HECTOR MOLET
Hector Molet, 83, an Okmulgee resident since 1948, died Monday, March 18, 2002 in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. He was born on Saturday, June 22, 1918 to Hector Molet, Sr. and Martha (Hessom) Molet in Tarentum, PA.
On November 2, 1940 he married Nancy Rose Williams in Wellsburg, VA. He was a veteran of World War II and served with the United States Navy Seabee in the South Pacific. He was a York Rite and Scottish Rite Mason and was a 50 year member of the Okmulgee Masonic Lodge #199. He was a member of the Bedouin Shrine Temple of Muskogee and the Okmulgee County Shrine Club. He was also a member of the Okmulgee Elks Lodge, American Legion and the V.F.W.
Survivors include wife Nancy of the home, one son, Craig Molet and wife Jan of Okmulgee; three daughters, Sandra Stout and husband, Dan of Denton, TX., Martha DeVeney and husband, Jerry of Oklahoma City, and Linda Hamilton and husband, Paul of Sherman, TX.; one sister, JoAnn Valent of New Kensington, PA.; eleven grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren.
Memorial services are 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2002 at the Shurden-Kelley Chapel with the Reverend J. Rodgers Spencer officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Shurden-Kelley Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
MARIE WILLITT
Marie B. Willitt, 101, of New Kensington, Pa., died Tuesday, March 127 2002, at her home. She was born December 18, 1900 in Budapest, Hungary.
She had lived in New Kensington since the age of two except from 1949 to 1969 when she resided in Oklahoma. She was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church of New Kensington, and volunteered for over 20 years at Citizens General Hospital's sewing group, leaving several years ago because of failing eyesight.
Survivors include her son Donald C. (Patricia) Willitt of Okmulgee; daughter, Mrs. Ross G. (Virginia) Walker Jr. of New Kensington with whom she lived; three grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and five great-great grandchildren; her brother Paul E. (Victoria) Miller of New Kensington; and her sister Mrs. Helen D. Herr of Natrona Heights. Preceding her in death were her husband Clayton Scott Willitt in 1974; her parents Frank & Susie Havrilla Miller; a granddaughter, Deborah Joy Moore; six brothers, Frank, George, Michael, Joseph and John Miller, and a brother in infancy; two sisters, Anna Slahtovslcy and Bernice Klaes.
The family received friends Sunday, March 17, until time of services at 9:00 p.m. in the Ross G. Walker Funeral Home LTD. Her pastor, Rev. Richard P. Grance officiated. Private burial was in Plum Creek Cemetery, Plum Borough.
GEORGIA M. READO
Georgia Mae (Brown) Reado, 77, of Beggs died Wednesday, March 13, 2002 in a Tulsa hospital. She was born November 26, 1924 in Orlando, FL to Hattie and David Brown.
She married Albert Reado in 1943 and moved to Beggs. He preceded her in death. She was a member of the First Baptist Church South.
She is survived by her adopted son, Albert Brown of the home, a grandson, her church family and a host of other relatives and friends. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2002 at the New Post Oak Cemetery with Reverend Maurice Williams officiating.
Viewing will be in the funeral home chapel from 9-10 a.m. Wednesday morning. Services are under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Beggs.
ROY HUNNICUTT
Roy Hunnicutt, 74, died Monday, March 18, 2002 in Tulsa. He was born on Sunday, October 16, 1927 to Lon and Polly, Ann (Payne) Hunnicutt in Marble City, Oklahoma.
He married Arnavay Shook on November 26, 1949 in Van Buren, Arkansas. He served during World War II in the Army forces against Japan in Tokoyo. He was a member of the First Baptist Church in Okmulgee and was an automobile dealer in Okmulgee for 52 years. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Bill, Chester and Jesse Hunnicutt; and three sisters, Jewell Vance, Allie Blackburn and Ardith Wagoner.
Survivors include wife, Arnavay (Shook) Hunnicutt of the home; one son, Stephen Hunnicutt and wife Rhonda of Dallas; one daughter, Pamela Hunnicutt of Okmulgee; one sister, Georgia Barnes of Muskogee and one grandson.
Funeral services are 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 21, 2002 at the Shurden-Kelley Chapel in Okmulgee with the Dr. Dennis Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery under the direction of the Shurden-Kelley Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
ROBERTO ALVARADO
Roberto "Robert" Alvarado, 20, of Okmulgee, died Friday, March 15, 2002. He was a welder. Rosary services is at 6 p.m. Tuesday, at the Rose Hill Funeral Home Chapel, Tulsa and funeral mass is at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Tulsa.
Other survivors will be announced by Rose Hill Funeral Home of Tulsa.

