KATHRYN C. VAUGHAN
BEAVER, Okla. -- Kathryn C. Vaughan, 89, died Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2007, at her adopted home in Beaver, Okla.
She was born Oct. 29, 1917, to Charles Decatur and Maud Elizabeth (Callaway) Wright in Sumner, Mo.
She married Kenneth Lee Vaughan Nov. 24, 1937.
He died Feb. 15, 1983.
She graduated from Sumner High School in 1935.
She served as a pianist for the Sumner Methodist Church during her school years.
She worked at TG&Y Store and later at Gray's in Guymon, Okla.
She was a member of the Victory Memorial United Methodist Church, where she was active in the Wesleyan Service Guild.
She was a member of the Eastern Star.
She is survived by two daughters, Janet Miller and husband, Pat, Bartlesville, Okla., and Margaret Ball and husband, Tony Zahn, Oklahoma City; her grandchildren, Mary and Tom Turvaville, Portland, Ore., Ken and Anna Miller, Solgohachia, Ark., Nancy Rohn, Wamego, David Ball, Los Angeles, and Suzanne Miller, Kansas City, Mo.; four great-grandsons; three great-great-grandchildren; and two nephews, one niece and their families.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Harold Bell Wright.
Graveside services will be Saturday at Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon, Okla.

PAULINE M. RODKEY
TYRONE, Okla. -- Pauline M. Rodkey, 74, died Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at Southwest Medical Center.
She was born Dec. 8, 1931, to Leroy and Nellie Carlile Craig in Eureka, Okla.
She married Derl H. Rodkey Sept. 23, 1950, in Liberal, Kansas.
He died Aug. 22, 1999.
She attended school in Eureka and Tyrone, Okla., and was a star basketball player.
She was a waitress at Sally Ann and later at LaFonda for 25 years.
She was a member of the Tyrone United Methodist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star in Tyrone.
She loved to play Bingo and cards and enjoyed camping with her family.
She is survived by one son, Clark Rodkey and wife, Magda, Homestead, Fla.; one daughter, Teresa Rodkey, Garden City; three grandchildren, Clark Rodkey II and wife, Cinnamon, Andrew Rodkey and Jebidiah Rodkey; three great-grandchildren, Cassi, Cammi and Cooper Rodkey; one brother, Fred Craig, Woodward, Okla.; and four sisters, Neva Day and husband, Rolla, Tyrone, Ruth Fields, Lubbock, Texas, Avis Bell, Hugoton, and Alice Craig, Anadarko, Okla.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Pete Craig; and three sisters, Doris Gaut, Mallie Craig and Emmalee Wriston.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Miller Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Odle presiding.
Burial will be at Liberal Cemetery, Liberal, Kansas.
Friends may call until 8 p.m. today and from 8 a.m. until service time Saturday at Miller Mortuary.
CLYDE V. ABBOTT
BEAVER, Okla. -- Clyde V. Abbott, 43, died Sunday, March 5, 2006, in Kingman County.
He was born Sept. 3, 1962, to Harold L. and Katherine Burgan Abbott in Liberal.
He married Marilyn Schupman Sept. 16, 1980, in Adams, Okla.
He then married Marsha B. Benton Oct. 25, 1989, in Hugoton.
She survives.
He attended school in Liberal and graduated from Tyrone (Okla.) High School in 1980.
He was a disc jockey for the local Liberal radio stations and drove truck.
He loved to ride horses, fish and camp.
He is also survived by his parents; two sons, Robert L. Abbott, Akron, Colo., and Preston Abbott, Beaver, Okla.; three daughters, Kayla Christen, Akron, Keely Hammock-Mosby, Liberal, and Pennie Sue Abbott, Beaver; three grandchildren; two brothers, Steve Abbott and wife, Maureen, Tyrone, and Robert Abbott and wife, Roberta, Lewis; and two sisters, Sandra Harrington and husband, Paul, Turpin, Okla., and Debra Ranard and husband, Michael, North Marlboro, Md.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ward and Juanita Trim and Clyde Abbott, and one grandson, Kobe Mosby.
Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Nazarene Church in Liberal with Pastor Jim Mather presiding.
LOUISE M. JUVENAL
GUYMON, Okla. -- Louise M. Juvenal, 89, died Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at Dunaway Manor in Guymon, Okla.
She was born Aug. 3, 1916, to Clyde and Ora Bruce Madison in Quinlan, Okla.
She married Chester Lewis Juvenal in 1946 in Buffalo, Okla.
He preceded her in death.
She attended school in Mooreland, Okla., and graduated from high school in Buffalo.
She worked as a nurse's aid.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hooker, Okla.
She loved cats.
She is survived by three sons, Norman Jarvis and wife, Clydean, Benton, Ark., John Juvenal and wife, Sharla Diane, Oklahoma City, and Sam Juvenal, Sylvia; one daughter, Norma Jean Juvenal, Fort Supply, Okla.; 10 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and one brother, Bud Madison, Woodward, Okla.
She was also preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Suzy Corts.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Hooker Cemetery with Brother Jim Roebuck of the First Baptist Church of Hooker presiding.
