HICKMAN Dorothy Mary Hickman, 89, of Grove City, passed away peacefully on Tues., June 11, 2002 at Monterey Care Center. She was born July 24, 1912 in Columbus, the daughter of the late Daniel & Laura Davis. Also preceded in death by her husbands Orville Zeigler and Marvin Hickman and sister Ruth Davis. Dorothy was a member of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church and was retired from the State of Ohio after many years of dedicated service. Dorothy also enjoyed spending time at the Evans Senior Center playing cards and being with her friends. She is survived by Betty (David) Hamilton, Laura (Tim) Caldwell and family, Rob (Robin) Grooms and family, Bonnie (Bob) Brizendine and family, Cathy Grooms, Catherine Lang and many loving cousins and extended family members. LANG Jean B. Lang, age 81, of Columbus, died Tuesday, June 11, 2002 at home. Born May 19, 1921 in Milwaukee, Wis., to the late Carl and Beatrice Snohr Gilbert. Survived by children, Kevin (Carol) Solveson, Andrew Solveson, Claire (Roger) Priebe, William Lang, M.D. and Rainer (Linda) Teufel; grandchildren, Kyle and Ken Woodruff, Stephan and Anton Teufel; sisters, Gladys Stick and Bernice Garvey; nieces and nephews. Member of Gethsemane Lutheran Church where she was very active. Veteran of World War II, U.S. Army Nurse Corps. Member of Women in Military Service for America. LIEBERMAN Bette Lieberman passed away June 11, 2002. Preceded in death by husband Martin Lieberman. LITTLETON Ira James Littleton, age 77, of Columbus, June 9, 2002 at St. Ann's Hospital after a lengthy illness. Born March 5, 1925 in Nicolette, W.Va. Served in the U.S. Coast Guard from 1942-1946, where he supervised loading munitions for overseas. He spent 39 years in the automobile business as a salesman, manager and owner. Member of Mt. Zion Lodge #9 F&AM, Mt. Vernon, Oh. Survived by wife, Cynthia; daughters, Lori (William) Taggart and Toni (Dino) Sara; grandchildren, Katie and Michael Taggart, Katherine, Anna and Dominic Sara; aunt, Vera L. Richards of Columbus. Preceded in death by parents Elijah Littleton and Sylvia Tomlinson and step-father Ralph Thomlinson. Friends may call at the MORELAND FUNERAL HOME, 55 E.
