Robert Eugene Barnum
The funeral for Robert Eugene Barnum will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. The Rev. Liam Cary will officiate.
Mr. Barnum, 80, of Medford, died Saturday (Sept. 2, 2000) at Providence Medford Medical Center.
Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church Community Service Fund, 449 S. Ivy St., Medford, OR 97501.
He was born Dec. 5, 1919, in Portland, a son of Dr. Elbert and Irene (Sirginson) Barnum. He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1933 from Mount Angel.
On July 17, 1938, in Grants Pass, he married Dorothy June Smith, who died in January 2000.
Mr. Barnum was an electronics technician with the Federal Aviation Administration.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Mr. Barnum was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
He enjoyed camping, reading, crossword puzzles and spending time with his family.
Survivors include three daughters, Barbara Nygren and Patt Spielbusch, both Medford, and Terry Barnum, Shady Cove; two sisters, Dorothy Heinert, Medford, and Jean Leonard, Pacifica, Calif.; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Deborah Lovelace Jones
The memorial service for Deborah (Lovelace) Jones will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Talent Bible Chapel. Pastor Elliott Lovelace will officiate.
Mrs. Jones, 45, of Clovis, Calif., formerly of Talent, died Sunday (Sept. 3, 2000) at her home.
She was born Feb. 22, 1955, in Burley, Idaho, a daughter of Elliott and Mary Lovelace. The family moved to Saskatchewan, Canada for 13 years, and to Talent in 1972. She graduated from Phoenix High School, and studied at what is now Southern Oregon University.
On July 7, 1990, in Reno, Nev., she married David Jones, who survives.
Mrs. Jones worked in nursing at Providence Medford Community Hospital and at the Community Hospital in Yreka, Calif.
She enjoyed horses and was involved in raising and training registered Arabians.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include her parents, Elliott and Mary Lovelace, Talent; a brother, Daniel Lovelace, Rupert, Idaho; and a sister, Hannah Blake, Vancouver, Wash.

Anna Sophia Robinson
The funeral for Anna Sophia Robinson will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Memory Gardens Mortuary, Medford. Pastor Stephen Jones of Calvary Baptist Church in Ashland will officiate.
Mrs. Robinson, 93, of Medford, died Monday (Sept. 4, 2000) at Three Fountains Nursing Center.

She was born Anna Michaelson on Feb. 13, 1907, in Badger, Minn.
On Dec. 5, 1926, in Klamath Falls, she married Boyd Robinson, who died in 1994.
Mrs. Robinson was a homemaker. She moved to the Rogue Valley in 1969 from Klamath Falls.
She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Ashland.
Mrs. Robinson enjoyed crocheting, reading, gardening and working crossword puzzles.
Survivors include two sons, Gordon E., Medford, and Delmar W., Concord, Calif.; two brothers, Vernon Michaelson, St. Louis; and Franklin Michaelson, Nampa, Idaho; three sisters, Edna Ostrom, Klamath Falls, Hazel Gilman, Pocatello, Idaho, and Lillian Storm, Tacoma, Wash.; 14 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by a son, Leslie; and four sisters, Esther Michaelson, Minnie Brown, Mabel Robinson and Lettie Carlisle.

Frank Dalton Gray
Frank Dalton Gray, 72, of Medford, died Monday (Sept. 4, 2000) at his home. No service is planned.

Cheryl Ann Quinn
The Irish memorial reception for Cheryl Ann Quinn will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at 1980 E. Main St., Ashland.
Ms. Quinn, 46, of Ashland, died Friday (Sept. 1, 2000) at Oregon Health Science Center.
She was born Nov. 16, 1953, in Port Hueneme, Calif., a daughter of James E. Quinn and Faye (Beaupare) Widmark. She moved to Ashland in 1978.
On May 14, 1983, in Ashland, she married Michael Pumpelly, who survives.
Ms. Quinn was a vocational counselor for Vocational Resource Consultants until her retirement in 1996.
She enjoyed walking, hiking, gardening and traveling.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include four sons, Vincent Pumpelly, Torrance, Calif., Chino Pumpelly, Eugene, Mathew Quinn, Seattle, and Ryan Miller, Kirkland, Wash.; a daughter, Julia Miller, Miami; two brothers, Dennis Quinn, Beaverton, and Mark Quinn, Tualatin; two sisters, Debbie Tebbs, Sunriver, and Kim Wastell, Medford. She was preceded in death by a sister, Michelle Quinn.

Donna Maria Kramer
The memorial service for Donna Maria Kramer will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Living Waters Church in Medford. Pastor Garris Elkins will officiate.
Mrs. Kramer, 47, of Medford, died Saturday (Sept. 2, 2000) at Providence Medford Medical Center after a long battle with cancer.
She was born May 9, 1953, in Glendale, Calif., a daughter of Dominic and Violet Cozzuol. She spent much of her early life in Sonoma County in Northern California. She moved to the Rogue Valley in 1977.
She married Harry George Kramer, who survives.
Mrs. Kramer had helped her husband operate A-1 Landscape since 1980.
She enjoyed gardening, animals and music.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include a son, John D.; a daughter Angela G. Kramer; her mother, Violet Cozzuol, Medford; and a twin sister, Diane R. Romano, in Nevada. She was preceded in death by her father, Dominic Cozzuol.

Agnes Margaret Riedi
The graveside service for Agnes Margaret Riedi will be at 11 a.m. today at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Medford. Mr. Stan Johnson will officiate.
Mrs. Riedi, 88, of Myrtle Creek, died Monday (Sept. 4, 2000) in Roseburg.
She was born Nov. 9, 1911, in Dubuque, Iowa, a daughter of Peter and Augusta Budde Zillig.
In October 1929, in Dubuque, Iowa, she married Arnold Riedi, who died in 1970. She moved to Medford in 1967 and lived here until 1977 when she moved to the McMinnville/Portland area. She moved to Myrtle Creek in 1989.
Mrs. Riedi was a homemaker. She also owned and operated the Coach House Restaurant in Medford.
She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, cooking and reading.
Survivors include a son, Paul, Portland; three daughters, Nancy Zurcher, Dubuque, Iowa, Marilyn Hines, Fairview Heights, Ill.; and Arliss Pingle, Myrtle Creek; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. A son, Arnold "Butch, " preceded her in death in 1988.
