Ralph R. Dean
TAHLEQUAH -- Dear God:
Thank you for sharing our Daddy, Ralph Dean, with us for 91 years, who went home to be with you on Tuesday, March 23, 2004.
As you already know, he had his flaws, but we thought he was the best!
He was an encouraging influence in our lives and set an excellent example as a Christian who loved the Lord, Jesus Christ, and put you first before anyone or anything else. We were all raised going to Sunday school and church each time the doors of the church opened, with no excuses for any of us. Thank you, Daddy.
Thank you for allowing him to own Standard Supply in Muskogee for 20 years, where many good friends were added to our family. He also had so much fun sponsoring and coaching little league baseball.
We are grateful to you for the guidance you gave him in selecting our mothers as his wives, Beatrice Jeter Dean and Ruth Goddard Dean; and our friend, Treavin Hamilton Dean; all preceded him in death. His son, Tom Dean, also preceded him in death.
We shared our memories of Daddy at a memorial service at the Northeastern Christian Church in Tahlequah.
Sincerely,
Linda and Ray Potts, Tahlequah
Judy and Zane Browning, Mabanx, Texas, formerly of Muskogee
