Roman Wurst
Roman H. Wurst, 80, Defiance, died at 10:25 p.m. Monday in Defiance Hospital.
He was born Aug. 29, 1920, in Ottoville, the son of Andrew and Clara (Kreitemeyer) Wurst. In 1947, he married Stella Ruhe, who survives. He was a set-up man at Zeller Corp. for 28 years, retiring in 1984, and a member of United Commercial Travelers, Lima.
Also surviving are a sister, Mary Wannemacher, Defiance; and a brother, Julius Wurst, Delphos.
Preceding him in death was a sister, Bernadette Pohlman.
There will be no services or visitation. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Handling arrangements is Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home.
Preferred memorials are to the American Heart Association.

LaVerne March
PEMBERVILLE - Former Defiance resident LaVerne March, 87, died at 12:27 a.m. today in Otterbein Portage Village, Pemberville. Preceding her in death was her husband, Paul. Arrangements are pending at Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home, Defiance.

Lucille Rupp
ARCHBOLD - Lucille D. Rupp, 90, Archbold, died Tuesday morning at Fairlawn Haven Nursing Home, Archbold.
She was born April 12, 1910, in Fulton County, the daughter of Levi and Anna (Short) Rupp. She graduated from of Bowling Green State University in 1929 and Taylor University, Upland, Ind., in 1941. She taught in one-room schools in Henry, Fulton and Williams counties and was a member of Evangelical Mennonite Church, Archbold. She was a missionary in the Dominican Republic from 1945-75 and established Lucille Rupp Elementary School in La Maguana. After her retirement, she volunteered at D&D Missionary Homes, St. Petersburg, Fla., from 1979-90.
Surviving is a sister, Mrs. Harold (Lydia) Juillard, Stryker.
Preceding her in death were two sisters, Adra Rupp and Katharine Miller; and four brothers, Marvin, Clifford, David and Denver Rupp.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in the church with Rev. Matthew Boyers officiating. Burial will be in Rupp Cemetery. Visitation is from 2-9 p.m. today at Grisier Funeral Home, Archbold.
Preferred memorials are to EMC International Missions, Christian Service Foundation Inc. or Taylor University.

Homer Goyings
PAULDING - Homer F. Goyings, 71, Paulding, died at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Dallas Lamb Foundation Home, Payne.
He was born March 22, 1929, in Paulding County, the son of William and Mary (Unger) Goyings. In 1955, he married Ann Weaver, who survives. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Korean Conflict, a farmer and a crane operator for 38 years at Lafarge Corp., retiring in 1993. He was a member of Paulding United Methodist Church, Paulding VFW Post 587, Widows Lodge 571 F&AM and Scottish Rite Valley, Toledo.
Also surviving are two sons, Dan and David, both of Paulding; a brother, Ray, Paulding; and a sister, Mrs. Oscar (Donna) Pieper, Paulding.
Preceding him in death was a brother, William.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding, with Rev. Roger Reece officiating. Burial will be in St. Paul Cemetery, Paulding. Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. Thursday and after 8 a.m. Friday. A Masonic service will be at 8 p.m. Thursday.
Preferred memorials are to a charity of the donor's choice.

Services for Wilma I. Terry were held Tuesday at Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home with Revs. Todd Anderson and Suzanne Allen officiating. Burial was in Riverside Cemetery. Pallbearers were Doug Brown, Ken Duseberg, Mark Moats, Barton Scott, James Allen and Steve Brown. Honorary pallbearers were Ronald Powell, Paul and Harold Duseberg, Virgil Yetter, Carl Wood and Roger Kammeyer.

LaVern March
PEMBERVILLE - Former Defiance resident LaVern March, 86, Pemberville, died at 12:27 a.m. Wednesday in Otterbein Portage Village, Pemberville.
She was born Nov. 24, 1913, in Defiance, the daughter of Roy and Lora (Finn) Miller. In 1937, she married Paul March, who died in 1992. She was a homemaker and a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Defiance.
Surviving are two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Also preceding her in death was a daughter, Linda Brumbaugh.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Mix officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation is from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. today.

Grace Antoine
PAULDING - Grace E. Antoine, 56, Paulding, died at 2:10 p.m. (Ind. time) Tuesday in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
She was born Dec. 19, 1943, in Paulding County, the daughter of Thomas and Fannie (Miller) Andrews. In 1964, she married Carl Antoine, who survives. In 1962, she graduated from Bob Jones University, Greenville, S.C., and was a legal secretary with Hunt & Hunt in Paulding, Lincoln National Life Insurance Co. in Fort Wayne and Hyman & Hyman, Paulding. She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Paulding, where she was an RCIA leader and lector.
Also surviving are two sons, Randy of Jackson, S.C., and Ron, Paulding; three brothers, Thomas Andrews of Fort Wayne, James Andrews of Hicksville and Mark Andrews, Cowpens, S.C.; and three grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; a brother, Merle Andrews; and two sisters, Ann and Naomi Andrews.
Services will be at 9 a.m. Friday in the church with Rev. G. Allan Fillman officiating. Burial will be in Paulding Memorial Cemetery. Visitation is from 2:30-9 p.m. today at Den Herder Funeral Home, Paulding, and one hour prior to services Friday at the church. There will be wake service at 7 p.m. today in the funeral home.
Preferred memorials are to National Leukemia Foundation.

Sonja Trump
WAUSEON - Sonja M. Trump, 70, Wauseon, died at 10:50 p.m. Tuesday in St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee.
She was born Sept. 23, 1929, in Silesia, Germany. She married Ken Trump, who survives. She was a homemaker, attended Delta Assembly of God Church and was a member of South Richland Get Together Club, Defiance.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Riverside Cemetery, Defiance, with Rev. Randy Trowbridge officiating. Visitation is from 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Saturday at Mast-Mock-Hoffman Funeral Home.

June Ford
SWANTON - June Ellen Ford, 71, Swanton, died Wednesday at St. Luke's Hospital, Maumee.
She was born July 8, 1929, in Sylvania, the daughter of Virgil and Fern (Lowe) Shively. In 1949, she married Robert Ford Sr., who survives. She attended St. Paul Bible College, St. Paul, Minn. She had worked at Henry County Clerk of Courts and was the organist and secretary at Wesleyan Churches in Liberty Center and Grand Rapids. She was a self-employed seamstress and owned Jonellen's Originals. She was also a member of Wesleyan Church in Grand Rapids, serving as missions director and Sunday school teacher.
Also surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Norm (Darlene) Willson, Petersburg, Mich.; two sons, Rick of McClure and Robert Jr., Defiance; a brother, Jack Shively, Sylvania; a sister, Mrs. Forrest (Darlene) Plumb, Ingram, Texas; and four grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were a daughter, Nancy; and a sister, Ruth Fovozzo.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday in the church with Rev. Kenneth Williams officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Grand Rapids. Visitation is after 7 p.m. today and after 2 p.m. Friday at Wright Funeral Home, Grand Rapids.
Preferred donations are to the church, Scleroderma Foundation or Providence Township EMS.