Mary Moore of Henryetta died March 17, 2002.

Jessie Rivera, 62, of Henryetta died March 18, 2002.

BOBBIE L. USSERY
Bobbie Lewis Ussery, native Okmulgeean died March 3, 2002 at his home in Collinsville, Okla. He was born December 18, 1933 in Okmulgee to James Pete and Stella Mae (Brown) Hughes Ussery.
He was raised and attended schools in Okmulgee. At age 16, he forged his mother's signature and joined the Army's 45th Infantry Division, and was sent to Camp Polk, La., for basic training. However, his mother had him discharged and he returned home to Okmulgee. When he was 17, his mother signed the papers for him to enlist in the U.S. Air Force, he retired after 20 years of active military service. He then joined the Air National Guard and also retired from there. He owned and operated a Mobile Service Station, in Tulsa. At the time of his death, he was office manager for Vacuum Pressure Tank Service, in Tulsa.
Bob is survived by his wife, O'Dell, of the home and three daughters, Donna Sue, Connie and Beth; three sons, Danny, Michael and Matthew; two sisters, Bette Bristol of Jenks and Minnie Hoyt, five brothers, James Pete Ussery, Pineville, La., William David Ussery, Enid, David Ussery, Gore, Blaine Walters, Ada, and Eddie (Walters) Evans, Okmulgee. He was preceded by three brothers, Kermit Ussery, John Hughes, and Virgil Walters, and four sisters, Margaret Ussery, Leah Frances Cecil, Opal Foster and Dolores Gaggini. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services under the direction of the Collinsville Funeral Home were scheduled to be held Wednesday, March 6, 2002, at 2 p.m., in their chapel, with burial in the Collinsville Cemetery.
JUANITA TARWATER
Juanita Tarwater, 83, of Henryetta died March 3, 2002 in Muskogee. She was born October 11, 1918 in the Wilson Community to Nora (Tingly) and William Westphal.
She married James Tarwater in Henryetta and worked as the office manager in the plumbing shop. She was preceded in death by her husband James on Jan 31, 1998 and a son Donnie.
Survivors include her daughter, Yvonne Raper of Muskogee; three sons, Jimmy Tarwater of Henryetta, Mickey Tarwater of Oklahoma City, and Ronnie Tarwater of Eufaula; seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, two sisters, Pansy Richards of Planada, Calif., and Hanna Bean of Tahlequah and many nephews and nieces.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, March 7 at 2:00 p.m. at the Westlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Rogers Funeral Home of Henryetta.
BARNEY WALKER SR.
Barney Walker Sr., 75, of Henryetta died March 4, 2002 in a Tulsa hospital. He was born April 4, 1926 in McIntosh County to Dick and Minda (Harjo) Walker.
He was married to Lucy Mae Ryal who preceded him in death, along with his parents, two sons, Richard Walker and Virgil Walker and a sister, Ella Louise Walker. He was ordained as a deacon in the early 80s and was pastor of Hickory Grounds II.
Survivors include one daughter, Andrea Walker of Eufaula; seven sons, Robert and wife Jean Walker of Texas, Edward and wife Joanna Walker of Byng, Tommy and wife Jodi Walker of Coweta, Barney and wife Neta Walker of Coweta, Gary Walker of Eufaula, Stanley Walker of Cushing and Danny and wife LaDonna Walker of Broken Arrow.
Wake services will be at 7 p.m., Wednesday, March 6 at the Robert Simons Funeral Home Chapel. All-night Wake services will be at Hickory Grounds II Thursday beginning at 7p.m.
Funeral services will be Friday, March 8 at 2 p.m., at Hickory Grounds II. Burial will follow at the church cemeteryunder direction of the Robert Simons Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Roley Tayor, Newman Taylor, Ervin Thompson, Greg Miller, Elliot Walker, Richard Marshall, Guymon Marshall and Taylor Fields.
