Gary Wendell Foulks
Gary Wendell Foulks died Monday at his home near Meeker. He was 55.
He was born July 21, 1944, in Modesto, Calif. He was the son of Benjamin Ray and Vera Zimarou (Vessel) Foulks.
Foulks was a truck driver. He served in the United States Army in Vietnam.
He married Linda Jane Tillery on June 20, 1964.
He was preceded in death by his mother and two brothers.
Survivors include his wife, Linda Jane Foulks of the home; one son and daughter-in-law, Mark Anthony and Renee Foulks, Meeker; one daughter and son-in-law, Michelle Renee and Jack Palmer, Choctaw; his father, Benjamin Ray Foulks, Perkins; one sister, Jeanetta Pressley, Perkins; five grandchildren, Sarah Elizabeth Foulks, Samantha Morgan Foulks, Joshua Wayne Bruce, Bradley Wendell Foulks and Allison Christine Palmer.
Funeral services
will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Parks Brothers Funeral Home Chapel in Prague with Isiah Sierson officiating. Interment
will follow in the Gable Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home in Prague.
Roy William Myers
Roy William Myers of San Antonio, Texas, died Feb. 25. He was 68.
He was born in Beaumont, Texas, July 11, 1931.
Myers grew up in Shawnee and graduated in 1950. He was an Eagle Scout and attended the World Scout Jamboree in France in 1947.
He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1951 to 1952. He retired from the Army Aviation Systems Command.
Survivors include his wife, Carole (Ash) Myers; son, Randall Myers, Shawnee; daughter, Lisa Haynes, Victoria, Texas; brother, Art Myers, Edmond; and five grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Thursday, which would have been Mr. and Mrs. Myers' 48th wedding anniversary, at their home in San Antonio, Texas. Arrangements are with Zizik-Kearns Riebe-Saunders Funeral Home, San Antonio, Texas.
Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or the charity of choice.
John Franklin Rainwater II
John Franklin "Frankie" Rainwater II died Monday in Drumright. He was 17.
He was born Sept. 3, 1982, in Stroud. He was the son of John F. Rainwater and Janice A. (Walker) Rainwater
Frankie was a lifelong resident of Stroud and worked at Hydr-Turf in Tulsa.
He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents, Louie and Ilda Rainwater, and maternal great-grandparents, Joe and Nina Russell.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, John and Julie Rainwater, Stroud; mother, Janice A. Rainwater, Stroud; aunt, Susan Rainwater, Tampa, Fla.; half brother, David James Quinn, Stroud; stepbrother, Jerred Eversole, Stroud; stepsister, Rachel Richey, Altus; grandparents, John W. and Betty Rainwater, Stroud, Harold and Louise Stiner, Stroud, Thelma Clark and Bob Walker, Stroud.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the Church of Christ in Stroud with David Pearce officiating. Burial will be in the Stroud Cemetery under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home of Stroud.
Joseph Richard Brown
Joseph Richard Brown, 48, Sherman, Texas, died Saturday at an Oklahoma City hospital.
He was born Jan. 18, 1953, in Stillwater, the son of J.D. and Mary L. Brown.
A 1971 Shawnee High School graduate, Brown attended Southeastern State University and earned a degree in communications.
He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include his mother, Dr. Mary L. Brown, Sherman, Texas; aunt and uncle, Ted and Wynnell Robertson, Shawnee and several cousins.
Graveside services
will be 2:30 p.m. today at Resthaven Memorial Park with the Rev. Sam Hendry officiating. Services are under the direction of Roesch-Walker Funeral Chapel.
Ada M. Russell
Ada M. Russell of Shawnee died Tuesday at an Oklahoma City hospital. She was 78.
Services are pending with Roesch-Walker Funeral Chapel.
Joesph Charles Hendricks
Memorial services for former Seminole resident Joseph "Joe" Charles Hendricks, 84, Sulphur, are 2 p.m. today at Swearingen Funeral Chapel, Seminole, with the Rev. Carl Whitfield officiating.
Hendricks died Sunday at Oklahoma Veterans Center, Sulphur.
He was born Dec. 2, 1916, at Biglow, Ark., to George Wallace and Janie Cordella Ridgil Hendricks.
On July 29, 1944, he married Martha Cook in Seminole. She died November 1991.
Hendricks served in the U.S. Army and was a veteran of World War II. He was a civil service employee working in the area of soil conservation. He was also a blacksmith at Tinker Air Force Base.
From 1944 to 1992 he resided in Seminole.
He also was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, three sisters, two grandchildren, Clifton and Joseph Yancey, and one great-grandchild, Jason Harrington.
Survivors include his son, Samuel "Cliff" Hendricks, Midwest City; his daughter, Claudia Godwin, Midwest City; two sisters, Jolene Yancey and Maurine Wilkerson, both of Seminole; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Clara Elizabeth Long
Services for longtime Shawnee resident Clara Elizabeth Long, 69, are 2 p.m. Thursday at Hitchitee United Methodist Church, Seminole.
