Janet L. Faulds
The memorial Mass for Janet L. Faulds will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Father Liam Cary will officiate.
Ms. Faulds, 38, of Medford, died Jan. 9, 2000, at Providence Medford Medical Center.

Sharlet Manuel Fields
The graveside service for Sharlet Manuel Fields will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hawthorne Memorial Gardens in Grants Pass. Sam Reeley, elder of the Evans Valley Bible Church, will officiate.
Mr. Fields, 90, of Grants Pass, died Wednesday (Jan. 12, 2000) at a local adult foster care home.
He was born May 18, 1909, in Arkansas.
On Aug. 7, 1930, he married Myrtle Lee Blake, who preceded him in death.
Mr. Fields was a lineman for Pacific Gas and Electric in the San Francisco Bay area prior to his retirement. He moved to Rogue River in 1971 from San Jose, Calif.
He attended Evans Valley Bible Church.
Mr. Fields was an avid fisherman. He enjoyed working his small farm.

Lloyd R. Gerritsen
The memorial service for Lloyd Richard Gerritsen will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Hearthstone, 2901 E. Barnett Road, Medford. The Rev. John Braund, Rogue Valley Medical Center chaplain, will officiate. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Medford.
Mr. Gerritsen, 90, of Medford, died Friday (Jan. 14, 2000) in Hearthstone.

He was born June 9, 1909, in Los Angeles.
On Sept. 19, 1931, in Los Angeles, he married Leora A. Wilimzig, who died in 1997.
During World War II, Mr. Gerritsen worked with the Works Progress Administration (WPA) program.
Mr. Gerritsen owned florist shops in Los Angeles. He later managed the florist shops at Forest Lawn and Dildays Mortuary in the L.A. area. He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1972 from Stanton, Calif.
He belonged to the Enid Rankin Center, Central Point Senior Center, R.V. Council on Aging, and was involved with the Hospice and numerous other programs at Hearthstone.
Mr. Gerritsen enjoyed gardening, floral arranging and working with seniors.
Survivors include three daughters, Carol Boone, Home, Wash., Lorene Holdsworth, Exeter, Calif., and Laura Lee Pitts, Groton, N.Y.; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Wilda Mabel Eaton
The memorial service for Wilda Mabel Eaton will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the First Nazarene Church in Medford. Pastor Bob Roth will officiate. Interment will be in Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mrs. Eaton, 82, of Central Point, died Friday (Jan. 14, 2000) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
She was born Wilda Houser on July 26, 1917, in Coquille.
In 1947, she married Harry Eaton, who preceded her in death. She moved to the Rogue Valley from North Bend in 1995.
Mrs. Eaton was a homemaker.
Survivors include three daughters, Susan Oldland and Pam Kelly, both Central Point, and Julie Lowry, North Bend; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Agnes B. Brooks
The memorial service for Agnes B. Brooks will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Conger-Morris Chapel in Medford.
Mrs. Brooks, 71, of Medford, died Friday (Jan. 14, 2000) in Medford.

She was born Jan. 26, 1928, in Jefferson City, Mo.
On Sept. 15, 1946, in Montebello, Calif., she married Bill Brooks, who died in 1998. She moved to the Rogue Valley in 1961 from Whittier, Calif.
Mrs. Brooks was a customer service executive for Bear Creek Corp. from 1967 until her retirement in 1992.
She was a member of the First Christian Church in Medford.
Mrs. Brooks enjoyed painting, reading and playing the organ.
Survivors include two sons, Will, Medford, and Ron, Fort Worth, Texas; a daughter, Suzanne Mann-Heintz, Florence; and five grandchildren.

David Lee Wells
The funeral for David Lee Wells will be at 2 p.m. today in the Veterans Affairs Domiciliary Chapel in White City. Private interment will be in Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mr. Wells, 59, of White City, died Thursday (Jan. 13, 2000) at Providence Medford Medical Center.

He was born April 2, 1940, in Torrance, Calif., a son of Wilson and Annette Wells. The family moved to Oregon in 1941.
After graduating from high school in The Dalles, Mr. Wells was drafted by the Cleveland Indians baseball organization as a pitcher. He spent several years in their farm system.
Mr. Wells was a police officer with the City of Medford. In 1968, he moved to Beaverton and continued his career on the Beaverton Police Force.
He served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1958 to 1962, stationed at Camp Pendleton, Calif.
Mr. Wells enjoyed cooking, camping and hunting.
Survivors include three daughters, Lissa O'Halloran, Dundee, Stephanie Wells, Phoenix, Ariz., and Piper Dietz, Vancouver, Wash.; a son, Michael, Portland; three brothers, Lou, Leonard and Bob, all Pendleton; and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Wilson and Annette Wells; and a brother, Ken.

Pearl Mary Melton
Pearl Mary Melton, 87, of Eagle Point, died Wednesday (Jan. 12, 2000) at her home. No service is planned.

She was born Mary 11, 1912, in Colfax, Texas, a daughter of Albert and Harriett (Hersbergen) Sheahan.
On Aug. 11, 1935, in Los Angeles, she married William J. Melton, who died in 1968.
Mrs. Melton was a telephone operator with AT&T-Pacific Bell. She moved to the Rogue Valley in 1981 from Los Angeles.
She enjoyed gardening, reading and family gatherings.
Survivors include a daughter, Sandra Bangs, Eagle Point; a son, Larry, Red Bluff, Calif.; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sisters and a brother.