ROBERT E. RILEY SR.
Bob Riley (Robert E. Riley Sr) former Okmulgeean and longtime owner of Jones Furniture in Okmulgee, died Sunday, March 3, 2002 at his home in Long Grove, lllinois. He was born in Lawson, Mo., in1918 to E.B. Riley and Edna Jenkins Riley.
Well known for his wit and easy humor, he had been ill for several months but was trading quips with family and friends right up until his last days. He was the son of the late E.B. Riley, proprietor of Riley Motor Company in Okmulgee, and the late Edna Jenkins Riley. He had a "Huckleberry Finn" early childhood in Elolt, Missouri, where his grandfather Lee H. Riley kept a general store and traded in livestock. In the mid-1920's he joined his father and late stepmother Anna Mae Riley in Okmulgee. He attended Okmulgee High School, where he was president of his class, and where he met Mary Margaret Jones, daughter of Savannah and George M. Jones (founder of Jones Furniture). They were married in 1939. He attended Okmulgee Junior College, where he was center on the basketball team, and The University of Missouri where he was president of the Business School. He graduated with a degree in Business in 1939.
After graduation he went to work at Montgomery Ward and Company, starting in the stock room and working his way up to a top executive position. In 1953 he joined Aldens, Inc., in Chicago, and moved with his family to Long Grove, Illinois. Aldens later merged with Gamble, Inc., and at the time of his retirement in 1978, he was President and C.E.O. of Gamble Department Stores. He was active in The Long Grove Community Church, and for several years served as President of the Church Consistory.
Bob Riley never lost his connection to Okmulgee. Over the years, he was a regular visitor, most recently in August of 2001, and in 1990 he made a generous contribution towards the expansion of The Okmulgee Public Library. The gift was made as a memorial to his father Estil, who died in 1988.
In addition to his wife Margaret, Bob is survived by his daughters, Nan Parson of Park Ridge, Illinois, and Lyn Pearson of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, his son Robert Riley Jr. of Chicago; and by 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

NITA N. JAMESON
Nita Nell Jameson, 70, longtime Okmulgee resident, died Saturday morning, February 23, 2002 at Okmulgee Memorial Hospital. She was born June 8, 1931 to James Thomas and Lillie Bell (Griffith) Jaggars in Paden, Oklahoma.
She had worked as a health care provider for several years prior to retiring.
Survivors include her children, Patti Mitchell of Greensboro, North Carolinas and Bruce Jameson of Tulsa; sisters, Ida Allen, Alice Morrow, and Ethel Hurst; a brother, Virgil Jaggars; seven grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
Graveside services were held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 25, 2002 at the Okmulgee Cemetery with Reverend Raymond Doke officiating. Arrangements were under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.

Georgia Lee Armstead Duncan, 86, a former resident of the Grayson area, died Sunday, February 24 in Washington, D. C.

Marie R. Russell, 82, and a resident of Okmulgee, died Monday, February 25, 2002 in a Tulsa hospital.

J. S. Clinkscales, 85, formerly of the Grayson area, died Feb. 20, 2002. He was a disabled veteran.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m., Monday, Feb. 25, at Fort Gibson National Cemetery under direction of the Dyer Memorial Chapel.
