Ellen Rae Doran
The funeral for Ellen Rae Doran will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Memory Gardens Mortuary, Medford. Graveside service will follow in Memory Gardens Memorial Park. Rev. Richard Cook of Portland will officiate.
Mrs. Doran, 91, of Medford, died Sunday (Oct. 15, 2000) at Hearthstone Manor, Medford.
Memorial contributions may be made to Sams Valley Community Church, 12002 Duggan Road, Central Point, OR 97502.
She was born on Sept. 4, 1909, in Spokane Wash. On June 2, 1928, in Medford she married Raymond Douglas Doran. He died in 1985. She moved to the Rogue Valley in 1922 from Bremerton, Wash.
Mrs. Doran graduated from Medford High School in 1927.
She was a member of Sams Valley Community Church.
Mrs. Doran enjoyed fishing, oil painting and music.
Survivors include; two daughters, Marsha Schulz, Sams Valley, and Linda Coulter, Medford; a son, David, Beagle; 12 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Joan Sharp.

Evelyn M. Dickenson
The memorial service for Evelyn Margaret Dickenson will be at 2:30 p.m. Friday at The Chapel of the First United Methodist Church in Medford.
Mrs. Dickenson, 89, of Medford died Monday (Oct. 16, 2000) at Three Fountains in Medford.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Shelter Fund of the Salvation Army, 304 Beatty St., Medford, OR 97501.
She was born on Feb. 18, 1911, in North Powder, Ore., a daughter of Helen and Albert Bowman. She graduated from high school in Baker in 1927. She moved to Medford in 1947 and attended the Medford Business College.
She worked for MacDonald Candy Company, Sperry and Hutchinson and as a social service coordinator for the Salvation Army.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Dickenson enjoyed reading and needlework.
Survivors include a son, Richard, Ashland; three brothers, Howard Bowman, Medford, Eugene Bowman, Sunnyvale, Calif., and Quintin Bowman, Salem; a sister, La Rose Phillips, Coos Bay; three grandchildren and one great- grandson.

James Calvin Wilson
The graveside service for James Calvin Wilson will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hillcrest Memorial Park in Grants Pass. Rev. Bob Wood will officiate.
Mr. Wilson, 59, of Gold Hill, died Thursday (Oct. 12, 2000) at his home.
He was born on Jan. 19, 1941, in La Grande. On Jan. 27, 1964, in Reno, Nev., he married Joan, who survives. He had lived in Southern Oregon most of his life.
Mr. Wilson served in the U.S. Army for three years.
He worked for Gordon Trucking since 1990 and received many safety awards.
Mr. Wilson was a member of the Redwood Christian Church.
He enjoyed fishing, wood work, mechanics and golf.
In addition to his wife survivors include four sons, John, Joseph, Glen, and James Jr.; two daughters, Wendy Hart and Sheryle Wilson; a brother, Glen; three sisters, Juanita Intihar, Wanda Wilson, and Carolyn Sawyer; 12 grandchildren; and one great-grandson. He was preceded in death by a son, Frank, in 1983.

Fred William Dunn
The funeral for Fred William Dunn will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, at Perl Funeral Home at Siskiyou Memorial Park, Medford.
Mr. Dunn, 91, of Medford, died Monday (Oct. 16, 2000) at a foster care home.

He was born on May 25, 1909, in Grand Island, Neb. On Sept. 30, 1936, in Medford he married Ruth Hanscam, who survives. He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1923 from Washington.
Mr. Dunn graduated from Medford High School in 1928, he was the senior class president.
He worked for Fluhrer Baker and retired in 1972.
Mr. Dunn was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Medford, where he served as a deacon and elder.
He enjoyed his family, baseball, gardening and crafts.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by; two daughters, Delora Cople, Ashland, and Linda Eng, Philomath; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, David, in 1956 and eight brothers and one sister.
Friends may pay their respects from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Perl Funeral Home at Siskiyou Memorial Park.
Tobias T. Kammerer
The graveside service for Tobias T. Kammerer will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at Siskiyou Memorial Park. Pastor Robert L. Larson of Ascension Lutheran Church will officiate.
Mr. Kammerer, 88, of Medford, died Tuesday (Oct. 17, 2000) at his home.

He was born on Feb. 12, 1912, in Franklin, Calif. On Nov. 10, 1935, in Lodi, Calif., he married Ella Lea Dockter, who survives. He moved to the Rogue Valley 18 years ago from Lodi.
Mr. Kammerer worked for General Mills in Lodi until his retirement in 1974.
He was a member of the Ascension Lutheran Church.
Mr. Kammerer enjoyed fishing, gardening, bowling and golf.
In addition to his wife, survivors include two daughters, Carol Phelps, Medford and Kathy Corrigan, Mission Viejo, Calif.; a brother, Gottlieb, Lodi, Calif.; three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, six brothers, and a great-grandchild.

Michael Alan Green
The memorial service for Michael Alan Green will be at noon Thursday, at Conger Morris Medford Chapel. Fire Department Chaplain Larry Blight will officiate.
Mr. Green, 51, of Central Point, died Sunday, (Oct. 15) in Portland at Providence Medical Center.

He was born on Sept. 8, 1949 in Mount Clemens, Mich., a son of Michael and Margaret (Roberts) Green. He moved to the Rogue Valley 21 years ago from Anaheim, Calif.
Mr. Green is a 1985 graduate of Umpqua Community College and attended numerous fire and medical training during his career.
He worked with the State Forestry Department as a forest officer in 1977. He served as a firefighter for the city of Central Point from 1977 to 1993. He became a state certified paramedic in 1985.
Mr. Green joined the Medford Fire Dept. on Sept. 1, 1992 where he served as a firefighter/ paramedic and was promoted to fire inspector in December, 1999.
He worked part time for Mercy Flights and as a Jackson County building inspector. He served as an instructor the Medford Community Emergency Response Team training and he was active in bringing automatic external defibrillators to the Medford Fire Department.
Mr. Green was a member of the International Association of Firefighters and Applegate Christian Fellowship.
He enjoyed hunting, four- wheeling, water skiing and camping.
Survivors include a son, John, Medford, a daughter, Sarah Green, Aliso Viejo, Calif.; two brothers, Gary, Boulder City, Nev., and Neil, Anaheim, Calif.; two sisters, Janette Christofazo, Central Point, and Cathy Perez, Lake Forest, Ore.; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents.
