Albert A. Grabher
The memorial service for Albert A. Grabher will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Conger-Morris Chapel in Medford. Private interment will be at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mr. Grabher, 74, of Talent, died Sunday (Nov. 5, 2000) at Rogue Valley Medical Center.
He was born Dec. 19, 1925, in St. Louis. On Jan. 3, 1947, in Reno, Nev., he married Betty L. Crozier, who survives. He moved to the Rogue Valley from the San Francisco Bay area 50 years ago.
Mr. Grabher was a self-employed building contractor.
He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Mr. Grabher was a member of the Talent Lions Club for 47 years, the American Legion, the Disabled American Veterans and the Heartland Vintage Thunderbird Club (V.T.C.I.).
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include three sons, Richard, Applegate, Jon, Medford, and Donald, Kalispell, Mont.; a brother, Jules, Phoenix; a sister, Ardeth Grabher, Phoenix; five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Friends may pay their respects from 2 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at Conger-Morris Funeral Directors, Medford.
Keith Clark
The memorial service for Keith Clark will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mr. Clark, 81, of Medford, died Sunday (Nov. 5, 2000) at his home.

He was born Oct. 20, 1919, in Gooding, Idaho. On March 11, 1943, in Harrah, Wash., he married Eunice E. Gallipo, who survives.
Mr. Clark was a millwright for Fortuna Plywood in California, In 1973, he moved to the Rogue Valley from Fortuna, Calif., and worked for OCAW Chemical Plant in White City until his retirement.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Mr. Clark was a member of the Eagles Lodge.
He enjoyed golf, fishing, gardening and metal fabricating.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include a son, Michael K., Monroe; three daughters, Barbara L. Lindsay, Ferndale, Calif., Nancy Duey, Salyer, Calif., and Sally Danielson, St. Maries, Idaho; a brother, Steven, Fortuna; a sister, Bernice Campbell, Pismo Beach, Calif.; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

Donald Tommie Hulin
The graveside service for Donald Tommie Hulin will be at 2 p.m. today at Eagle Point National Cemetery. The memorial service will follow at 3 p.m. at Trinity Baptist Church in Central Point. Pastor Chuck Tiffee, the Rev. Bruce Sloan and Dr. Bob Gass will officiate.
Mr. Hulin, 77, of Central Point, died Saturday (Nov. 4, 2000) at Providence Medford Medical Center.

He was born July 1, 1923, in Dill, Okla. . In 1945, he married Phyllis Thurman, who died in 1984. He moved to the Rogue Valley in 1956.
In 1985, he married Corene Scholl, who survives.
Mr. Hulin worked for Medford Corp. for 29 years, retiring in 1985.
He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II in North Africa.
Mr. Hulin was an ordained deacon at Trinity Baptist Church.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, his family, and saw painting.
Survivors, in addition to his wife, include three sons, Joe and Rex, both Central Point, Max, Indianapolis; four daughters, Von Hulin, St. Louis, Dona Thomas and Dana Cory, both Central Point, and Rayleen Hulin, Rocklin, Calif.; four stepdaughters, Peggy Hulin, Central Point, Kathy VanCamp, Bakersfield, Calif., Lori Sloan Wahiawa, Hawaii, and Teri Higinbotham, Central Point; one stepson, Ken Scholl, Elko, Nev.; three brothers, Mack and Coy, both in Oklahoma, and Clifford, in Idaho; two sisters, Mavis Burnam, in Texas, and Marie Black, in Oklahoma; 21 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Houston, Bonnie and Billie; and a granddaughter.

Richard C. ‘Dick’ Maples
The memorial service for Richard C. "Dick" Maples will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Conger-Morris Chapel in Medford. Inurnment will be in Jacksonville Cemetery.
Mr. Maples, 77, of Jacksonville, died Oct. 30, 2000, at his home.

He was born July 3, 1923, in Agra, Okla., a son of Horace and Helen Maples. He moved to the Rogue Valley 30 years ago from Garden Grove, Calif.
Mr. Maples owned and operated Maples Emporium in Jacksonville from 1973 until his death.
He served in the Merchant Marines during World War II.
Mr. Maples was a member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.
He enjoyed classic cinema, TV Guide crossword puzzles and collecting stories about historic Jacksonville.
Survivors include a niece, Dixie Planer, Central Point; three grandnieces; two grandnephews; and two great-great-grandnieces. He was preceded in death by his wife, LaVern; a sister, Jean Miller; and a brother, Don.

Marjorie J. Snyder
The graveside service for Marjorie J. Snyder will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Henley-Hornbrook Cemetery in Hornbrook, Calif. The Rev. Jim Scudder of Hornbrook Community Bible Church will officiate. The memorial service will follow at 2:30 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church in Medford. The Rev. Joyce DeGraaff will officiate.

She was born June 10, 1921, in Hornbrook, Calif., a daughter of Frederick and Minnie (Hansen) Bloomingcamp. She attended grade school in Hornbrook and graduated from Yreka High School in 1939.
Ms. Snyder worked for Yreka Drug from 1939 to 1941. After moving to Medford in 1941 from Yreka, Calif., she and her friends started The Sewing Club, which continues to the present. Beginning in 1941, she worked for Leonard Electric for 18 years, then at Swem’s Gift Shop, Naumes Equipment, and retired from Gonalot Trucking.
She volunteered at the Jackson County Library for many years.
Ms. Snyder was a member of the Presbyterian Church Christian Singles Group.
She was an avid bowler. She enjoyed flowers, especially growing them in her yard.
Survivors include a son, Victor, Little Rock, Ark.; a daughter, Karen Snyder-Doty, North Bend; a brother, Charles Bloomingcamp, Ashland; two sisters, Berniece "Bee" Wyatt, Medford, and Gertrude Cavin, Central Point; and two grandchildren.

Edward R. Hartnell
The graveside service for Edward R. Hartnell will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Eagle Point National Cemetery.
Mr. Hartnell, 69 of Lakeview, formerly of Medford, died Sunday (Nov. 5, 2000) at his home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Lakeview Disaster Unit, 245 N. F St., Lakeview, OR 97630, or to a favorite charity.
He was born Oct. 27, 1931, in Santa Maria, Calif., a son of William and Alice (Munoz) Hartnell. He grew up and received his education in the Santa Maria area, and worked on ranches and farms until he enlisted in the Army.
On Dec. 3, 1955, in Las Vegas, he married Carolyn Chad, who died in 1986.
Mr. Hartnell pursued a career of ranching, farming and operating heavy equipment. He moved to Medford in 1970, and to Lakeview in 1992.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War as a tank operator and cook in the Armored Cavalry Division.
Mr. Hartnell enjoyed fishing; ocean fishing in California, and fishing the lakes and streams in Oregon. He also enjoyed swapping stories and taking trips to Reno.
Survivors include a son, Paul, Jacksonville; four daughters, Anita Hyde, Lakeview, Jennifer Crumm, Kuna, Idaho, Karen Gray, Phoenix, and Barbara Wood, Redmond; three sisters, Emily Aguirre, Las Vegas, and Arlene Ripoli and Mildred Weaver, both Santa Maria, Calif.; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by three brothers, James, William and Joseph; and a sister, Rosalie "Dutchy" McDonald.
