Janet Bowser
GRAND RAPIDS - Janet Diane Bowser, 51, Grand Rapids, died Thursday from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born July 29, 1948, in Toledo, the daughter of Donald and Deloris (Brinkman) Keller. In 1966, she married
Richard Bowser, who survives. She was employed by Otsego Schools as a bus driver since 1983. She was a member of the Ohio Association of Public School Employees, Grand Rapids Sportsman Club and St. Patrick Church, Grand Rapids.
Also surviving are a son, Paul, Bowling Green; a sister, Mrs. Richard (Joyce) Thompson, Seattle, Wash.; a brother, James Keller, Swanton; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters, Lori Euler and Sherri Bowser; and her parents.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the church, with Rev. F. Anthony Gallagher officiating. Burial will be in Tontogany cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today in the gymnasium at Otsego High School, Tontogany. Wright Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Preferred memorials are to a trust fund for the grandchildren, Victoria and Daric Euler.
Lori Euler
BOWLING GREEN - Lori Ann Euler, 32, Bowling Green, died Thursday of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born April 2, 1967, in Toledo, the daughter of Richard and Janet (Keller) Bowser. In 1988, she married
Douglas Euler, who survives. She graduated from Otsego High School in 1985 and was a customer service representative for eight years at BETCO, Toledo.
Also surviving are her father, Grand Rapids; a daughter, Victoria, at home; a son, Daric, at home; a brother, Paul Bowser, Bowling Green; and a grandmother, Donna Bowser, Swanton.
She was preceded in death by her mother; a sister, Sherri Bowser; and grandparents Donald and Deloris Keller and Dean Bowser.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in St. Patrick's Church, Grand Rapids, with Rev. F. Anthony Gallagher officiating. Burial will be in Tontogany cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today in the gymnasium at Otsego High School, Tontogany. Wright Funeral Home, Grand Rapids, is in charge of arrangements.
Preferred memorials are to a trust fund for the children.
Sherri Bowser
McCLURE - Sherri Lyn Bowser, 28, McClure, died Thursday from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
She was born Feb. 6, 1971, in Toledo, the daughter of Richard and Janet (Keller) Bowser. She graduated from Otsego High School in 1989, was an assistant loan department supervisor for 10 years at Henry County Bank, Napoleon, and a member of the Saturday Night Mixed Doubles bowling league, Napoleon.
Surviving are her father, Grand Rapids; her fiancé, Steven Parsons, McClure; a brother, Paul Bowser, Bowling Green; and grandmother, Donna Bowser, Swanton.
She was preceded in death by her mother; a sister, Lori Euler; and grandparents, Donald and Deloris (Brinkman) Keller and Dean Bowser.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Church, Grand Rapids, with Rev. F. Anthony Gallagher officiating. Burial will be in Tontogany cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. today in the gymnasium at Otsego High School, Grand Rapids. Wright Funeral Home, Grand Rapids is in charge of arrangements.

Lane Smith
NEY - William Lane Smith, 81, Ney, died at 8:05 p.m. Friday in his home.
He was born Dec. 12, 1917, in Defiance County, the son of Loren and Regent (Lane) Smith. In 1939, he married
Eleanor Page, who survives. He was founder and co-administrator of Leisure Oaks Nursing Home, Defiance, an investor and former administrator of Fountain Manor Nursing Home, Hicksville, previous superintendent of the Defiance County Home, and past president of District One of Ohio County Homes. He was employed by the Rural Electric Co., of Montpelier as a lineman for many years. He was a life member of Defiance County Fish and Game Club and Auglaize Village, a member of the Williams County Historical Society and past member of the Farm Bureau Council and the Hicksville Lions Club. He previously served on the Defiance County Election Board and was involved in the Government Stabilization Board of Defiance County during World War II. He was a member of Farmer United Methodist Church where he taught Sunday school and served on various boards.
Also surviving are two sons, DeLane of Defiance, and Terry (Ted), at home; two daughters, Mrs. John (Carol) Schlosser, St. Mary's, and Mrs. Merlyn (Marilyn) Wiemken, Defiance; a brother, Ted Smith, Hamilton Lake, Ind.; a step-sister, Barbara Promen, Opa-Locka, Fla.; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a step-father, Art Houser; a brother, Warren Smith; a sister, Marybel McMaster; and a great-grandson.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the church, with Rev. Sharron Twining officiating. Burial will be in Farmer cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. Monday at Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home, Defiance, and one hour prior to services at the church.
Preferred memorials are to the church or Hospice of Williams County.
Emma Huber
HOLGATE - Emma L. Huber, 77, Holgate, formerly of Malinta, died Friday night at Holgate Center Genesis Elder Care.
She was born Aug. 12, 1922, in Richfield Township, Henry County, the daughter of Henry and Emma (Sandmann) Imbrock. In 1948, she married
Harold Huber, who survives. She was homemaker and a cook for Malinta school for five years, she was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Hamler, where she was a former Sunday school teacher.
