Michael G. Moser
The Mass for Michael George Moser will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Medford. The Rev. Liam Cary will officiate. A graveside service will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Grants Pass.
Mr. Moser, 59, of Medford, died Friday (Dec. 17, 1999) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Michael Moser Memorial Scholarship Fund, in care of Medford School District 549-C, 600 Whitman Place, Medford, OR 97501.
Mr. Moser was born June 23, 1940, in Grants Pass. He graduated from Grants Pass High School in 1958, and from Southern Oregon College in 1967, where he earned a master's degree in mathematics. He lived in the Rogue Valley all his life.
On June 10, 1967, in Grants Pass, he married Teri Michele Voges, who survives.
Mr. Moser was employed by the Medford school district for 31 years, as a math teacher at Hedrick Middle School, where he also coached football, wrestling, track and girls basketball. He retired in 1998.
From 1960 to 1964, he served in the U.S. Air Force.
Mr. Moser was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He enjoyed golfing, family activities, travel and reading.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two daughters, Shani Moser, New Orleans, and Tessa Moser, Oakland, Calif.; and a brother, Steven, of Sacramento.

R.J. `Gene' Higgins
The Mass for R.J. "Gene" Higgins will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Revs. Liam Cary, William Dillard and Carmelo Mifsud will officiate. The graveside service will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park Garden of Honor.
Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. Monday in Conger-Morris Medford Chapel.
Mr. Higgins, 71, of Medford, died Thursday (Dec. 16, 1999) at his home.

He was born Sept. 15, 1928, in Medford, a son of Thomas F. and Mary N. (Collins) Higgins. He graduated from Medford High School in 1946, and Southern Oregon College in 1956. He lived in the Rogue Valley all his life.
On Aug. 20, 1955, in Medford, he married Patricia Jean Merriman, who survives.
Mr. Higgins began his career as a chief clerk with the Denver & Rio Grande Railroad in 1956. He retired as district manager of marketing and sales in 1988.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1946 to 1948.
Mr. Higgins was a 35-year member of Medford Elks 1168 and served as a past district deputy grand exalted ruler.
He was a member Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Theta Delta Phi Fraternity, the Rogue Valley Country Club, and the Hoo-Hoo Club.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a daughter, Annie M. Higgins, Chatsworth, Calif.; and two brothers, Joe, Portland, and Don, Englewood, Fla. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Clay and Earl.

Sally Ann Kennedy
The graveside service for Sally Ann Kennedy will be at noon Tuesday in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Grants Pass. Chaplain Paul Hagedorn of Providence Hospice will officiate.
Mrs. Kennedy, 88, of Medford, died Friday (Dec. 17, 1999) at her home.
She was born Jan. 11, 1911, in Worcester, Mass.
On Oct. 16, 1943, in Rockford, Ill., she married Keith K. Kennedy, who survives. In 1946, she moved to Grants Pass from Los Angeles. She lived in Grants Pass until 1973, when she moved to The Dalles. She returned to Medford in 1987.
Mrs. Kennedy was a member of the Catholic Church, including St. Anne Catholic Church.
She enjoyed gardening, especially caring for her flower beds, playing cards, cooking and baking.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include two sons, Bob, Medford, and Bill, Seattle; and one grandchild.

Randall Craig Wright
Randall Craig Wright, 49, of Shady Cove, died Friday (Dec. 17, 1999) at his home. No service is planned.
He was born Dec. 23, 1949, in Portland. He was a 1972 graduate of Oregon State University.
Mr. Wright owned NorthWest Propane. He moved to the Rogue Valley three months ago from Welches.
He enjoyed golf, fishing and the Four Skins Group in Portland.
Survivors include a son, Jeffrey, Portland; his father, Dean, Tigard; and two sisters, Carol Harell, in Louisiana, and Susan Wright-Perez, Vancouver, Wash. He was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Wright, in 1991.

Laurel Margaret Cole
Laurel Margaret Cole, 75, of Phoenix, died Tuesday (Dec. 14, 1999) in an automobile accident in Phoenix. No service is planned.
She was born Sept. 18, 1924, in Irvington, N.J.
In 1945 in Irvington, she married Warner W. Cole, who died in 1977. She moved to the Rogue Valley 2 years ago from Mission Viejo, Calif.
Survivors include a son, Richard G., Talent; and a daughter, Patricia Miller, Ashburn, Va.

Leonard P. Desrosiers
The funeral for Leonard Phillippe Desrosiers will be at 8:30 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Medford. The Rev. William Dillard will officiate.
Mr. Desrosiers, 76, of Medford, died Thursday (Dec. 16, 1999) in Medford.

He was born June 22, 1923, in Woonsocket, R.I.
On June 23, 1945, in Montreal, Canada, he married Yolande Marguerite, who survives. He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1981 from San Diego.
Mr. Desrosiers worked for Lockheed, Convair and Hughes Aircraft as an aircraft assembler for 20 years.
He was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Medford.
Mr. Desrosiers enjoyed playing the mandolin and violin, and repairing musical instruments.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include two sons, Robert, Medford, and Serge, San Diego; four brothers, Donat, Sorel, Canada, Paul-Andre and Julien, both Montreal, Canada, and Jean-Guy, Quebec City, Canada; five sisters, Florence Boisvert, Sorel, Canada, Jeanne-Berthe Guillaumd, and Aime-Rose Leclerc, both Montreal, Canada, Olivette L'Anglais, Charney, Canada, and Doris Desrosiers, Jolierre, Canada; and six grandchildren.

Bonnie Lou Ryan
Graveside services for Bonnie Lou Ryan, 47, of Ashland, who died Thursday (Dec. 16, 1999) in Ashland, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Scenic Hills Memorial Park in Ashland.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Ashland Funeral Care, 1701 Siskiyou Blvd., Ashland.
Mrs. Ryan was a registered nurse who worked in the Rogue Valley Medical Center neonatal intensive care unit for 22 years. She also volunteered for many local children's organizations.
Born May 30, 1952, in Troy, N.Y., she moved to the Rogue Valley from New York in 1974. She enjoyed gardening, bird watching and cooking.
The family asks that contributions in her memory be sent to the Rogue Valley Medical Center neonatal intensive care unit.
Survivors include a son, Jamaal Ryan, Eugene; daughter, Bianca Ryan, Eugene; father, Napolean Roulier, New York; mother, Eunice Roullier, Green Island, N.Y.; brother, Steven Roullier; East Greenwich, N.Y.; and sisters Susy Testro and Chrissy Roullier, both of Troy, N.Y.
