Mike Perch
No services will be held for Mike Perch, 89, who died April 30 in Las Vegas.
He was born Feb. 17, 1915 in Pennsylvania and was a four-year resident of Pahrump, coming from Arizona.
He worked as a chemical engineer until his retirement 24 years ago. He was a member of the Lyons Club and the Pennsylvania Club of Arizona, and was of the Russian Orthodox faith.
His sons Richard Perch of Utah and John Perch of Pahrump; brother Steven Perch of Pennsylvania; and sister Mildred Yadlowski of Alaska survive him.
His parents preceded him in death.

Bertha Abbiss
Bertha "Bonnie" Abbiss, 49, died May 2 in Pahrump.
She was born April 27, 1955 in San Jose, Calif., and moved to Pahrump four years ago, coming from Las Vegas.
An entrepreneur, she owned Bonnie's Curious Corner in Pahrump.
She organized a lemon-aid stand in Pahrump for New York firefighters after 9/11 and received a thank you letter from the Mayor of New York.
Her husband Anthony Abbiss of Pahrump; daughters Trina Sky of Nebraska and Mandy Sky of California; son Christopher Sky of Las Vegas; mother Lorraine Johnson of Las Vegas; brothers Jim Overly of Texas, Dr. Jay Overly, Bill Overly, Derek Overly and Donald Johnson, all of Las Vegas; and seven grandchildren survive her.

William Zake Jr.
A memorial service for William Henry Zake, Jr., 56, who died May 1 in Pahrump, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Pahrump Community Church, with a social hour to follow.
He was born April 28, 1948 in Illinois, and moved to Pahrump seven years ago from Henderson.
He had a 22-year career in the U.S. Air Force in search and rescue, retiring in 1991.
A Protestant, he belonged to Pahrump Community Church.
His wife Joyce of Pahrump; son Brian of California; daughters Tarena and Erica of Pahrump; sisters Karen Nicholas and Sharon Zake, both of Illinois; and granddaughter Keyah Zake survive him.
His parents and one sister preceded him in death.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the family through Pahrump Community Church.

Norman Koenig
No services will be held for Norman Otis Koenig, 82, who died May 7 in Pahrump.
He was born Sept. 9, 1921 in Texas and was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
His wife Wilma Koenig of Pahrump; daughter Teri Miller; brother Jake Koenig; and two grandchildren survive him.
His parents preceded him in death.

Garnet Cain
Visitation for Garnet A. (Ginger) Cain, 61, who died May 7 in Las Vegas, will be held from 4-8 p.m. Friday at Pahrump Family Mortuary.
She was born Dec. 27, 1942 in New Mexico and moved to Pahrump six years ago, coming from Michigan.
Her husband William of Pahrump; sons David Cain of Pahrump and Gregory (Amber) Cain of Maryland; daughters Cynthia Cain of Pahrump and Newstorm Vaughn of Michigan; and three grandchildren survive her.
Her parents preceded her in death.

Gertrude Arrison
Services for Gertrude Alice Arrison, 88, who died May 6 in Las Vegas, will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Pahrump Family Mortuary. Interment will be in Eden Vail cemetery in Las Vegas.
She was born June 23, 1915 in Idaho and moved to Pahrump nine years ago from California.
She worked as a nurse and was of the Baptist faith.
Her son William Barbeau of Pahrump; daughter Evelyn (William) Hellman of Pahrump; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren survive her.

Monarie Eagle
Graveside services for Monarie M. Eagle, 73, who died May 10 in Las Vegas, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Grandview cemetery.
She was born June 29, 1930 in Smithville, Ark., and was a 13-year resident of Pahrump, coming from Corona, Calif.
She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Her husband Oscar of Pahrump; daughter Linda Bandini of Pahrump; sons Gary Eagle of Pahrump and Stephen Eagle of Lake Elsinore, Calif.; five sisters; one brother; seven grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren survive her.
Her parents, two brothers and one sister preceded her in death.

Richard Rouchenbach
A memorial service for Richard Rouchenbach, 48, who died March 19 in Las Vegas, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Pahrump Family Mortuary chapel, 5441 S. Vicki Ann Road.
He was born Aug. 5, 1955 in Boston, Mass., and worked as a machinist in the aircraft industry.
He was a resident of Pahrump for eight years, coming from Las Vegas.
His wife Patricia of Pahrump; stepson Malcolm Pfeferstein of California; sister Katheryne Rouchenback of Montana; brothers Robert Rouchenback of California and Georgie (Janet) DeRoth of Las Vegas; and close friend John Hopkins survive him.
His parents preceded him in death.

Clara Ramsey
Services will be held at 2 p.m. May 21 at the First Southern Baptist Church on Highway 160 for Clara "Claire" Ramsey, 72, who died May 12 in Pahrump.
She was born Aug. 21, 1931 in Kansas. She was a 27-year resident of Pahrump, coming from Los Angeles.
She was a founding member of the First Southern Baptist Church. She worked on many of the Town of Pahrump advisory boards, ran for county commissioner and ran and was elected as the Nye County Public Administrator. She was retired from the Pahrump Library District as a board member. She worked at various positions within the community such as the Town Office and Nye County School District. She also held positions on various boards such as the Pahrump Humane Society and Service Assistance Program (SAP), of which she was a founding member.
Her friend Donald Rupnik of Pahrump and many other friends too numerous to name survive her.
Her husband, Frank Ramsey, preceded her in death.

Amy Perez
A memorial service for Amy Delane Perez, 34, who died May 11 in Pahrump, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Water from the Rock Christian Fellowship.
She was born Oct. 1, 1969 in Middletown, N.Y., and was an eight-year resident of Pahrump, coming from Henderson.
She was a loving mother who dedicated her life to helping others.
Her sons David and Jesse of Pahrump; daughters Crystal, Olivia and Ashley of Pahrump; mother Dee Sanders and stepfather Jimmy Sanders of Pahrump; and granddaughter Vanessa survive her.
