Arthur Marion Flowers
The memorial service for Arthur Marion Flowers will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the White City Assembly of God. Pastor Shane Wallis, of Coos Bay, will officiate.
Mr. Flowers, 89, of White City, died Thursday (Nov. 4, 1999) at his home.

He was born June 26, 1910, in Enterprise.
On Aug. 3, 1936, in Prineville, he married Ayliffe Myers, who died in 1994. They moved to the Rogue Valley in 1941 from Prineville.
Mr. Flowers worked in mills and as a truck driver in the logging industry from 1941 until his retirement in 1976.
He was past president of the Oregon Logging Association.
Mr. Flowers was a member of the Medford Bowling Association. He sponsored different bowling teams and won many league awards. His last award was the Golden Age Award.
Survivors include two daughters, Marion Kadin, Eagle Point, and Myrtle Clayton, Klamath Falls; eight grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Friends may pay their respects from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday in Memory Gardens Mortuary in Medford.
Peggy Frazier
The memorial service for Peggy Frazier will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Trinity Episcopal Church in Ashland.
Mrs. Frazier, 54, of Ashland, died Tuesday (Nov. 2, 1999) at her home.

She was born Aug. 2, 1945, in Denver, a daughter of John and May Belle (Thomas) Walker. She moved to Ashland in 1973. She graduated from Southern Oregon University in 1989, where her studies included an emphasis on music.
On Jan. 7, 1978, at Trinity Episcopal Church in Ashland, she married Stephen Frazier, who survives.
Mrs. Frazier was the box office supervisor at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. She began her career with the Festival in the properties department in 1973.
She sang in several choirs throughout the Rogue Valley, including the Southern Oregon Repertory Singers and the Trinity Church Choir.
Mrs. Frazier was a member of Trinity Church.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two sons, Daniel and Jeremy, both Ashland; and a brother, Robert Walker, in Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and May Walker.

Jean C. Miller
Jean C. Miller, 77, of Jacksonville, died Wednesday (Nov. 3, 1999) at her daughter's home in Central Point. No service is planned.

She was born April 13, 1922, in Agra, Okla., a daughter of Horace and Helen Maples.
On Feb. 6, 1965, in Garden Grove, Calif., she married Otto Miller, who died in 1981. She moved to the Rogue Valley in 1982 from Huntington Beach, Calif.
Mrs. Miller was a cook with the Huntington Beach School District for several years.
She was a member of the Christian Church in Huntington Beach.
Mrs. Miller enjoyed crafts and bingo.
Survivors include a daughter, Dixie Planer, Central Point; a brother, Richard Maples, Jacksonville; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Buck Archer, and a brother, Don Maples.

Robert Rolph
Robert Rolf, 75, of Medford, died Thursday (Nov. 4, 1999) at Rogue Valley Medical Center. A private service is planned for a later date.
He was born Feb. 22, 1924, in Marseilles, Ill.
On Sept. 12, 1942, in Los Angeles, Calif., he married Marcella M. Good, who survives.
Mr. Rolph moved to the Rogue Valley in 1980 from Santa Monica, Calif., where he was an insurance broker until his retirement that year.
During World War II, he served in the U.S. Coast Guard.
He was a member of the American Bowling Congress and Roxy's Senior Bowling League. He was a Santa Monica Rotarian for 30 years and a member of the Charter Property Casualty Underwriters.
He enjoyed golf, cards and travel.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two daughters, Pamela Rolph, Medford, and Patricia Thrasher, Foothills Ranch, Calif.; a brother, Frank Nelson Rolph, Wimer; three grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
A sister, Idamay Bergen, died in 1997.

Kevin Steven Elkin
The funeral for Kevin Steven Elkin will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Medford. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park in Medford.
Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Conger-Morris Chapel in Medford.
Mr. Elkin, 39, of Medford, died Wednesday (Nov. 3, 1999) in Phoenix.
Memorial contributions may be made to Evans Valley Foundation.
He was born Sept. 2, 1960, in Inglewood, Calif. He moved to the Rogue Valley from Southern California when he was nine years old.
Mr. Elkin was a gourmet cook.
He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Medford.
Mr. Elkin was an avid fisherman. He enjoyed cars, music and reading.
Survivors include a son, Nolan Henri, Medford; his parents, Harland and Mary Ann Elkin, Medford; a brother, Christopher C., Medford; and his grandmother, Teresa Fucci Stumpo, in Southern California. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Joseph and Gladys E. Elkin; and Emilio Fucci.

Peggie Irene Wilson
The funeral service for Peggie Irene Wilson will be at 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 12, at Hope Christian Church in Central Point. Darold Hutsell of Hope Christian Church will officiate.
Mrs. Wilson, 71, of Central Point, died Friday (Nov. 5, 1999) at Providence Medford Medical Center.

She was born Peggie Irene Robison on Sept. 2, 1928, in Dallas, Ore. She moved to the Rogue Valley in 1942 with her family, and graduated from Central Point High School in 1946.
On Feb. 1, 1948, in Central Point, she married Harold Ray Wilson, who survives.
She worked as a bookkeeper in the retail and construction industries. She was a member of the Central Point Grange and the Central Point Rebekah Lodge. She enjoyed judging food competitions at the Jackson County and Oregon state fairs, and working at the polls on Election Day.
In addition to her husband, survivors include her mother, Mae E. Robison, Central Point, a son, Jim, of Central Point, a daughter, Coni Bell, of Dallas, Ore.; nine grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father, John B.
Robison, a son, John Wilson, a brother, Elsworth Robison, and a granddaughter, Ann Marie Wilson.

Lois Lorraine Fontaine
The funeral service for Lois Lorraine Fontaine will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 10, at Conger Morris Chapel in Medford. Lyle McCaw of White City Christian Church will officiate.
Mrs. Fontaine, 80, of Medford, died Friday (Nov. 5, 1999) at her home.
She was born on Aug. 20, 1919, in Fairfield, Iowa, and moved to the Rogue Valley in the late 1940s. Over the years, she lived in Ashland, Central Point and Medford.
On Oct. 21, 1972, in Medford, she married Norman Fontaine, who survives.
She worked as a meat wrapper for Gary L. West Meat Co. She enjoyed playing bingo.
In addition to her husband, survivors include a son, Phillip Rodenmayer, Bixby, Okla., a stepson, David Fontaine, Olympia, Wash., two sisters, Ila Keefer, San Diego, and Gwen Simmons, Medford, 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Cecil Floyd Hawkins and Mary Bell Snook Hawkins, and two sons, Jerry Rodenmayer and Daniel Fontaine.
Friends may pay their respects from 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday at Conger Morris Funeral Home.
