Ethel L. Reasoner
Died: Tuesday, May 20, 2003
Age: 88
FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Ethel L. Reasoner, 88, of Fort Wayne, formerly of Van Wert, died at 3:09 p.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2003, at her residence.
She was born in Paulding County. Her husband, Russell, preceded her in death in 1984.
Mrs. Reasoner was employed by the state of Ohio for many years as a statistician.
Survivors include:
Brother - Riley Calvin of Woodburn, Ind.
One grandson, Steve Siler of Fort Wayne, and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. (EDT) Friday at First Presbyterian Church, Van Wert. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling hours are 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. (EDT) Friday at the church.
Eugene W. Gary
Died: Tuesday, May 20, 2003
Age: 86
PAULDING - Eugene W. Gary, 86, died at 8:20 a.m. Tuesday, May 20, 2003, at Hawthorn Court Nursing Home, Paulding.
He was born Nov. 9, 1916, in Grover Hill, the son of the late James and Elizabeth (Kirkpatrick) Gary. In 1970 he married M. Louise Gary, who survives in Paulding.
Mr. Gary retired in 1989 as the superintendent of the former Paulding County Home.
Other survivors include:
Daughters - Jane Volk of Jackson, Mich., and Bette (Ted) Lindman of Holland, Mich.
Son - Kirk (Marie) Gary of Montgomery, Texas
Stepson - Alan Wood of Orlando, Fla.
Ten grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Florin and Guy Gary, and five sisters, Marie Uhlenhaker, Emma Sutton, Blanche Clevenger, and two infant sisters.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. (EDT) Friday at First Christian Church, Paulding, the Rev. Susan Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Sherman Cemetery, Brown Township, Paulding County.
Calling hours are 4-8 p.m. (EDT) today and 8 a.m. to noon (EDT) Friday at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding, and an hour prior to services Friday at the church.
Kenneth G. Miller
Died: Tuesday, May 20, 2003
Age: 49
DELPHOS - Kenneth G. Miller, 49, died early Tuesday afternoon, May 20, 2003, at his residence.
He was born Aug. 8, 1953, in Lima, the son of Rita (McRedmond) Miller of Delphos and the late James Miller. On Aug. 20, 1971, he married Elaine Gasser, who survives in Delphos.
Mr. Miller retired from Elida Machine and Tool and worked as a policeman in Delphos for three years.

Daughter - Kathleen (Keith) Schimmoeller of Delphos
Sister - Barbara (Dan) Osting of Delphos
Brother - Dennis (Karen) Miller of Florida
One grandson, Logan Schimmoeller, also survives in Delphos.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church, Delphos, the Rev. Thomas Gorman officiating. Burial will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
Calling hours are 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at Harter & Son Funeral Home, Delphos, where a parish wake service will be held at 7:45 p.m. today.
Gary L. Stewart
Died: Monday, May 19, 2003
Age: 50
SPENCERVILLE - Gary L. Stewart, 50, of Wapakoneta and formerly of Spencerville, died at 2:15 p.m. Monday, May 19, 2003, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, following a sudden illness.
He was born Oct. 11, 1952, in Richmond, Ind., the son of Maxine Cisco Stewart of Wapakoneta and the late Ralph E. Stewart.
Mr. Stewart was a truck driver for the TNT Trucking Co. of Sidney and formerly worked for Toledo Molding and Die Company in Delphos. He had worked with his brother, Bill, at Stewart Auto Repair in Spencerville.

Daughters - Amy L. (Keith) Bracy of Wapakoneta and Whitney N. and Ashley A. Stewart, both of Shawnee
Brothers - Robert E. Stewart of Pleasant Hill and William A. "Bill" (Lisa Lawrence) Stewart of Spencerville
Sisters - Kim S. (Jeff) Coil of Venedocia and Melanie A. (Ben Huddleston) Stewart of Wapakoneta
One grandchild, Nathaniel J. Bracy, survives in Wapakoneta.
Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. today at Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, the Rev. Ron Lee officiating. Cremation will follow the services.
Calling hours are 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
William McIntyre
Died: Monday, May 19, 2003
Age: 84
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - William "Vernon" McIntyre, 84, of Knoxville, formerly of Lafollette, Tenn., and Celina, died Monday, May 19, 2003.
He was a World War II veteran.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at Victory Center Church of God, Wapakoneta, the Rev. Tim Bartee officiating. Burial will be in Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina, with full
military honors conducted by Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars post.
Calling hours are 10-11 a.m. Friday at the church.
W.H. Dick & Sons Funeral Home, Celina, is handling local arrangements.

CELINA - Darlene Renee Wolfe, 40, of Celina died Monday morning, May 19, 2003, as a result of a sudden illness.

GATLINBURG, Tenn. - Kim Anthony DeSanto, 48, of Gatlinburg, Tennessee died at his home Friday, May 9, 2003.
He was preceded in death by his father Richard Matthew DeSanto.

Funeral services will be held at 7 p.m. today in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Burkett officiating. Interment is scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday in Shady Grove Cemetery.