Also surviving are three sons, Eldon of Malinta, Richard of Lexington, S.C., and Marvin, Hamler; two daughters, Eileen of Indianapolis, and Mary, Archbold; a sister, Mrs. Arthur (Helen) Lange of Henderson, Nev.; a brother, Ted Imbrock of Napoleon; and nine grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were three brothers, Arthur, Albert, and Alfred.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the church, with Rev. Theodore Rellstab officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Snyder-Wesche Funeral Home and one hour prior to services at the church.
Preferred memorials are to the church building fund, Ronald McDonald House of Northwest Ohio or a charity of the donor's choice.
Ray McLain
EDON - Ray J. (Joe) McLain, 79, Edon, died at 8:15 p.m. Friday in Community Hospitals of Williams County, Montpelier, after an extended illness.
He was born March 24, 1920 in Pontiac, Mich., the son of Ray and Emma (Rockey) McLain. In 1941 he married
Betty Clay, who survives. He was retired from the Aro Corp., Bryan, where he was a general foreman, he was a World War II Army veteran and a member of the Edon American Legion Post 662.
Also surviving are two sons, Douglas of Carthage, N.C., and Jim, Edon; a sister, Carma Smith, Lansing, Mich.; four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Ira McLain.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in the Krill Funeral Home, Edon, with Rev. Kevin Orr officiating. Burial will be in Maple Grove cemetery, Edgerton. Visitation will be from 2-5 p.m. today in the funeral home.
Preferred memorials are to a charity of the donor's choice.
James King
FORT WAYNE - Bryan native M. James King, 70, Fort Wayne, died Friday in Parkview Memorial Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was owner and president of King-Weyler Equipment and was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict era. He was a past secretary and riding member of Mizpah Shrine Horse Patrol, Masonic Lodge 215 of Bryan, Scottish Rite of Fort Wayne, the Anthony Wayne Chapter Rotary Club, Northeastern Indiana Kennel Club, and a supporter of Boy Scouts of America and a past Cub and Boy Scout leader.
Surviving are his wife, Eleanor; three sons, Scott of Cicero, Ind., Kevin of Bolingbrook, Ill., and Steven, Hamilton, Ind.; a twin sister, Marsha King Allbregtse, Chicago; a brother, J. Timothy, Cincinnati; four grandchildren and two stepgrandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in D.O. McComb & Sons - Pine Valley, 1320 E. Dupont Road, Fort Wayne. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery, Defiance. Visitation will be from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home with a Masonic service at 8:30 p.m.
Preferred memorials are to Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children or Boy Scouts of America.
Lawrence Sonnenberg
NAPOLEON - Lawrence Sonnenberg, 87, Napoleon, died Saturday evening at the Henry County Hospital, Napoleon. Arrangements are pending at Snyder-Wesche Funeral Home, Napoleon.
Donald White
Donald C. White, 84, 210 Prospect St., died at 3:20 p.m. Friday in Kingsbury House, 245 W. Rosewood Ave.
He was born Dec. 11, 1914, in Essex, Ill., the son of Fred and Edith (McCumber) White. In 1937, he married
Emily Suttor, who survives. He was a postman with the U.S. Postal Service and a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church where he served on various committees and was an usher for 25 years. A former member of Auglaize County Club, he also ran in the Senior Olympics. He was a 60-year member of Tuendawie Lodge 195 F&AM, serving as master in 1945. He was with Ensawocsa Chapter 89 Royal Arch Masons for 55 years, serving as high priest from 1947-49, and a 47-year member of Occonoxee Council 55 Royal and Select Masons, serving as illustrious master in 1960.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Larry (Karen) Max of Defiance and Mrs. Keith (Joyce) Colwell, Hudson; a sister, Elaine Conover, Portland, Ore.; and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were a brother, Everette; and two sisters, Marge Pandolfi and Anita Klein.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday in the church with Rev. Suzanne Allen officiating. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today at Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home, and one hour prior to services Monday at the church. A Masonic service will be at 7:30 p.m. today.
Preferred memorials are to Hospice the Caring Way of Defiance or the church.
Opal Eldridge
WAUSEON - Opal M. (Olmstead) Eldridge, 81, Wauseon, died Friday in her home following an extended illness.
She was born May 24, 1918, in Fulton County, the daughter of James and Haddie (Snow) Dickenson. She married
Wayne Olmstead, who preceded her in death. She then married
Pap Eldridge, who also preceded her in death. She owned and operated Olmstead Upholstery in Wauseon for many years and was a member of Wauseon American Legion Post 265 Auxiliary.
Surviving are two sons, William Olmstead of Coldwater, Mich., and John Olmstead, Wauseon; a sister, Eva Kneeper, Toledo; and five grandchildren and five stepgrandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home, Wauseon, with Rev. Randy Nafziger officiating. Visitation will be from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. today.
Preferred memorials are to Fulton County Hospice.
