Ronald E. Limerick
The graveside service for Ronald E. Limerick will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in Sparlin Cemetery in Williams. The Rev. John Dungey of Central Point will officiate.
Mr. Limerick, 61, of Williams, died Saturday (April 10, 1999) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 3, 1937, in Los Angeles.
On May 26, 1982, in Lancaster, Calif., he married Ann Betty Wronkowski, who survives. He moved to the Applegate and Williams area in 1988.
Mr. Limerick was a structural aircraft mechanic with Northrop in California, retiring in 1988.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, drag racing and building model planes and boats.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include four daughters, Laurel Limerick, Williams, Brenda Gill, Apple Valley, Calif., Jeanette Morgan, Bellflower, Calif., and Teann Bassett, Santa Maria, Calif.; a son, Ronald Jr., Santa Maria, Calif.; his mother, Wilma Limerick, Lawndale, Calif.; a brother, Ralph, Lawndale, Calif.; a sister, Roberta Racer, Lawndale, Calif.; and five grandchildren.

Richard A. Saltmarsh
The memorial graveside service for Richard Albert Saltmarsh will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Sterlingville Cemetery, Jacksonville.
Mr. Saltmarsh, 67, of Eagle Point, died Saturday (April 10, 1999) at his home.

He was born Sept. 3, 1931, in Medford, a son of Dean and Flora (Manke) Saltmarsh. He was a lifelong resident of the Rogue Valley.
On Oct. 26, 1969, in Carson City, Nev., he married Joan Gwin, who survives.
Mr. Saltmarsh worked for Gilbert Construction, Wildish, and retired from Hughes Brothers. He also was a fire lookout at Tallow Box.
He was a member of the Little Butte Mountain Men.
Mr. Saltmarsh enjoyed woodworking, building black powder guns and fishing.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two sons, Richard D., Medford, Jim Fraser, Albuquerque, N.M.; four daughters, Shannon Priddle and Shawnee McNichols, both Medford, Sherry Worthington, Talent, and Cyndi Chartier, Eagle Point; two brothers, Melvin, Central Point, and Curt, Portland; a sister, Hazel Ratty, Jacksonville; 21 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Michael Fraser, in 1978; and by a brother, Earl.

`Jack' O. Dulany
The memorial service for Gerald O. "Jack" Dulany will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the Hillcrest Mortuary Chapel. Earl Best will officiate.
Mr. Dulany, 84, of Central Point, died Saturday (April 10, 1999) at Providence Medford Medical Center.

He was born May 14, 1914, in Lemoore, Calif.
On June 5, 1946, in Reno, Nev., he married Louise S. Schutt, who survives. He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1961 from Stratford, Calif.
Mr. Dulany was a foreman for an agricultural supply company in Stratford for 16 years, and a warehouseman for the Grange Co-op in Central Point for 16 years.
He enjoyed camping, traveling, gardening and ranching.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include three sons, Steven W., Eagle Point, Kenneth I., Carson, Calif., and Vernon C., North Pole, Alaska; a daughter, Doris M. Hopkins, Huntington Beach, Calif.; a sister, Pearl Edmondson, Avenal, Calif.; 11 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Robin Lynn Livingston
Robin Lynn Livingston, 18, of Redmond, formerly of Medford, died Friday (April 9, 1999) at her home. A service has been held.

She was born on May 19, 1980, in Coquille. She lived in Medford from 1992 to 1998.
Ms. Livingston was a senior at Redmond High School. She worked at the Opportunity Center of Central Oregon for six months.
She was involved with Special Olympics.
Ms. Livingston enjoyed crafts, rock collecting, fishing and computers.
Survivors include her parents, Chris and Shawn DeBerry, Redmond; two brothers, Robbie Livingston, Medford, and Jeffery Livingston, Redmond; her grandparents, Merritt and Bev Shaw, Coos Bay, Sandi and Julia DeBerry, Jacksonville, and Dallas and Sue Livingston, Coos Bay.

Merrill W. Gordon
The funeral for Merrill William Gordon will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Hillcrest Memorial Chapel. The Seventh-day Adventist Church will officiate. The graveside service will follow at Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mr. Gordon, 83, of Gold Hill, died Friday (April 9, 1999) at Providence Medford Medical Center.
He was born Jan. 31, 1916, in Minnesota.
In 1938, in Los Angeles, he married Ida Thompson, who died in 1991.
Mr. Gordon was a aerospace engineer with Northrop Aircraft, retiring in 1970. He moved to Gold Hill in 1972.
He enjoyed ceramic casting and patterns.
Survivors include two sons, Ron, San Diego, and Merrill Jr., Tucson, Ariz.; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Connie E. Mathewson
The memorial service for Connie E. Mathewson will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Hillcrest Chapel. Pastor Arbee Freeman of Faith Christian Center will officiate. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Medford.
Mrs. Mathewson, 46, of White City, died Saturday (April 10, 1999) at her home.
She was born Connie E. Gibson on Oct. 2, 1952, in Roseburg. She graduated from Eagle Point High School in 1971.
In 1972, in Medford, she married Randy Dean Mathewson, who survives.
Mrs. Mathewson was a member of Faith Christian Center in Medford.
She was past president and founder of "The Chatter Box," a women's group that raised money for various organizations and charities.
Mrs. Mathewson enjoyed sewing and gardening.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two sons, Israel Dean, Medford, and Noah Kenneth, Phoenix; her father, Ralph Gibson, Central Point; her mother, Carol Gund-loach, White City; four sisters, Evonne Gibson, Central Point, Holly Strawn, Medford, and Evelyn Brown and Debbie Mackey, both White City; five brothers, Wayne Gibson, Medford, Ron Gibson, Oakridge, Gary Gibson, Eugene, and Chuck and Eddie Gibson, both Canyonville; her grandmother, Ethel Dillon, Ashland; and two grandchildren.

Walter James Fipps
The funeral for Walter James Fipps will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Siskiyou Chapel. Pastor Rick Cohen of the Applegate Christian Fellowship will officiate.
Mr. Fipps, 76, of Medford, died Sunday (April 11, 1999) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.

Mary E. Powers
The funeral for Mary Elizabeth Powers will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Hillcrest Memorial Chapel. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Powers, 74, of Ashland, died Friday (April 9, 1999) at her home.
She was born Mary Elizabeth Hansen on Nov. 1, 1924, in Santa Barbara, Calif. The family moved to the Rogue Valley three years later.
She and her late husband, David E. DeLong, operated a dairy and helped with the family business of Dave DeLong Burner Sales & Service.
On Oct. 8, 1983, in Ashland, she married Richard Powers, who survives.
She was a custodian for the Ashland School District.
A lover of horses, Mrs. Powers rode for many years on Roxy Ann. She was a member of Jackson County Search and Rescue Mounted Sheriff's Posse and a former member of Ashland Wranglers.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two sons, Fredrick D. DeLong and Thomas E. DeLong, both Talent; and a granddaughter. A brother, Eugene Francis Hansen, preceded her in death.

Merrill W. Gordon
