Ronald P. Bohl
Ronald P. Bohl, Thousand Oaks, Calif., died Monday in Thousand Oaks. He was 50.
He was born on March 13, 1950, in Oklahoma City. He was the son of Pete Bohl of Prague and Eva Elizabeth (Lane) Bohl of Oklahoma City.
After graduating from Midwest City High School, he attended California Institute of Technology.
He worked for Biomorphic VSLI and had been a software engineer for the past 32 years in California.
Survivors include his fiance, Judy Greengard of Thousand Oaks, Calif.; one sister and brother-in-law, Betty and Brian Baker of Prague; one nephew, Travis Baker of Prague; and three aunts, Bernice Kitchen and Elsie Becker, both of Oklahoma City; and Ester Arlen of Allentown, Pa.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Parks Brothers Funeral Chapel in Prague. The Rev. Steve Roach will officiate; burial will follow in Little Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Service in Prague.
Memorials may be made to local Cub Scout pack 485, c/o First National Bank or The American Diabetes Association.
Rexford Alan Salgado
Former Macomb student Rexford Alan Salgado, 16, Edmond, died Monday.
He was born Nov. 6, 1984, in Oklahoma City, the son of Gustavo Salgado and Belinda Sutherland.
He had attended Macomb Schools for five years, but was a ninth-grader at Deer Creek Schools in Edmond. A member of the basketball team, he lived with his father in Edmond. Rexford Alan worked for Total Environment.
Preceding him in death were his grandfather, Rexford Sutherland; grandmother, Sandra Lee; great-grandparents and one uncle.
Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Belinda and Craig Lee; father, Gustavo Salgado; three sisters, Natasha Salgado; Amy Lee and Cindy Lee; grandparents, Adela Gutierrez and Bibian Salgado, Joann Slavin, George and Dee Lee; great-grandparents and numerous other relatives.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Chapel of Remembrance, 2801 N. Kelley Ave. in Oklahoma City. Father Tim Luscher will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Temple and Sons Funeral Directors, Inc. in Oklahoma City.
Frances Esther Wood Clift
Services for lifelong McLoud resident Frances Esther Wood Clift will be held at 2 p.m. today. They were not held on Tuesday as previously reported by the funeral home, Asa Smith Funeral Service
Jenny Lois Shelton
Jenny Lois Shelton, Shawnee, died Tuesday in a local hospital. She was 78.
She was born in Carlsbad, N.M., Feb. 10, 1922, the daughter of John Edgar and Patti (O'Neal) Reams.
She graduated from high school in 1940 and from the Los Angeles City College in 1959. She received a associate of arts in business education. In 1972, she received a bachelor of arts in business education.
On Nov. 26, 1941, she married John Shelton in Stinnett, Texas.
A resident of California from 1947 to 1990, Mrs. Shelton was a soloist in Los Angeles, Calif. She had lived in Shawnee since 1990.
Mrs. Shelton was a bank trust officer for 30 years at the Bank of America, First Interstate Bank and the Home Savings of America.
She was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Preceding her in death were her parents and eight brothers and sisters.
Survivors include her husband of the home; one brother, Fred Reams of Denver, Colo.; and a number of other relatives.
Services will be 2 p.m. Friday at Liberty Baptist Church. The Rev. Bill Matthews and the Rev. Phil Thompson will officiate. Burial will be in Tecumseh Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Gaskill-Owens Funeral Chapel.

Wanda Pauline Gillispie
Wanda Pauline (Cornwell) Gillispie, Prague, died Tuesday in Oklahoma City. She was 78.
She was born Dec. 6, 1922, in Tonkawa to Roy and Edith (Icenogle) Cornwell.
She moved from Tonkawa to Prague in 1995 and was a seamstress. She was active with the Prague Senior Citizens and a member of the First Baptist Church.
On Aug. 18, 1940, she married Lawrence C. Gillispie in Blackwell. He preceded her in death May 28, 1998.
She also was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Ted and Jerri Gillispie, Prague; brother and sister-in-law, Junior and Jo Cornwell, Bartlesville; sister and brother-in-law, Helen and Orval Henderson, Ramona, Okla.; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at the First Baptist Church in Prague with the Rev. Tim Emmons officiating. Burial will be at 2:30 p.m. at Riverview Cemetery, Tonkawa. Parks Brothers Funeral Service, Prague, is in charge of arrangements.
