Mr. Bailey was born in Fremont to the late Charles and Isabelle Bailey. He graduated from Fremont Ross High School in 1969 and was a member of the Clyde MOOSE and VFW. He worked in porcelain at Whirlpool Corporation in Clyde.
Survivors include his son, Jason Bailey of Clyde; two daughters: Susan (Charles) Peck, Clyde; Linda (Kelly) Lasch, Collins; three grandchildren; one brother, Joe Bailey, Hessville; three sisters: Janet Henline, Fremont; Barbara Paddock, Fremont and Karen Helle, Gibsonburg.

Franklin D. Weaver

Mr. Weaver was born in Lake City, Tennessee to the late Austin and Ocie (Hatmaker) Weaver.
Survivors include his wife, Glenna (Long) Weaver, whom he married
on Dec. 23, 1956; two daughters: Gina Seeber (Rick), Bellevue and Janet Dunn (Ray), Bellevue; three sons: James Franklin Weaver (Tammy), Bellevue and Roger Weaver (Tammy) of Fremont and John Weaver of Bellevue. Grandchildren: Jimmy; Johnny; Frankie; Jerry; MaryJane; Matthew; Marshall; Ricky; Michelle; Mikey; Jason; Josh and Tiffany. Great grandchildren: Dylan; Logan; Hunter; Halle; Ethan; Maddison; and Raegan.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.
He moved from Toledo to Bellevue in 1966 with the railroad.
He was a member of the York Chapel and had been a car foreman for the Norfolk railroad, retiring in 1992.

TJ Spencer

TJ was born in Norwalk and graduated from Clyde High School in 2004.
He is survived by his mother and step-father, Janice (Skeels) Covert (Steven) of Clyde; father and step-mother, Andrew L. (Beth) Spencer of Bellevue; a brother, Andrew D. (Elizabeth) Spencer, North Olmstead, Ohio; half sister, Courtney Elem, Toledo; step siblings: Shelby Covert and Andrew Covert, Tiffin; Matthew Jordan, Bryan Jordan and Heather Jordan all of Norwalk; grandparents Ruth and Alvin Spencer, Clyde. Numerous aunts and uncles also survive.
Preceding him in death is a half brother, Robert C. Head II; and grandparents, Clarence and Cleo Skeels; and great grandparents; Mr. & Mrs. Clarence Stevens.

Robert A. Garn

Mr. Garn was born in Scott Township to the now deceased Theodore L. and Stella (Wright) Garn. He graduated from Gibsonburg High School in 1932 and the Ohio University in 1940. He entered the United States Army Air Corps August 12, 1940 and was a B24 pilot. He was the Vice President of C. R. Industries, Inc. prior to his December 31, 1975 retirement. Before this, he had worked for the Farm Bureau/Landmark.
Bob was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Ballville; the Masonic Lodge University 631; the Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus; Aladdin Temple in Columbus; the Fremont Lion’s Club and Beta Theta Pi Fraternity.
He is survived by his wife, Gene (Comstock) Garn, whom he married
on Nov. 1, 1941; two daughters: Sandra (Ronald) Manson of Oxford, Georgia; and Pamela Nunn of Akron, Ohio. Two grandsons also survive, Derek Manson and Bradley Nunn.
Mr. Garn is preceded by his son-in-law, Gary Nunn in 2003 and a brother, Herbert Garn.

Marian W. Myers

Her survivors include two daughters: Vickie Shaffer and fiancé Fred Coleman, Green springs; Patti (Jeff) Cooner, Clyde and three sons :Dennis (Sheryl) Myers, Clyde; Douglas Myers, Clyde and Scott Myers of Clyde, ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. One brother, Wayne Cleveland, Fremont also survivors.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman G. Myers, whom she married
on July 22, 1950 and he died on May 21, 2001; a son, David Myers in 2004 and a granddaughter. Three sisters; Lucille Cleveland; Helen Potter and Marlene Gerber; and three brothers: Henry, Carl, and Don Cleveland are all deceased.
She attended Green Springs High School and was a trustee of the Clyde Eagles Auxiliary; a member of the Grandmother’s Club and the Clyde MOOSE. She had been a cub scout and campfire leader for more than 20 years.

Iona D. Gasteier

Mrs. Gasteier was born in Erie County, Ohio to the late Myrtin and Clara (Link) Close. She lived her life in the area. She was member of the Lyme Congregational Church of Christ and the former Triangle Friendship Club. Iona graduated from Bellevue High School 1937.
Survivors include two sons, Dale F. (Helen) Gasteier of Bellevue and Fredrick J. (Marcia) Gasteier of Sandusky; two grandchildren: Douglas Gasteier and Kara Gasteier; two sisters, Bernice (Howard) Davenport, Bellevue and Carol Elder, Bellevue.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard L. Gasteier in 1973; one sister, Dorothy Buck; and three brothers: Arthur Close, Edward Close, and Dale Close.

Mrs. Rader was born to the late Oliver P. and Hazel (Beigh) Gruver.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard D. Rader, whom she married
on Jan. 20, 1945 and he died on April 12, 1991. Two brothers, Homer Gruver and Blake Gruver and a sister, Ethel Bishop are deceased along with infant twin siblings.
Survivors include two daughters, Linda (George) Abdoo, Fremont; Carol (Kenneth) Winke, Clyde and a son, Jeffrey Dale Rader, Bowling Green. Six grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren also survive.
Mrs. Rader graduated from Clyde High School in 1943.
She was a 50+ member of the First United Methodist Church; a member of the evening circle at the church; a long time member of the History and Records Committee; the coordinator of the church dining room; Sunday school member; voted Woman of the Year at the church; a member of Clyde Eastern Star; coordinator of the Bloodmobile Red Cross at the church; and a charter member of the Northern Buckeye Sweet Adelines and a member of their board.
Jean had been a clerk at the former Gift Box and Jennings Pharmacy prior to her retirement.

Thomas John Polter

Tom was born in Fremont to the late John Peter and Ruth Clara (Gilbert) Polter. He graduated from Ross High School in 1962 after attending the Riley Township School. He was an Army veteran in the Viet Nam War and had worked at Brush Wellman.
He is survived by two sisters: Marian (Kenneth) Colvin of Clyde and Linda Barcus of Fremont; and a brother, Bruce (Annette) Polter, of Fremont. Seven nieces and nephews also survive.

Rolland A. Kastor

Mr. Kastor was born in Townsend Township to the now deceased Merritt and Lillian H. (Lippert) Kastor.
Survivors include his wife, Ada (Chill) Stratton-Thompson Kastor, whom he married
on Feb. 29, 1996; a son, Paul Dennis Kastor of Fremont; three daughters: Bonnie (Donald) Cagle, Clyde; Mary (Robert) Wilkerson, Clyde; and Lillian Kaye Earhart, Clyde; a stepson; Leroy (Deborah) Stratton, Fremont; and two step daughters: Deborah Stratton and Nancy J. McKeever, both of Fremont.
Seven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren, five step-grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren, along with two brothers, Eugene Carlton Kastor of Fremont and Gerald (Jean) Kastor of Clyde also survive.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Naomi (Smith) Kastor, whom he married
on Feb. 16, 1945 and she preceded on Oct. 31, 1993; an infant son, Rolland Jr.; and a stepdaughter, Diana Kay Stratton. A sister, Carolyn Ingram and three brothers, Leland Kastor; James Kastor and Merritt Kastor are all deceased.
He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Clyde; the Clyde VFW; and the Fremont American Legion. Rollie had served in the Army during WWII. He had been a service inspector at the Whirlpool Corporation until his retirement in September 1985.
