James Edward Ryan, age 58 of Cincinnati, OH passed away Monday, April 4, 2005 in Cincinnati.
Born June 3, 1946 in Cincinnati, he was the son of Edward Michael & Clara (Walker) Ryan. He graduated from Western Hills High School, worked as an equipment operator for Hamilton County Engineers, a US Army veteran serving during Vietnam and married Ada Stewart on November 7, 1981.
Mr. Ryan is survived by his wife Ada Ryan, daughter Shirley (Jim) Burdett of Cincinnati, OH; stepdaughters Monica (Neal) Meece of Bright, IN and Marlene (Steve) Korb of Cincinnati, OH; grandchildren Stephanie, Jordan & Rachel Meece, Rebekah, Steven & Michael Korb. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Mike Ryan.
Visitation will be Thurs. April 7, 2005 from 5-7 PM followed by services at 7:00 PM all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Pastor Lenn Carmichael officiating. Burial will be at the graveside at 11:00 AM, Fri. at Spring Grove Cemetery in Cincinnati, OH. Memorials are suggested to the American Heart Assoc. c/o the funeral home.

Cleveland Dunaway, Jr., age 81 of Harrison, OH passed away Sunday, April 3, 2005 in Lawrenceburg, IN.
Born August 9, 1923 in Harrison, OH the son of Cleveland Sr. & Irene (McClenahan) Dunaway. He enjoyed the outdoor life and worked his early years farming and later in pulpwood/logging business until 1995. He was a baseball player and avid coonhunter of 50 years who attended over 35 world hunt events across the Eastern United States.
Mr. Dunaway is survived by his wife of 61 years Dorothy (Hayes) Dunaway, sons Richard (Karen) Dunaway of Bright, IN and Daniel (Jackie) Dunaway of Middlesboro, KY; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Mildred Young and brother Leonard Dunaway.
Visitation will be Saturday, April 9, 2005 from 9—11:00 AM followed by services at 11:00 AM all at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home, Harrison, OH with Pastor Charlie Davis officiating. Burial will be in Greendale Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the Diabetes Assoc. c/o the funeral home.

Mike Bogenschutz, age 46 of Cincinnati, OH formerly of Batesville, IN passed away Sunday, March 27, 2005 at his home.
The son of Luella Bogenschutz of Indianapolis, IN and John Bogenschutz of Batesville, IN was born in Covington, KY. He married Lois Hudepohl in Cincinnati, OH on July 23, 1994. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in White Oak. Mike graduated from Batesville High School, Purdue University and University of Cincinnati.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Bogenschutz is survived by is wife Lois Bogenschutz of Cincinnati, OH; son Jeffrey Bogenschutz of Cincinnati, OH; sisters Teresa (Gordon) Hall of Zionsville, IN; Deb (Dave) Hartman of Oldenburg, IN & Judy (Mark) Wilson of Bloomington, IN and brothers Tom Bogenschutz of Indianapolis, IN and Tony Bogenschutz of Indianapolis, IN.
Mass of Christian Burial will be Wed. March 30, 2005 at 3:30pm at Holy Family Church in Oldenburg, IN with Father Michael O’Mara officiating. The family hopes that you will take the opportunity to express condolences and to celebrate Mike’s life at Holy Family Church Cafeteria from 5—9pm. Simmonds, Earl Stanley Jr., husband of 64 yrs. to Florence (Gerstner) Simmonds; son of the late Dr. Earl & Katherine (Althaus) Simmonds Sr.; brother of Virginia Salisbury, St. Petersburg, FL; Father of Russ (Brenda) Simmonds of Plano, TX, Char (Christoph) Lichtenfeld, Chicago, IL and Kay (Allen) Bornemann, Cincinnati, OH; grandfather of Jennifer & Matthew Bornemann, Audrey Benes, Heidi Kussurelis, Aaron, Nathan, Liza & David Lichtenfeld; and great-grandfather of five, died Thurs., March 24, 2005 at home on his farm in Miamitown at age 89. He graduated with a degree in Animal Husbandry from Ohio State University and was a life long farmer. He enjoyed involvement in numerous farm organizations, including Farm Bureau Council, Hamilton Co. Fair Board, Soil Conservation, 4-H, etc. For over 60+ years he was active in the Miamitown Methodist Church and recently began attending the Crosby United Methodist Church. Also, a 60 year member of the Columbia Lodge #44 F&AM.; Private services are planned for Saturday, March 26, 2005 at the Crosby United Methodist Church. Memorials may be given to the Shrine Hospital Burns Unit, 3229 Burnet Ave., Cincinnati, OH 45229 or charity of one’s choice.

June Erma Eigher, age 82 years of St. Petersburg, FL formerly of Harrison, OH passed away Thursday, January 6, 2005 in St. Petersburg.
Born February 8, 1922 in Cincinnati, OH the daughter of Leroy & Florence (Kraft) Kunkel. She was secretary for Veteran’s Administration in St. Petersburg, FL.
Mrs. Eigher is survived by her son John Gary Nice of St. Petersburg, FL; granddaughter Jerre McKee of North Carolina; sister Laverne Banks of Indianapolis, IN and nephew Bob Banks of Hudson, WI. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Eigher.
Graveside services will be Wednesday, January 12, 2005 at 2:00 PM at Gibson Cemetery in Bright, IN with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating.

Margie L. Kelly, age 81 years of Harrison, OH passed away Thursday, October 9, 2008 in Cincinnati, OH.
Born January 20, 1927 in W. Harrison, IN she was the daughter of the late Harry F. & Betty (Rodgers) Kolb. She graduated from Harrison High School & married Roscoe C. Kelly on March 5, 1949 in Newport, KY.
Mrs. Kelly is survived by her children Michael (Carol Wiwi) Kelly, Kathleen Schmid, Bryan (Kimberly) Kelly & Colleen (Brian) Knigga. She will also be missed by her grandchildren Richard Schmid, Kelly Schmid, Mitchell Knigga & Eric Knigga & great grandchildren Kyle, Kurghan, Trevor & Jaden. In addition to her parents & husband, she was preceded in death by her grandson Casey Kelly.
Visitation will be Monday, October 13, 2008 from 11am until time of service at 1:00pm at Jackman Kercheval Meyers Funeral Home in Harrison, OH with Rev. Dr. Harold Shackelford officiating.