Carrie Velma Smith
Carrie Velma Smith died Tuesday at University Hospital in Oklahoma City. The longtime Seminole County resident was 87.
She was born in Wewoka on Feb. 15, 1913, the daughter of Albert and Lillie (McCowen) Danielson. She married Bob Smith in Wewoka.
Mrs. Smith worked for Pioneer Nursing Home for 14 years and Seminole Municipal Hospital for 10 years. She retired in 1988.
Preceding her in death were her husband, parents, brother John Danielson and sister Lillie Enos.
Survivors include one brother, O.A. Danielson of Seminole; and three sisters, Marie Ehrlich of Seminole; Dean Freeman of Midwest City and Betty Freeman of Shawnee.
Graveside services
will be 10:30 a.m. Friday. Jerry States will officiate. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Wewoka. Arrangements are under the direction of Swearingen Funeral Home.
Mary Ann Wright
Mary Ann (Spear) Wright, Shawnee, died Monday at a local nursing home. She was 82.
She was born Feb. 9, 1918, in Trousdale to Edward and Maude (Shirley) Spear. Mrs. Wright had lived most of her life in Shawnee, where she retired from Oklahoma Baptist University and was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Hubert Ray and Rhonda Wright, Shawnee; grandson and his wife, Richard and Catherine Wright, Shawnee; two great-grandchildren, Rachel and Michael Wright, both of Shawnee; sister and brother-in-law, Shirley and Tommy Phillips, Shawnee; two sisters-in-law, Leona Spear, Shawnee, and Windola Spear, Oklahoma City; and many other nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Theodore and Jack Spear, and her niece, April Darlene Phillips.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Roesch-Walker Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Glen Pence officiating. Burial will be in Tecumseh Cemetery.
Lucile M. Vigneron
Lucile M. Vigneron of Harrah died Wednesday following a lengthy battle with cancer. She was 82.
She was born Feb. 6, 1918, in Jamestown, N.D., to Robert and Marie (Reiswig) Goodman.
Survivors include her husband, Jack, of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Arthur and Carlene Vigneron, Jones; George and Thelma Vigneron, Harrah; sisters and brothers-in-law, Julie and Milton Krantz, Oregon; Vida and Edwin Edgecomb, Wash.; Bernice May and Edith Walker, both of Oregon; Ruth Goodman, Washington; Virginia Ball, Minnesota; four grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Summit Ridge Seventh Day Adventist Church, Harrah. Burial will be at Mt. Carmel Cemetery, Harrah. Asa Smith Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
Arthur Floyd Meadows
Arthur Floyd Meadows, 58, Norman, died Monday in Mesquite, Texas.
He was born in Oklahoma City on Aug. 7, 1942, the son of Arthur Elva and Hylda Marie (Condra) Meadows. He graduated from Moore High School in 1961.
On Dec. 21, 1963, he married Donna Wyatt in Del City. He worked for City National Bank in Oklahoma City for 17 years. He worked for Realty Mortgage and as a floral designer for Ardella's and Howard Brothers.
Meadows moved to Norman in 1989 and retired in 1998.
Preceding him in death were his parents; sister Gloria Jean Meadows; and his grandparents.
Survivors include his wife, of the home; two daughters, Angela Dawn Wilhite and her husband, Ron, of Dallas, Texas; and Melissa Marie Meadows of Acworth, Ga.; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Carl Wayne and Sharon Meadows of McLoud and Jeffrey Allen and Shelia Meadows of Tecumseh; three grandsons, Christopher Meadows; Scott Wilhite and Shawn Meadows and a host of other relatives.
The family will receive visitors from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today at Primrose Funeral Service.
Services will be 10 a.m. Friday at Northeast Baptist Church, Norman. The Rev. Ed Sasnett will officiate. Burial will be in Sunny Lane Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Northeast Baptist Church in Norman.
Dora L. Hishaw Owens
Dora L. (Gaines) Hishaw Owens, Shawnee, died Sunday in Shawnee. She was 83.
Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Galilee Baptist Church with the Rev. Wilbert Tripplett officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Other information will be announced by Cooper Funeral Home.
