Michael Myers
OAKWOOD - Michael James Myers 39, Oakwood, died at 4:40 p.m. Saturday in St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima, from injuries sustained in an one-car accident Friday night in Paulding County.
He was born Nov. 21, 1961, in Defiance, the son of Melvin and Joyce (Etter) Myers. In 1990, he married Deb Gile, who survives. He attended Oakwood and Paulding schools, was a welder for Bil-Jax in Archbold and U.S. Army veteran.
Also surviving are his father and stepmother, Melvin and Judy Myers, Oakwood; his mother and stepfather, Joyce and Dennis Stoller, Defiance; a daughter, Jolene, at home; three sisters, Theresa Book of Jacksonville, Fla., Michelle Estrada of Oakwood and Anita Perez, Grass Lake, Mich.; a brother, Craig, Russellville, Ark.; two stepsisters, Mrs. Jeffrey (June) Richard of Jewell and Mrs. Jeffrey (Tamera) Hagerman, New Bavaria; a special friend, Mildred Bartley, Oakwood; and grandparents, Mildred Myers of Oakwood and Mary Evelyn Etter, Dupont.
Preceding him in death were grandparents, Anal Myers and Elias Etter.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home, Defiance, with Rev. Rick Rufenacht officiating. Burial will be in Sherman Cemetery, Paulding County, with
military rites accorded by VFW Post 3360. Visitation is from 2-9 p.m. Tuesday.
Preferred memorials are to the family.

Phyllis Huebner
PAULDING - Phyllis J. Huebner, 62, Paulding, died Saturday morning in her winter home in Zephyrhills, Fla. Among survivors is her husband, Floyd. Arrangements are pending at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding.

John Amstutz
PAYNE - John (Jack) L. Amstutz, 67, Payne, died at 11:52 a.m. Saturday in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Aug. 13, 1933, in Fort Wayne, the son of Elmer and Blanche (Burns) Amstutz. In 1957, he married Beverly Wilson, who survives. He was a retired fleet operations manager with Do It Best Hardware of Fort Wayne and operated Club 49 Tavern, Payne. He was a member of Flat Rock Lodge F&AM 580 of Payne, Paulding VFW Post 587, New Haven American Legion Post 330, Payne AMVETS Post 92, 40&8 of Van Wert and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Payne.
Also surviving are five sons, William of Fort Wayne, Edward and Dennis, both of Payne, and Joseph and Eric, both of New Haven, Ind.; two daughters, Jennifer Lamb and Jeanise Denning, both of Payne; two brothers, Larry and Junior, both of Fort Wayne; a sister, Jeanette Biberstine, Fort Wayne; and 25 grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the church with Rev. G. Allan Fillman officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery with
military rites conducted by American Legion Post 297. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Tuesday at Slade Funeral Home, Payne.
Preferred memorials are to St. John's School.

Delores Bayuk
WAUSEON - Delores E. Bayuk, 78, Wauseon, died Saturday evening at Harborside Healthcare, Bryan.
She was born July 21, 1922, in Gilbert, Minn., the daughter of Matt and Barbara (Devich) Vukelich. In 1947, she married Joseph Bayuk, who preceded her in death. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church, Bryan, and a U.S. Marine veteran of World War II.
Also surviving are two sons, Tom of Duluth, Minn., and Jerry, Lantana, Fla.; a daughter, Mary Trausch, Edon; a brother, Milan Vukelich, Virginia, Minn.; a sister, Mrs. Jim (Mildred) Kraker, Crystal, Minn.; and three grandchildren.
There will be no services or visitation. Handling arrangements is Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home, Wauseon.

Ruth Lee
WAUSEON - Ruth M. Lee, 89, Wauseon, died Sunday morning at Fulton Manor, Wauseon.
She was born May 20, 1911, in Ridgeville Corners, the daughter of Charles and Mary (Denhke) Schroeder. In 1933, she married Harlen Lee, who survives. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Wauseon.
Also surviving are two sons, John of Wauseon and James, Kalamazoo, Mich.; and four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were two brothers, Lawrence and Edwin Schroeder; and a sister, Lillian.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Edgar-Grisier Funeral Home, Wauseon, with Rev. Timothy Sonnenberg officiating. Burial will be in Wauseon Union Cemetery.
Visitation is from 6-8 p.m. today.
Preferred memorials are to the church's debt reduction fund.

Gerald Rigg
OREGON - Putnam County native Gerald (Bud) Curtis Rigg, 88, Oregon, died Sunday in St. Charles Mercy Hospital, Oregon.
He was born Dec. 29, 1911, in Putnam County, the son of Curtis and Mary (Noirot) Rigg. In 1933, he married Helena Matihle, who survives. He was a sheet metal shop worker at National Biscuit Co., Toledo, for 32 years, retiring in 1974, and a member of VFW Post 9816, Oregon.
Also surviving are two daughters, Shirley Evans and Linda Martin; son, Eugene; a sister Vera Bidlack, New Bavaria; and nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Services were held this morning in Eggleston-Meinart Funeral Home, Coy Road Chapel, Oregon. Burial was in Restlawn Memorial Park, Perrysburg.
Preferred memorials are to a charity of the donor's choice.

Margaret Wolfrum
Margaret Ann Wolfrum, 74, Defiance, died at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday in her home.
She was born March 3, 1926, in Defiance, the daughter of Charles and Ida (Ashpacher) Baker. In 1948, she married Raymond Wolfrum, who survives. She worked at GM Powertrain's cafeteria for 23 years, retiring in 1988. She was a member of UAW 211 Retirees, St. John's Catholic Church and its Altar Rosary Society.
Also surviving are four sons, Thomas, Tim and Jeffery, all of Defiance, and Dennis, Delaware; two daughters, Mrs. Nelson (Victoria) Giesige and Mrs. Ted (Judy) Lymanstall, both of Defiance; a sister, Irene Kuhn, Defiance; a brother, Cletus Baker, Defiance; and 18 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; and two sons, David and John.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in the church with Rev. George Wenzinger officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Memory Gardens. Visitation is from 2-9 p.m. Thursday at Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home, with a rosary service at 7:30 p.m.
Preferred memorials are to Hospice the Caring Way of Defiance or a charity of the donor's choice.
