Euline "Na-Na" Hamilton
Services for Euline Hamilton, 75, Mill Creek, will be held Friday, Oct. 1 at the Blue Baptist Church in Connerville with Rev. Larry Hawkins officiating.
Interment will be at the Mill Creek Cemetery under the direction of Campbell-Watts Funeral Home, Tishomingo.
She was born on October 26, 1926 in Mill Creek to Jackson and Mae Pearl Durin Emerson.
She died Monday, Sept. 30, 2002 in Tishomingo.
On November 20, 1944 she married Joseph Hamilton in Tishomingo.
He preceded her in death August 19, 1968.
She was a teacher/nurse and was a member of the Blue Baptist Church and the Chickasaw Senior Citizens in Tishomingo.
She is survived by three sons, Robert Hamilton, Mill Creek, Leland "Poss" Hamilton, Duncan and Jerry "Herb" Hamilton, Mill Creek; two daughters Susie Hamilton, and Linda Robins, both of Ada; one brother, Donald Emerson, Mill Creek; two sisters, Jackie Neal, Sulphur and Oretha Ledford, Marlow; 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Edith Hubbard; three grandchildren, Scooter Hamilton, Anthony John Robert Hamilton, Steven "Stevie Boy" Hamilton
Pallbearers are Dennis Hamilton, Gary Hook, Larry Wisdom, Scott Clark, Gary Blevins, Wesley McElhannon.
Honorary pallbearers are her grandchildren.
Wake service will be held Thursday, Oct. 3 at 7:00 p.m. at the Campbell-Watts Funeral Home Chapel, Tishomingo.
Linda Morgan Senters
Services for Linda Morgan Senters, 51, Yukon, were held Monday, Dec. 2 at 11:00 a.m. at House of Joy Church with Pastor Darryl Manning officiating and eulogy by Rev. John Senters.
Interment was at the Hinton Cemetery under the direction of Hinton-Turner Funeral Home, Hinton.
She was born on August. 26, 1951 in Oklahoma City to J.L. and Jean Alsup Morgan.
She died Thursday, Nov. 28, 2002 in Yukon.
On January 1, 1987 she married William Senters in Midwest City.
She was a Ladies Minister at various Churches and was a member of the House of Joy in Oklahoma City.
She was a good mother, woman and had a good heart.
She is survived by her her husband, William Senters, of the home; three sons, Robert Brian Scott, Moore; David Joseph Scott, Tulsa and Steven Carl Senters, Yukon; one daughter, Kristie Lynn Senters, Yukon; two grand children, Amanda Scott, Sand Springs and Joshua Scott, Tulsa; parents, Jim and Jean Ramey, Sulphur; two brothers, Jimbo and Rhonda, Ramey, Mustang and Peter and Teresa Ramey, Cedar Falls, Iowa; three sisters, Benitia and R.O. Ramey Beesley, Hennepin; Cindy and Tony, Ramey Bluford, Tulsa and Jamie Ramey, Sulphur.
She was preceded in death by her father, one brother, Michael J. Morgan and grandparents, Herbert and Dorothy Alsup.
Gladys Marie Smith
Services for Gladys Marie Smith, 89, were held Monday, Dec. 2 at 2:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Dewain Duck officiating.
Interment was at the Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of Clagg Funeral Home.
She was born Saturday, Feb. 22, 1913 in Waldron, Ark. to Will Smith and Minnie Austin Smith.
She died Friday, Nov. 29, 2002 in Paul's Valley.
On February 11, 1952 she married West Smith in Gainesville, Texas.
He preceded her in death on August 1, 1986.
She grew up in Arkansas and lived her adult life in this area.
She had worked at Braden Dairy packaging ice cream and butter.
She later worked as a cook at Artesian Nursing home.
She is survived by her two daughters, Crystal Bock and Wanda Dilbeck, both of Sulphur; one son, Bobby Smith, Sulphur; one brother, Pleas Smith, Oklahoma City; one sister, Elsie Iness, Madera, Calf.; 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Jimmy Lemmings, a granddaughter, Felisha Dilbeck Shova, a great granddaughter, Stephanie Parks and a sister, Addie Williams.
Pallbearers were Ed O'Neal, Wayne Morris, David Taylor, Randy Shova, Curtis Dilbeck, Oran Hurley, Jr. and James Ray Smith.
Lu Ella Cain
Graveside services for Lu Ella Cain, 67, were held Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Ernest Milam officiating.
Interment was at the Oaklawn Cemetery under the direction of Clagg Funeral Home.
She was born on June 9, 1935 in Paul's Valley to Sterling Price Milam and Dona Etta Bay Milam.
She died December 1, 2002 in Paul's Valley.
She lived in this area all of her life and attended school at several area schools.
She had worked at Callaway Nursing Home and Burford Manor.
She married Francis Walter Harrigle who preceded her in death and she later married Billy Cain and also preceded her in death in 1990.
She is survived by one son, Dean Harrigle, Sulphur; three brothers, Daniel Milam, Lubbock, Texas, Ernest and James Milam, both of Paul's Valley; one sister, Etta Faye Williams, Garland, Texas, and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Mary Lou Jay, and two brothers, David and Iva Lee Milam.
Bob O. Lindsey
A memorial service under the direction of Clagg Funeral Home was held for Bob O. Lindsey, 72, on Tuesday, Dec. 3 at 2:00 p.m. at the Clagg Funeral Chapel with Rev. Brent Parsons officiating.
He was born on Monday, Oct. 20, 1930 in Tucson, Ariz. to Otto Lindsey and Martha Green Lindsey.
He died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2002 in Davis.
On February 3, 1951 he married Merilyn Duncan in Muskogee.
He grew up in California and moved to Muskogee where he graduated from high school.
He moved to Tulsa where he owned a landscaping business and came to Sulphur in 1998.
He is survived by his wife, Merilyn, Sulphur; two daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and Dan Butler, Sulphur, and Laura and Jeff Dooley, Marietta; two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Mary Lindsey, Tulsa and Lee and Christi Lindsey, Kirkwood, Mo., six grandchildren and one great grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
