Phillis Mae Wray
The memorial service for Phillis Mae Wray will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Strunk Funeral Home in Sebastian, Fla. The Rev. Paul Hauenstein will officiate.
Mrs. Wray, 64, of Sebastian, Fla., formerly of White City, died Wednesday (April 5, 2000) at her home after a prolonged illness.
She was born July 24, 1935, in Hannibal, Mo.
Mrs. Wray was a timekeeper at United Airlines for 23 years. She moved to Sebastian, Fla., in 1998 from White City.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Jimmie, Sebastian, Fla.; two daughters, Michele Dow, Medford, and Kathryn Wray, Sebastian, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Gerald E. Pamatian
The memorial service for Gerald E. Pamatian will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mr. Pamatian, 63, of Central Point, died Saturday (April 1, 2000) in King City.
Mr. Pamatian served in the U.S. Marine Corps, retiring after 24 years.
He enjoyed fishing and traveling.
Mr. Pamatian was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include two sons, John, Tigard, and Rick, Albuquerque, N.M.; a daughter, Cheryle Jouett, Clovis, N.M.; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

'Doug' Radspinner
The memorial service for William Douglas "Doug" Radspinner will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Saluda, S.C. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Radspinner, 40, of Sunny Valley, formerly of Grants Pass, died Tuesday (April 4, 2000) in Grants Pass.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery Endowment Fund, Route 4, Box 538, Saluda, S.C. 28138.
He was born Nov. 11, 1959, in the U.S. Air Force Hospital in Wiesbaden, Germany.
Mr. Radspinner received a degree in forestry management in 1985 from Stephen F. Austin University in Nacogdoches, Texas. He lived in Germany, Augusta, Ga., Northern Virginia, San Francisco, Marin County, Calif., Fort Worth, Texas, Longview, Washington and Oregon.
Mr. Radspinner was the manager of C & D Lumber in Grants Pass.
He was an avid skier, hunter and fisherman who appreciated the outdoors.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Ethel Buffington and Charles H. Brown, Saluda, S.C.; his father and stepmother, Frank and Diana Radspinner, Fort Worth, Texas; two sisters, Lisa Ann Radspinner, San Jose, Calif., and Nina Johns, Herndon, Va.

Gary Lee Blackwell II
The memorial service for Gary Lee Blackwell II will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Applegate Christian Fellowship amphitheater. Pastor Dave Coleman will officiate. A gathering and potluck will follow at the home of Ryan Blackwell, 2653 Samoan Way, Medford.
Gary Lee, 16, of Mount Juliet, Tenn., formerly of Medford, died Monday (April 3, 2000) at Vanderbilt University Hospital.

He was born Oct. 3, 1983, in Medford, a son of Gary and Carole Blackwell.
Gary Lee was a student at Mount Juliet High School in Mount Juliet, Tenn.
He was active in his faith.
Gary Lee enjoyed fishing, baseball and basketball, computers and music.
Survivors include his parents, Gary and Carole Blackwell, Mount Juliet, Tenn.; his grandparents, Patricia Lammon, Medford, and Lloyd and Elsie Blackwell, Mead, Wash., and.

Arthur Robert Scott
Arthur Robert Scott, 88, of Medford, died Tuesday (April 4, 2000) at Medford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. A private service will be held.
He was born Nov. 29, 1911, in Glassville, New Brunswick, Canada.
On Aug. 23, 1952, in Olivette, Mo., he married Betty Jane Miller, who survives. He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1952 from Minnesota.
Mr. Scott was a biology teacher at Medford High School, retiring in 1975.
He was a member of the Medford Masons, Shriners and Elks, and the Upper Applegate Grange.
Mr. Scott was known for his yard full of crocuses. His garden was featured in the Mail Tribune, the Oregonian, Sunset Magazine and on television.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Scott, Medford.

Mary Katherine Kell
The funeral for Mary Katherine Kell will be at 1 p.m. Saturday in Memory Gardens Chapel in Medford. Interment will follow in Jacksonville Cemetery.
Mrs. Kell, 81, of Gold Hill, died Monday (April 3, 2000) in Eugene.

She was born Oct. 25, 1918, in Central Point, a daughter of William and Jose (Stevens) Force.
On Nov. 14, 1937, in Gold Hill, she married Charles Clyde Kell, who died in 1995. She lived in the Rogue Valley all her life.
Mrs. Kell was a rural correspondent, covering Gold Hill news for the Mail Tribune, for more than 20 years.
She was a member of the Rebekah Lodge, the Gold Hill Health Unit, the Gold Hill Historical Society and the Gold Hill Methodist Church.
Mrs. Kell enjoyed ballroom dancing, oil painting, gardening and socializing.
Survivors include a son, Bill, Medford; a daughter, Shirley Sherwood, Eugene; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a great-grandson.
Friends may pay their respects from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at Memory Gardens Chapel in Medford.

Wayne K. Livingston
The graveside service for Wayne Kenneth Livingston will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Scenic Hills Memorial Park, Ashland. Pastor Bob Friend of the Christian Church of Ashland will officiate.
Mr. Livingston, 78, of Ashland, died Saturday (April 1, 2000) at Medford Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

He was born May 28, 1921, in Thayne, Wyo., a son of Silas Elvin and Lauretta May (Walton) Livingston.
On March 9, 1949, in Klamath Falls, he married Fae (Shotsman) Hoy, who died in 1986.
Mr. Livingston served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He moved to Oregon in 1949 from Montana.
He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Mr. Livingston enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.
Survivors include a stepson, Bruce L. Hoy, Mesa, Ariz.; two stepdaughters, Beverly Hanson and Barbara Laws, both Thompson Falls, Mont.; a brother, Laddie D. Livingston, Nampa, Idaho; a sister, Elita S. "Kaye" Irvin, Medford; seven step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
