WILMA F. BOHANAN
Wilma Bohanan, 82, died Friday, Dec. 3, 2004 at Southwest Medical Center.
She was born March 23, 1922 to John and Evangeline Craige in Texoma, Texas.
She married Guymon Bohanan, July 23, 1944 in Guymon, Okla. He survives.
She graduated from Guymon High School and attended Panhandal State University in Goodwell, Okla. and later attened Seward County Community College.
She was a book keeper for her husband at Bohanan Welding for 25 years and worked at the snack bar at SWMC for over 45 years.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, United Methodist Women, Meninger Bible Study.
She loved to Knit.
Survivors include one son, Mitch Bohanan and wife Kris, Wichita; one daughter, E.J. Salley and husband Bill, Liberal; four grandchildren.
She is proceeded in death by her parents and two brothers.
Funeral services
will be at 2 p.m. on Monday at the First United Methodiat Churchwith Reverend Ken. Hathoway presiding. --
Burial will be in the Elmhurst Cemetery in Guymon, Okla.
FANNIE M. FISCHER
HOOKER Okla.- Fannie Fischer, 96, died Thursday, Dec. 2, 2004 inher home.
She was born Nov. 11, 1908 to Addie Sloane and Ida Simpson in Welsh, La.
She married Cecil Kemble, 1931. He died in 1943. She then married Louise Fischer in 1971 in Hooker, Okla.
She worked as a hair dresser.
She was baptized into the fellowship of First Baptist Church in Elton, La. at age 11. She was active in Sunday School and church.
She was a member of the Women's Missionary Union and the Rekabeh Lodge, Eastern Star, Crochet Club, and Senior Citizens' Groups.
She enjoyed traveling.
Funeral services
will be at 10 a.m. on Monday at the Johnson Funeral Home in Lake Charles, La. with Reverend Vernon Chevallier and Reverend Francis LaRocque presiding. --
Burial will be at 2 p.m. in the Summit Cemetery in Elton, La.
CHRISTOPHER L. COWAN
BALKO Okla. - Chris Cowan, 29, died Dec. 2, 2004 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.
He was born Oct. 7, 1975 to Dannie and Nina Cowan in Liberal.
He graduated from high school nd attended college for two years and vocational school for one year.
He was a supervisor for an oilfield supply company.
Survivors include his parents; grandmother Mildrid Cowan, Balko Okla.; one daughter Claire Cowan, Liberal; two sisters, Candy Pickett, Perryton Texas, and Amy J. Cowan, Balko, Okla.; and many relitives and friends.
Funeral services
will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Balko Baptist Church with James Epp presiding.
Burial will be in the Bethany Cemetery.
FRANCES M. ELSTON
BEAVER, Okla. -- Frances May Elston, 84, died Monday, Dec. 6, 2004, in Beaver, Okla.
She was born May 7, 1920, to Robert Leland and Verna Elsie (Ransyer) Casteel in Marshall, Okla.
She married Leonard Elston Jan. 10, 1940, in Woodward, Okla. He preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty Klotz Williams, Turpin, Okla., and Evelyn Nelson, Beaver, Okla.; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and many relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral services
will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Midway Country Church with Lowell Long presiding.
Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery.
Lloyd T. Reddick
BEAVER Okla. - Lloyd Thomas Reddick, 91, died Thursday, Nov. 16, 2004 at the Beaver County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Nov. 4, 1913 to Allen Lavert and Martha Clementine Reddick in Beaver Okla.
He married Sadie Arvella Branham on Jan. 17, 1948 in Yates. She died March 14, 1999.
He worked as an engineer and built gas plants around the area.
He atteneded the Christian Church in Borger, Texas.
Survivors include two brothers, Fred Reddick and Robert Reddick, Bever, Okla.; two sisters, Wanda Pettersen, Conifer, Colo. and Evelyn Shadden, Beaver, Okla.
Funeral services
will be Monday, Dec. 20, 2004 at 2 p.m. in the Beaver Christian Church with Jim Maynard and Rick Main presiding.
Burial will be in the Pioneer Cemetery.
LYNDAL D. ROBINS
FORGAN Okla. -- Lyndal Dean Robins, 72, died at SOuthwest Medical Center on Dec. 17, 2004.
He was born on Nov. 14, 1932 to Lowell and Virdie RObins in Beaver Okla.
He married Winona Hodges on Aug. 12, 1951 in Forgan.
He graduated from high school and farmed and ranched in Beaver County all of his life.
He attened the FIrst Christian Church.
Survivors include his wife, WInona Robins, one son, Raymond Robins, Oklahoma City, OKla.; two daughters, Kay Davis, Garden City; Lynnetta Stout, Plains; five grandchildren; two sisters, Loubel Dickens, Big Springs, Texas.; Roberta Oldfield, Sayre, Okla.
Funeral services
were at 10 a.m. today in the Forgan Christian Churchwith Jim Sutherland presiding.
Burial will be in the Forgan Cemetery.
TAMMY S. WHITE
BEAVER Okla. -- Tammy Sue White 43, died Dec. 16, 2004 at St. Francis Hospital in Wichita .
She was born Sept. 25, 1963 to Arthur and Dorothy Hanvey in Wichita.
She married Jerry White on Oct. 8, 1986 in Mt. Vernon, MI. He died April 27, 1996.
She was a homemaker.
Surivors include one son, Eric White, Beaver Okla.; one daughter, Jean Carl, Beaver Okla.; her father Arthur Hanvey, Beaver, Okla.; three grandchildren, ; one brother, Alvin Hanvey, Greensburg.
Funeral services
will be at 10 a.m. on Tues. Dec. 21, 2004 in the Clark Funeral Service Chaple with Jim Maynard presiding.
Burial will be in the Boise City Cemetery.
LOREN BURDGE
Loren Burdge, 78, died Thursday, Dec. 16, 2004, at Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.
Funeral services
will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at United Methodist Church in Texhoma, Okla., with the Rev. Tomisene Ingram and the Rev. Robert Cocke presiding.
Burial will be in the Hooker Cemetery.
