coquille; a son, Bill Lee, North Bend; a brother, Walt Chamberlain, Bellevue, Wash.; a sister, Betty Moss, Phoenix, Ariz.; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
