She was a former Onondaga County election inspector. She bowled in the Wednesday Noon League at Solvay Recreation Center and was a past member of Preble Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Her husband, Paul J., died in 1994.Survivors: Six sons, Terrance of Victory, Daniel and Patrick, both of Syracuse, Thomas of Fairmount, Michael of Camillus and James of Marcellus; 12 grandchildren. The Rev. Stanley V. McLain, 85, of 5341 Main St., Durhamville, died Saturday. He was born in Toronto, Canada. He attended Chittenango High School and graduated from Chesbrough Seminary. He was ordained as an elder in the Free Methodist Church. He retired in 1999 after 53 years as a minister. He was a pastor at Free Methodist churches in Oneida and Syracuse, Church of the Nazarene in Canastota and other churches in the region. After his retirement, he was a supply pastor for several local congregations. He owned and operated Stan's Lawn Service and was a bus driver for Canastota Central Schools.Survivors: His wife of 62 years, the former Hertha M. Dawson; four daughters, Sharon Stevens of Durhamville, Rosalie Bell of Apalachin, Linda Cole of Oneida and Ivy K. Reynolds of Canastota; three sons, Stanley of Oneida, Donald of Cloverdale, Ind., and Larry of Tucson, Ariz.; two sisters, Kathleen Ehrmentraut of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Loretta Cote of Jewett City, Conn.; a brother, Hartley E. of Broken Arrow, Okla.; 37 grandchildren; 57 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild. Rosario Vincent Perrotti, 75, of Brewerton died Saturday at Sunnyside Adult Home in East Syracuse. He was born in Syracuse. He was a sergeant with the Onondaga County Sheriff's Department and worked at the county jail. He was a member of the Sheriff's Police Benevolent Association and John Venditti VFW Post. Bernard F. Rauscher, 94, of 5554 W. Genesee St., Camillus, died Friday. Born in Stittville, he was a resident of Oneida for most of his life, moving to Camillus about 11 years ago. He attended Westmoreland schools. He retired in 1970 as a foreman in the shipping room after 31 years at Smith-Lee Co. in Oneida. He was a former barber at various locations in Oneida for many years. He attended St. Joseph's Church in Camillus and was a former member of St. Patrick's Church in Oneida. His wife, the former Frances Behr, died in 2001.Survivors: A daughter, Ann Eagan of Syracuse; two sons, Donald J. of Murrysville, Pa., and William B. of Syracuse; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Ronald J. Arroway, 69, of East Syracuse died Saturday. Born in Syracuse, he lived in East Syracuse for 36 years. He retired in 1980 after 20 years as a police officer with the Syracuse Police Department. He retired after 10 years from Marine Midland Bank's Security Department and he was owner and operator of Ron Arroway Auto Sales. He was a communicant of St. Matthew's Church in East Syracuse and member of the Syracuse Police Benevolent Association. He served with the Navy Reserve. Survivors: His wife of 48 years, the former Mable Sweet; two daughters, Teisha L. Harrison of East Syracuse and Ann M. Marshall T. Minot Sr., 84, of 2577 county Route 2, Richland, died Saturday. Born in Richland, he graduated from Pulaski High School in 1934. He retired in 1989 after 60 years as owner and operator of M & M Farms. He was Richland town justice for 33 years and served on the Oswego County Soil and Water Board. He was a member and deacon of Pulaski Baptist Church, 65-year member of Pulaski Grange 730 and member of Pulaski Masonic Lodge 415 F&AM. A son, Marvin L., died in 1993. Survivors: His wife of 60 years, the former Mildred Lester; a daughter, Marianne J. of Watertown; three sons, Michael E. of Warren, Ohio, Dr. Melvyn C. of Richland and Marshall T. Charles H. Riley, 89, of Cortland Care Facility, Cortland, died Saturday. He was born in Cortland. He graduated from Cortland High School, Albany Business School as valedictorian and magna cum laude from Syracuse University. He retired in 1979 as classification specialist in the Army Chief of Staff Office in the Pentagon. He was a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Gamma Mu National Social Science Honor Society, Phi Sigma Iota National Linguist Honor Fraternity and a communicant of St. Mary's Church, Cortland. He was an Army veteran of World War II and received the Purple Heart. His wife, the former Patricia Anderson, died previously. Edward G. Bellinger Sr., 75, of 234 Calkins Road, Fulton, died Sunday at St. Luke Health Services in Oswego. He was born in Fulton. He owned and operated Bellinger Auto Sales in Fulton from 1959 to '83, when he sold the business to his son. He was a three-time Oswego Speedway champion in the 1950s and early 1960s. He was a member of Elks Lodge 830, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 569 and Moose Lodge 1280, all in Fulton. He was a Navy SeaBees veteran.Survivors: His wife of 53 years, the former Irene A.