The Rev. Michael Svitak and Dwyane Dennis will officiate. Burial will follow at Hitchitee Cemetery.
She died Sunday at a Shawnee hospital.
Mrs. Long was born Aug. 17, 1931, in Seminole to Waldron and Gerti Grounds Camp.
Mrs. Long was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Long. Her parents and one brother, Johnny Camp, also preceded her in death.
Survivors include two daughters, Liz Sheets, Oklahoma City, and Deborah Lee Conley, Shawnee; five granddaughters, Tabitha Ferguson, Lizette Collins, Jotty Rogers and Malissa Auld, all of Oklahoma City, and Christi Conley, Shawnee; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Swearingen Funeral Home, Seminole, is in charge of arrangements.
Christopher Elton Gray
Christopher Elton Gray of Macomb died Monday at Macomb. He was 12.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Evangelistic Center Church with the Rev. Mickey Keith officiating. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetery in Ivanhoe, Texas.
Other information is pending and will be announced by Cooper Funeral Home, Tecumseh.
Randy Lee DeJulio
Randy Lee DeJulio of Yukon, the son of a former Shawnee resident, died Monday in Yukon. He was 39.
He was born Oct. 24, 1961, in Durango, Colo., and had been living in Yukon for the last 10 years.
DeJulio coached a youth football team and worked at Golden Corral in Yukon.
Preceding him in death were his stepfather, Jim Sanders, and father-in-law Richard Allen.
Surviving are his wife, Teresa Kay Allen; two sons, Zackary Allen DeJulio and Brandon Allen, both of the home; father Frank Lee DeJulio of Aurora, Colo.; mother, Jerry Sue Whiteley Sanders of Duncan; a brother and sister-in-law, Rodney and Venia DeJulio of El Reno; sister and brother-in-law, Starla Kay and Rob Ketcham of Littleton, Colo.; his mother-in-law, Patricia Allen of El Reno; three nieces, a nephew and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in the Smith and Turner Mortuary Chapel in Yukon. Burial will follow in Yukon Cemetery.
Christopher H. Towler
Christopher H. Towler died Saturday near Guthrie. He was 37.
Towler was born Dec. 6, 1963, in Wichita, Kan., to Walter H. and Carol A. (Burns) Towler. He was a car salesman in Oklahoma City.
Survivors include his daughter, Christiane Towler, Chandler; his parents, Walter and Carol Towler, Chandler; his brother, Howard Towler, Midwest City; and many other relatives and friends.
Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the Church of the Rock, Chandler, with the Rev. Ron Kelling officiating. Burial will follow at Kellerby Cemetery, Arlington, Okla., under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service, Chandler.
Earl E. Huckleberry
Lifelong Seminole County resident Earl E. Huckleberry, Maud, died Thursday at the age of 88.
Services will be 2 p.m. today at Swearingen Funeral Chapel of Seminole with Chris Stinnett officiating. Burial will be at Vamoosa Cemetery.
Earl E. Huckleberry was born May 23, 1910, at Vamoosa to Albert and Betty (McFarland) Huckleberry. He married Dollie Mae Wynn in Seminole County on Sept. 1, 1933, and she preceded him in death in 1991.
Huckleberry retired from Rudmon Oil Co. in 1985. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
Also preceding him in death were his parents, five brothers and one sister.
Surviving are his daughter, Doris Yerby, Wolf; two grandchildren, Monty and Rick Yerby, and three great-grandchildren Josh, Matt and Frank Yerby.

Kraig K. Stephen
Kraig K. Stephen, Shawnee, died Thursday at the age of 32.
Services will be 10 a.m. today at Cooper Funeral Chapel, Tecumseh, with burial at Resthaven Memorial Park. Cliff Craig and Mike Shelburne will officiate.
Kraig K. Stephen was born July 27, 1966, in Shawnee to Henry C. Stephen III and Jacquita (Potter) Stephen. He was a lifelong resident of Shawnee and attended Shawnee High School and Southeastern State University in Durant.
He married Carol Allen in Shawnee on Dec. 29, 1989. He owned and operated Commodity Investment Services Group of Shawnee where he was a commodity broker.
He was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
Surviving are his wife, Carol Stephen, and son, Hunter Stephen, of the home; sister and brother-in-law, Tiffany and Shane Marshall, Shawnee; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Robert and Peggie Allen, Shawnee, and many other relatives.
Timothy Lloyd Banks
Timothy Lloyd Banks, Oklahoma City, died Tuesday at the age of 51. He was the son of Cardell and Mary Frances (Parker) Banks and was born June 6, 1947, in Shawnee.
Arrangements are under the direction of Bill Eisenhour Funeral Homes, Del City. A private service is planned.
