Surviving are a daughter, Karen Bowden-Cox of Oakwood; a brother, Maurice Armstrong of Fort Meade, Fla.; a sister, Della Rae Ringwald of Fort Meade, Fla.; and four grandchildren. She was also preceded in death by a son, William L. Services at 1 p.m. EDT (noon Fort Wayne time) Saturday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert, with calling one hour before services.
