Theodore “Ted” Paul Jones
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, January 31st at 2pm at Christ United Methodist Church on 12755 NW Dogwood St., Portland, Oregon 97229 for Theodore P. Jones, 87, a former Wapato, Washington Resident who died on January 5, 2010 in Portland, Oregon.
Theodore was born in Seattle, Washington and attended the University of Washington. He was a long-time owner of Ted Jones Appliance in Wapato before retiring in 1975. He was an elder and organist at the Wapato Community Presbyterian Church and a past president of the Yakima Valley Symphony. Following retirement he graduated from the University of Puget Sound and then attended the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA. He was a resident of Portland since 1979.
Ted is survived by his wife of 66 years, Petronella (Pat); two son, Randall of Tigard, Oregon and Scott and wife Cate of Portland, Oregon; two grandsons, Judah and Lisa of Charlotte, NC and Isaac and Jenn of Beaverton, Oregon; great grandson, Finnian of Charlotte, NC; a sister, Anita Weber of Portland, Oregon; and brother Howard Jones of Seattle, Washington.
Interment will be at the Terrace Heights Memorial Park in Yakima, Washington. In lieu of flowers please make a donation in Theodore Jones’ name to the Christ United Methodist Church.

Thomas George Stedman
Tom passed away at the age 80, peacefully at home after a long battle with cancer. He was born in Linton, ND to Paul and Florence Stedman. The family moved to Ballard, WA when Tom was 12. At the age of 16, Tom was one of the youngest employees for Boeing Aircraft CO. At 17, he joined the Navy and served in the Marshall Islands and Hawaii. He returned to Boeing after his military service and worked there for 33 years.
Tom is survived by his wife Carol; children Jacki, Kari and Tom II; step children Eve (Clark) Roberts, Norman Jorgensen and Michelle Jorgensen; sisters Lucille Beach and Arlene Drachenburg; 8 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by 4 brothers, 2 sisters and a grandson. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Crown Memorial Center – Salem.Stedman2
Paula Elin Fitzgerald
Paula Elin Fitzgerald, 50, of Oregon City, OR died January 2, 2010. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, January, 16, 2010 at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Seaside, OR. For time of service please call the church at 503-738-6791.
Paula Elin Cole was born June 8, 1959 in Portland, OR. She grew up in Seaside, OR and graduated from Seaside High School in 1977. She has lived in the Portland area for many years. Her fondest memories were of her daughter’s, friendships and her extended family at SECOR where she worked for 13 years.
She is survived by her daughters, Jaclyn and Kelsey Fitzgerald; parents George and Mary Alice Cole; brothers, Brian, George Jr., Chris and Greg Cole.

James Carl Kelley, Jr.
James Carl Kelley, Jr., 59, passed away on January 2, 2010 in Beaverton, Oregon. James was born on May 30, 1950 in Portland, Oregon and he was primarily raised in the Park Rose area of Portland, Oregon.
James proudly served his country in the Marines for 12 years and was employed at Intel after leaving the service. James belonged to the Harley Davidson Owner Group (HOG) for many years and he served as a Historian for the Sunset HOG Chapter.
James is survived by his wife Pamela “Pam” Kelley of Beaverton, Oregon; daughter, Laurie Kelley of Beaverton, Oregon; and 2 grandchildren Kylee Ashworth and Breydon Kelley.

Daneil E. Nelson
Daniel E. Nelson, 68, was born April 12, 1941, Daniel passed away peacefully in his home on January 1, 2010.
Daniel grew up in the Shady Dell area of Molalla, Oregon and spent many years traveling along the west coast. He later spent time in the Dickey Prairie area before moving to the Rondel Court Apartments in 2006.
Danny leaves behind his beloved Cats; he did not know the whereabouts of surviving family members. Friends of Danny will have a short memorial service in the coming weeks. If you would like more information, please contact the Molalla Senior Center at 503-829-4214.

Alfred “Al” Luis Withrow
April 4, 1928 – January 1, 2010
Alfred Luis Withrow, 80, after many months of being seriously ill passed away peacefully on January 1, 2010 in Tigard, Oregon, surrounded by friends and family both physically and emotionally, to help him on his journey to the Lord. Alfred was born in Independence, Oregon on April 15, 1929.
Al was a great believer in our military and proudly served his country in the Air Force and retired after more than 20 years of service.
He is survived by his loving wife Thelma Withrow; daughters Robin Mickelson of Colorado, Melody Tripp of Oregon, and Lorene Mailman of Georgia; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Al will be intered at Willamette National Cemetery in Portland, Oregon. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers to please make a donation in Al Withrow’s name to your local hospice. Bless him for all his wonderful helpfulness to many.

Anthony Paul Siri
April 24, 1946 – February 17, 2010
Tony was born April 24, 1946 to Silvio A. Siri and Camille A. Siri (Zanatto) in Portland, Oregon. The first of six children, Tony grew up in Milwaukie, attending St. John the Baptist grade school, then graduating from Jesuit High School in 1964. Later, Tony met and married his wife of 29 years, Karen Schoenfeld. Together, they enjoyed life with their three children in and around the Eastmoreland area.
Tony’s life was filled with the company of a vast number of people. He possessed a keen appreciation of wine and a good knowledge of Oregon and Portland history. Tony would practically bubble over with joy every time he came into contact with another person. His enthusiasm was contagious and his presence eagerly anticipated by anyone who knew him. His final years were spent volunteering at various organizations and attending a myriad of social events, largely with his beloved friends in the Bergfreunde Club. Tony actually had a smile on his face ‘till the end.
Tony is survived by his children, Aaron, Nicole and Michael, along with his siblings David (Leah), Siri Bernard, Phillip, Christopher, and Jeffrey, and his two grandchildren, Benjamin and Nora.
The members of Tony’s family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to everyone at Milwaukie Convalescent Center and Providence Hospice for their and care and support of Tony and all of his many visitors and friends.
A Memorial mass and reception were held at St. John the Baptist in Milwaukie, Oregon on Tuesday, February 23, 2010. Arrangements were handled by Crown Memorial Center in Milwaukie.
