Angelina Mary Iachelli
Angelina Mary Iachelli, 84, of Central Point, died Wednesday (March 29, 2000) at her home. A private graveside service will be held at Siskiyou Memorial Park, Medford.
On April 26, 1941, in Rochester, N.Y., she married Anthony Iachelli, who survives.
Survivors, in addition to her husband, include three daughters, Eileen Hurley and Linda LaCivita, both Medford, and Adele Prince, Diamond Bar, Calif.; three sons, Anthony, Central Point, Frank, Huntington Beach, Calif., and Michael, Diamond Bar, Calif.; four sisters, Yolanda Barone, Rochester, N.Y., Lucille Cordaro, Scottsdale, Ariz., Lillian Cortese, Irvine, Calif., and Agatha Cavallaro, San Clemente, Calif.; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Charles `Ron' H. Briggs
Charles "Ron" H. Briggs, 52, of Medford, died Monday (March 27, 2000) at Rogue Valley Medical Center. A private service will be held later.
He was born June 14, 1947, in Klamath Falls, a son of Harold E. and Dorothy Briggs.
Mr. Briggs was an accomplished finishing carpenter.
He was an avid outdoorsman, a gifted artist and a musician.
Survivors include a son, Forrest, Sebastopol, Calif.; his mother, Dorothy Morris, Talent; a sister, Jamie Corbin, Mountain View, Wyo. He was preceded in death by his father, Harold E. Briggs.

Sean R. Wellbaum
The funeral for Sean Reih Wellbaum will be at 3 p.m. Thursday at the Phoenix Church of Christ. There will be a private family gathering before the service. Interment will follow at Scenic Hills Memorial Park, Ashland.
Mr. Wellbaum, 18, of Talent, died Friday (March 24, 2000) in an automobile accident near Jacksonville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Boys and Girl Club of Talent, c/o Rogue Bank, 4000 South Pacific Highway, Phoenix, OR 97501.
He was born Oct. 21, 1981, in Medford, a son of Gary and Penny Wellbaum. He attended Phoenix Elementary.
Sean was a senior at Phoenix High School. He planned to attend college and use his experiences to become a youth counselor.
He volunteered at the Talent Boys and Girls Club.
Along with his older brothers, his extended family and his friends, he enjoyed camping and fishing, hiking, adventuring and horses.
Survivors include his parents, Gary and Penny Wellbaum, Talent; three brothers, Jeremy, Talent, Kevin, Phoenix, and Keith, Auburn, Wash.; his grandparents, Dorothy and Irv Brunner, Talent, Ronald Wellbaum, Warren, Ore., and Lyle and Beverly Mitchell, Grants Pass.

Helen Rawlings Miller
Helen Rawlings Miller, 88, of Medford, died Friday (March 24, 2000) in Medford. No service is planned.
She was born Nov. 23, 1911, in Athol, Idaho, a daughter of Richard and Hazel (Rawlings) Bamber. In 1934, she graduated from Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in Spokane, Wash.
In 1938, in Tacoma, Wash., she married Troy Miller, who preceded her in death. She lived in Seattle from 1943 to 1990, when she moved to Oregon.
Survivors include a son, Richard "Dick" Miller, Foster City, Calif.; and two grandsons. She was preceded in death by a sister.

Anthony `Tony' S. Plant
The memorial honor guard service for Anthony "Tony" S. Plant will be at 10 a.m. today at Eagle Point National Cemetery. The American Legion Honor Guard will officiate.
Mr. Plant, 66, of Medford, died Thursday (March 23, 2000) at Providence Medford Medical Center.
He was born June 25, 1933, in San Francisco, a son of David and Lois (Anderson) Plant.
Mr. Plant served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife, Helen M. Plant, Medford; and three sisters, Barbara Horsley, Alice Walke, and Lois Seiler, all in California.

Dorothy Delores Whittle
Dorothy Delores Whittle, 87, of Medford, died Monday (March 27, 2000) at her home. A private service will be held.
She was born Dorothy Vogel on Feb. 2, 1913, in Buffalo, N.Y.
She married Tom Whittle, who preceded her in death.
Mrs. Whittle worked with her husband in land development and ranching.
She was a Cub Scout and 4-H leader, and donated 160 acres for Chrissy Park on Cherry Lane in east Medford.
Mrs. Whittle enjoyed gardening, and raising horses and other animals.
Survivors include a son, Gary, Medford; and four grandchildren.

Frank R. Minchow
The full military service for retired U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sergeant Frank R. Minchow will be at 1 p.m. today at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mr. Minchow, 82, of Eugene, formerly of Central Point, died Saturday, March 25, 2000 in Eugene.
He was born Dec. 4, 1917, in Holloway, Minn. He moved to Oregon in 1940.
After touring the Northwest with friends, he enlisted in the U.S. Army at Camp White, where he met and married Rosemary Bishop, a descendent of Oregon pioneers. She died in 1985.
After 30 years of service, he retired to Grants Pass. He moved to Central Point following his wife's death, and moved to Eugene last year to live with one of his daughters.
Mr. Minchow enjoyed fishing, visiting, telling stories and playing cards. He was known for his sense of humor.
Survivors include five daughters, Nan Minchow, Eugene, Debra Minchow, Newport, and Linda Ramert, Toni Williams and Gail Greenhalgh, all in Alaska; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Nathia Marie Rasmussen Trevaskis
The graveside service for Nathia Marie Rasmussen Trevaskis will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Mrs. Trevaskis, 92, of Portland, formerly of Medford, died Monday (March 27, 2000) in Portland.
She was born Feb. 26, 1908 in Boelus, Neb., a daughter of George and Marie (Waltman) Bydalek.
On March 7, 1928, in Grand Island, Neb., she married Ray Rasmussen, who died in 1965.
In 1970, in Reno, Nev., she married Clyde Trevaskis who died in 1975.
Mrs. Trevaskis was a homemaker. She lived in Medford from 1941 to 1985.
She enjoyed gardening, bowling, ballroom dancing and traveling.
Survivors include two daughters, Shirley Miller, Portland, and Joan Ward, Eugene; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
